⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement en bord de mer. L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, avec une superbe vue et la mer à quelques pas. L’appartement est propre, confortable, agréable et très bien équipé. Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse exceptionnelle de la propriétaire. Elle est adorable, très accueillante, disponible et vraiment attentionnée. Une personne d’une grande gentillesse, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Tout était réuni pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! 🌊☀️❤️

Beautiful apartments. Everything is exactly as it is in the photos. We really liked both the apartments and their location - close to the waterfront, a 7-minute walk to the market. Special thanks to Farukh for his help and quick responses to all our questions. I definitely recommend these apartments.

Situé près de la plage dans la médina, avec une vue sur la mer. L’hôte est une mère et son fils ; tous les deux sont très gentils et toujours prêts à aider. Maison très spacieuse pouvant accueillir plusieurs personnes confortablement. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour l’emplacement et la taille. J’y séjournerai de nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite.

Nous avons réservé via booking vers 17h, une heure après le monsieur nous écrit pour nous dire qu'il ne peut pas nous recevoir car il faut réserver minimum deux nuits. Cette information n'était notee nul part sur les informations puisque nous avons pu réserver pour une seule nuit . Il nous dit aussi que le check in se fait avant 14h, or nous avons pu reserver à 17h pour le soir même donc mauvaise information également . Je pense que ce monsieur ne voulait pas nous recevoir tout simplement et qu'il cherchait des excuses bidons.

I don't know where to start! What a beautiful home, in a wonderful location with the loveliest hosts you could ask for. From the first contact for booking to the most wonderful mum of the owner bringing us lunch, showing us her own home and wonderful hospitality, she added such a warm touch to our stay. We all cried as we handed over the keys as we left and that included your lovely mum 😊🥰🤣 I can't wait to return next year to enjoy another stay

There is nothing i could criticize. The only recommendation I could add is some more kitchen ware, I know most people don't want to cook when they are away but I do and i struggled to find anything to put things in to roast or bake

C’était ma première visite à Mahdia et elle a largement dépassé mes attentes. La ville allie parfaitement authenticité, histoire, modernité, propreté et la gentillesse remarquable de ses habitants, tout en conservant un fort caractère islamique visible dans son architecture, ses inscriptions et son identité culturelle. L’accueil chaleureux des hôtes, leur gentillesse et leur belle façon de parler nous ont tout de suite mis à l’aise. La maison est idéalement située dans la médina, sur la presqu’île, entourée par la mer sur trois côtés. Les ruelles anciennes, les portes traditionnelles et les inscriptions reflétant l’attachement des habitants à leur foi et à leur civilisation offrent une expérience unique. L’intérieur de la maison est tout simplement magnifique : un style ancien et royal avec des touches modernes, un souci du détail impressionnant dans le mobilier, les plafonds, la literie, la cuisine et la salle de bain. La propreté de la maison était irréprochable, tout était parfaitement propre, bien entretenu et très confortable. On a vraiment l’impression de voyager dans le temps tout en profitant du confort moderne.

Honnêtement, rien à signaler. Le séjour était parfait et trop court.

L'appartement et la terrasse sont plus spacieux et plus jolis que sur les photos. On s'y sent très bien et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Le propriétaire et sa maman ont été réactifs pour chaque question. J'ai pu me rendre à mes rdv sans difficulté. Je recommande bien évidemment cet appartement

Stunning apartment and the lady who we met was always available to help with any requests! The apartment was spotless and amazing views from the roof terrace, would highly recommend.

There wasn't an electric kettle so we had to purchase and also the iron was not available until asked for although neither of these were a big issue and were easily fixed! Would recommend and would happily stay there again!!

La maison est très propre et bien équipée, avec une belle vue de la terrasse. L'emplacement est parfait et Mme Mounia est disponible et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons dès qu'on passe apr le coin.

Excellent location close to all amenities. It was big and spacious. Very clean. Loved the terrace and the sitting area on the terrace.

Grande maison. Bien aménagée. Très bonne situation, en plein cœur de la medina. Belle terrasse. Calme. Mme Mounia est très sympathique et disponible.

Manque de propreté.

Even though the host speaks a little english, him and his family, especially his mom very extremely helpful and super friendly. We rented a scooter and had nowhere to store it over night and they offered their own apparment and even left a keys if we arrive to our appartment late at night so that we can store it there. Amazing people super friendly and I wil deffinitely come again. By the way the apartment is stunning with a great terrace which we used for bbq. Air conditioning is very strong so it is easy to cool the room down and the location is also very nice, many local restaurants around.

The only thing I didn't like, is that I only stayed for 7 days, I wish it was more. :-)

The hosts were truly wonderful. They immediately messaged us on WhatsApp and were always available to answer any questions. They even warned us about a power outage in the area and sent us links to nearby grocery stores. This kind of attention and help is a huge benefit for an apartment rental. The apartment is in the center of Mahdia and is well-equipped. It's located in the old town, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside. Public parking is conveniently located nearby. We also drove to the nearest public sandy beach, which was surprisingly clean.

It was nice 3 days staying at Maison Fathallah. The owner was so helpful. We needed a few stuff and she was happy to help us. The place is so quite, big, good located and with a great sea and city view (but just from the roof). Highly recommended.

During the day the apartment is a bit dark. Fortunately there are a lot of lights inside.

Everything excellent. Communication perfect. Clean really top of the top. Very big rooms and beds. High recommended

This is an apartment you simply need to see to believe - it is enormous, so clean that you are almost afraid to touch anything, extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a shorter or a longer stay. The location is also fantastic - right in the medina. Obviously you cannot park in front of the apartment, but there is a lot of free parking space a couple of minutes away. The terrace has great views across the medina and the peninsula. Monia, the host, was super nice and welcoming. She speaks French and we speak English, so we communicated with the help of her son Farouk (over the phone, as he lives in France). Farouk was also exceptionally nice and helped us in a second, finding a mechanic when we had car problems. Overall, Mahdia is a great place to visit, but staying in this apartment is a reason enough to visit this town.

Wi-fi is a bit on a slower side, but good enough for anything except uploading very large files (e.g videos on Facebook). The location of the apartment on booking is not marked properly. In any case, you will not be able to find it on your own, therefore the meeting point with Monia is L'Antika restaurant, which is easy to find. But still, the location showing that the apartment is located on the beach is a bit confusing.

Our best accommodation, in the most beautiful city of Tunisia. A very special, beautiful and huge apartment, in short walking distance from all the main attractions. We were welcomed very warmly and had all what we asked for. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is a hidden gem tucked away in the old town of Mahdia, with a fabulous roof terrace possessing almost 360 degrees sea views. The host could not have been more welcoming and assisting. The apartment is newly renovated and refurbished to the highest standards. Our stay was further enriched by the generosity of the neighbours. Truly this was one of the most wonderful stays to be experienced in Tunisia.

The traditional home is beautiful. The rooftop terrace (with a bbq) gives you a 360 view of the sea, and the host, Mme Monia is kind, thoughtful and made us feel right at home. We recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great. Very elegant and beautiful house, everything made with big taste. Same time very comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen well equipped, big terrace with barbecue zone and wonderful view. Perfect location near sea and all stores. Very friendly and helpful owners. Thanks so.much for our wonderful holidays. We want back:) Hardly recommend this place!
