Here is the review in English: We had a very pleasant two-day stay in this apartment. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt comfortable right away. The owners are extremely accommodating, friendly, and respond very quickly to messages. Communication was easy and reliable. We can definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Ubytovanie bolo celkovo v poriadku. Mali sme trochu problem ho podla navigacie najst. Nastastie sme vedeli ulicu a cislo objektu, ale skoda, ze na objekte nebol oznaceny nazov "Esclusivo bilocale centralisimo" ako sa oznacuje na Bookingu, fakturach, ... Po cchekingu sme podla pokynov nasli nas apartman. Ale zial bol pripraveny len pre tri osoby(postelne pradlo), hoci v objednavke aj zaplatene bolo za štyri dospele osoby. Po komunikacii s ubytovatelom nam doniesli cca po hodine chybajuce vybavenie. Sedacka v obyvacej izbe nie je moc vhodna na pohodlne spanie pre dve dospele osoby, asi kvoli tomu sme mali pripravenu rozkladaciu postel, ale bola nepohodlna. Myslim , ze za tu cenu na osobu za noc by bolo vhodne pohodlnejsie spanie. V spalni spanie bolo dobre. Kupelna bola v poriadku, kuchyna mala super vybavenie. Sklamanie sme zazili pri priprave rannej kavy, kedy nam kavovar nefungoval dobre (pravdepodobne kvoli kavovym kapsulam, ktore boli pre iny tip kavovaru). Bazen bol vyborny, saunu sme nevyuzili. Zhrnutie ... ubytovanie bolo dobre, po vyrieseni nedostatkov ( chybajuce pradlo pre stvrtu osobu). Komunikacia s ubytovatelom bola dobra a vyriesil nase problemy.

The property instructions were inaccurate which resulted us in lugging our big suitcases uphill for nearly one km, given it was raining it was a pleasant trip. The whole complex was dark and the washing machine was not inside the apartment that you have to travel down to a level down again in a dark room. When we checked in there were no soap , body wash or shampoo. We called the host and she did come to supply the hygiene products. However when we left early this morning my son left his air pods in the apartment and we didn’t realise this till the train departed. We requested to have the AirPod posted to us in another hotel and offered to pay the expenses, however we tested the host and tried to call but were ignored. While I recognised it was not her problem we would appreciate some help from the host or at least tried to reply the message. In another note most Airbnb places at St Moritz offer the day passes to the cable cars in the area provided you stay for two nights. I read the reviews and was led to believe it was the case so we booked the apartment but it was not the case. The cable car cost $44 Swiss francs and for three of us it is an expensive trip. After paying $600 per night we feel that we could have found much better value elsewhere. Wish the host to contact us to discuss this.

The location was good. Early check in was very helpful as we arrived earlier than the normal check-in time.

The sofa bed wasn't any good. It kept falling down. Also, appliances didn't work and owner wasn't helpful either. We had to look around for hours before we could get the power outlets to work. And then there was no sugar for us to take cups of tea!

The small bed was not good.

There were 2 bathrooms, which we liked.

The direction given to us was very confusing- the apartment number (#15) was not mentioned anywhere in the address provided to us, also, there was a clear landmark of Bobby's restaurant but it was not mentioned either, it took us a long time to locate the house. There was no paper towel in the apartment.The window blinds were very difficult to operate.

Beautiful place with a great view from the terrace. Short walk from the train, with several good places to eat very close.

A comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated apartment at a fair price.

The only problem, not the host's fault, was simply finding the place walking from the train station. The map provided on line by the host started us in the right direction, but street signs are surprisingly hard to find in St. Moritz, and most doors along our walk showed no numbers. My advice to anyone not already familiar with the city: take a taxi!

expensive , not comfortable to sleep on sofa bed , we was with 2 children ( honestly we book within one hour and they sending us an eamil that the apartment is ready for two.. unfor. i saw the msg later. in the booking app. was writing that the swimming pool is opening unf. is not it was a big disappoiting for the children. and we fall on sunday every thing their was close it was boring!! ( we ask refund they agree we r waiting yet to get)! its was cold at night we couldnt change tempreture in the room.

Geen bedlampjes in de slaapkamer of mogelijkheid om verlichting vanuit bed uit te doen.

The location was good - near restaurants and shopping...walkable. Host did have coffee and basics provided.

The apartment needed LOTS of maintenance! Most notably (and most dangerous) was the family room glass door to the balcony had no top hinge. I opened the door and it almost fell to the floor! The only hinge holding the door on was the bottom hinge. I had to literally lift the door to get it back in the frame to lock it. Obviously, we did not try to open again. The other balcony door in bedroom did not seem to open at all, therefore we never went out on the balcony. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken and we had to be very careful not to fall or knock the seat completely off the toilet! In addition, most of the cabinets were loose and didn't open or shut properly. This was our most expensive accommodation while traveling in Switzerland, and it was by far the worse. It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to rent a place that has serious and dangerous maintenance problems.

Amazing central location, very clean apartment, nicely furnished and really helpful information shared by the host.

I hated the pillows and ended up with a bad neck! It would have been good to include some shampoo/shower gel! Also, it was soooooo hot so maybe turn the heating down a little.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. Very clean and cozy apartment.

The location was great - very close to dining, shopping and access to outdoor activities. Check in was easy and the space worked well for our family - we were even able to take advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy afternoon.

This was totally out of the host's control, but there was a very loud construction project in the retail space above the apartment during our stay that ran from fairly early in the morning to the evening. It would have been nice to know about this in advance, but again, it was not in the host's control.

The check-in and check-out are automatic. The host is responsive. The room is warm (we were traveling in early October, Autumn). The cooking facilities are powerful and easy to use.

Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were inaccessible during our one-day stay. We followed the instructions from our host but still failed to get in. The sofa bed was a bit short but would fit for those shorter than 170cm. There was an extra bed in the living room which was not very comfortable but for one-day stay it was fine.

It was very professional hosting, tha accomodation was super.

The barhroom lamp was not the best and the heating was a little bit more complicated than usually

Lage sehr gut, vom Bahnhof über die Rolltreppen zu Fuß etwa 15 min. Sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war problemlos. Alles bestens. Preis - Leistung für St. Moritz Verhältnisse in Ordnung.

Great location and facilities. Easy for transport with plenty of buses and walking distance to the train station. We found that the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen made preparing simple meals easy and there was plenty of coffee to get us ready for a full day in St Moritz. We especially enjoyed having access to the pool and our hosts were good enough to have the sauna switched on for us.

There was nothing we didn't like although the apartment was possibly a little on the expensive side, even for St Moritz.

The apartment is very central in St Moritz. Great value price. The picture doesn't do them justice. The apartment is beautiful and you have everything that you need in the household available .
