Location, staff, and size of room

Room itself was wrong from the beginning, internet was flaky in a hotel that promoted business that is unacceptable. Aircon pushed out hot air in the middle of the night. Could not be fixed so was moved at 6am to another room which had working air con and internet. Therefore it was known the original room was not right, and looking back at the first room it only had 3 pillows so was not prepared correctly.

The staff were incredibly helpful and superb throughout our stay. The room was very clean, and when we encountered a problem, they quickly offered us another room.

Soluna Restaurant could offer a wider variety of light meals and sandwiches. The food was very good, although the preparation time was a little long. This is perfectly fine during a holiday but might be less convenient for business travellers.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's convenient location near major landmarks made my stay truly exceptional.

Das Personal ist einfach einzigartig. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde alles für den Gast gemacht, damit er sich zu Hause fühlt. Mein besonderer Dank an Jen, Henessy, Des und Lyca. Der Pool war wenig besucht, ideal zum relaxen.

When I came down for breakfast on my first day, there was not a lot of selection of food. Maybe, it’s a timing thing. They’re probably in the process of replenishing the buffet table.

Location was good to visit my customer's office. And also the room condition was so nice, because it was very clean.

Due to hotel's system issue, it take around 30 minutes to check-in. As I was very tired, this slow system made me more tired.

Breakfast was ok. Food not fresh daily it seemed. Restaurant was disappointing. We had dinner with family and all food we ordered were disappointing. Cleanliness ok. Laundry service was great.

We always come here to celebrate NYE / birthdays yet thi New Year’s Eve visit was disappointing compared to previous stays. The room had hygiene issues (pillows smelled unpleasant like smelled of sweat), and service requests were not accommodated, no room upgrade, no extra bed, and a comforter request was met with 2 blankets instead of a comforter. The breakfast buffet was poorly managed, often empty of food or utensils, requiring repeated requests for refills.

The food is good but we are looking for more choices like fruits and pancakes maybe. But all in all we loved it! Thank you!

i was initially placed in a smaller room than what I was expecting, but they moved me to a bigger room the second day, however 5 of my visitors saw a ghost in the room which made me so uncomfortable to stay in the room alone.I had to ask someone to accompany me as I was scared.There is an entity in room 606.

Somerset is literally our home away from home. Staff welcoming from check in to check out. Smiling, accommodating and friendly! The team are like Tito and Tita to our kids (esp. Jerry and Bong) Location is great near malls, restaurants and highway access. The one room suite is spacious, clean and had a balcony to hang clothes. We also availed of the restaurant and drinks in the evening. Escenscia is a fantastic massage/spa on site too! Special mention to Jed who resolved every request professionally with a smile

Breakfast had limited choice

Our stay was pleasant overall. The unit was spacious, with a large bed and ample cabinet space. It has free drinking water, cooking wares and a washing machine with a dryer The food was delicious—flavorful but not too salty. The kids really enjoyed the bathtub, and the pool was nice too. We also appreciated the hotel staff’s complimentary birthday performance and the delicious slice of cake they provided.

Upon entering the room, we noticed an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the carpet or sofa set. Although the room was clean, the smell remained noticeable and somewhat unpleasant

We were allowed to do late check-out without any fees and we appreciate it a lot! We were able to enjoy their pool for the last minute!

At first sight, the restaurant looked quite small, but that turned out not to be an issue: the menu was surprisingly varied and the interior had a pleasant style. The plants outside also added a nice touch to the view. The room itself was clean and well kept, with the added comfort of a bathtub with hot water.

Unfortunately, the big downside was the bill at Fiddle Leaf. The menu advertised a lunch set for 980 PHP, including starter, main, and dessert, with an additional service charge. However, the final bill for just one person came to 2,129.60 PHP. This feels misleading and far too expensive, I honestly felt scammed. They really need to be more transparent about their pricing. Another drawback is the location across from The Fileinvest Tent, which plays loud music until late at night. If you are looking for rest or want to go to bed early, this is not the place.

The Somerset Alabang is a solid choice for a short stay in Manila. Its biggest advantage is the fantastic location—it's just a short walk to the huge Festival Mall, which has everything you could need. It's also very convenient, only about 25 minutes from the airport. After coming from the islands, we did find it a lot busier and more of a standard city hotel. The room was okay for our two-night stay, but it's showing its age and could use a refresh. A deeper clean, especially in the bathroom, would make a big difference. Everything was perfectly fine for our needs—it’s a dependable and convenient place to sleep, but don't expect anything super special or resort-like. It does the job.

A small note: while I know the strict Manila smoking policy isn't the hotel's fault, it was a bit frustrating that they didn't even offer a match or lighter as a basic courtesy to guests needing to use the designated area.

Best location and all I need for a place are there, cleanliness, quiet, comfortable bed and most of all washer and dryer. 😆 and the breakfast exceeds our expectations too.

ホテル自体の問題ではありませんでしたが、ホテル近くで音楽イベントが深夜まで行われており、その大音響（特に重低音）で建物が振動するような状態で、気分が悪くなりました。このような環境であれば、サービスや施設が非常に良かったとしても今後の利用はしないつもりです。

The room was so neat, spacious and very clean. You will really feel the value for money.

The food selection in buffet breakfast was so limited.

Multiple back and forth communications with the property. They refuse to provide invoices as I booked via booking.com and in contrast booking.com does not provide invoices but tell me to contact the property.

1)I got upgraded from studio to a premiere suite at no cost! 2)There was ample parking. 3) Checking in was so fast because of the web check in option. Check out was also quick. 4)All the staff were so helpful and quick to respond. 5)Buffet breakfast was great, with a lot of choices!

I would have rated the place a 10 if not for this. The bathtub gets clogged though it was fixed when the staff checked it.
