Espadon Apartment

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement du fait de l'emplacement, de la magnifique vue sur mur et surtout pour la gentillesse de notre hôte et de sa réactivité.

L'emplacement.

L’appartement nécessite un peu d’entretien. La douche était bouchée et la porte du balcon ne fermait pas à clé, ce qui représente un problème de sécurité, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Concernant la vaisselle, la quantité disponible est insuffisante. Pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du lave-vaisselle mis à disposition, nous avons dû laver la vaisselle à la main afin de pouvoir la réutiliser le soir. Une meilleure maintenance et quelques améliorations sur ces points rendraient le séjour plus confortable

Excellent apartment, very secure. The host was very accommodating with key collection especially as my flight was so late. Perfect location, opposite Mahdia Beach and L'Espadon Restaurant, lots of small shops and a very handy bakery near by. Easy to get a taxi outside (whatever the taxi drivers say it's 5 DR everywhere in the city) and a 20 minute walk to the Medina along the front. I could sit on the balcony all day and watch the world go by. It's more of a local area with the busy tourist area a few minutes walk away, so the perfect location.

The shower leaked which caused the bathroom to be very wet and used up the towels mopping it up. There was a lack of glasses in the apartment so I bought some and left them as a gift. A welcome book with handy instructions such as wifi codes, important numbers, restaurants, food delivery and other useful information such as where to put the rubbish would have been handy.

Hôte super accueillant vraiment au top, très sympa, l’appartement est incroyable avec cette vue sur mer, La structure, la décoration, le calme de l’immeuble la grandeur des chambres etc tout était top

Great location. Lovely view. Very friendly.

Not that clean. Shower kept filling up and flooding bathroom floor. Sink taps corroded. No kettle. Sheets in bedroom 2 marked and worn. A lot of bulb’s and 1 A/C unit didn’t work. Batteries in remotes were flat.

the view is beautiful, all the stores you need are very close, you can find what you need, parking space for the car and security

The sea view is spectacular. The apartment is comfortable with its own heating system. The owner is calm and helpful person

This apartment is just amazing. It's so big and bright. I have been there for one night, by myself, and I wouldn't change anything of it. One full apartment for myself, with everything I needed. Location...stunning! Just in front of the sea, with lovely views. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The best thing...the owner, he was the whole time paying attention about my arrival time and the time I wanted to leave. If I come back to Mahdia, this is going to be my first choice for sure!

only thing I could say negative was the sofa was to low and played havoc with my knees but that’s just me and cleaning bottom of draws out
