Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Check-in was easy, even though there was no onsite staff, you had to call them. It was a like new facility.
There was no breakfast option at the motel, however there was a Tim Horton's very close by.

Parking lot not paved so can get muddy in rain. No elevator. Room on 2nd floor. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb stairs. Desk chair was broken. Fan in bathroom needs cleaned.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026This is a very clean and comfortable motel in Little Current. There is no staff on site but they are responsive by phone or text. No restaurant on site but places are close by and that was not a concern for us. Would stay again.

I never got the room and entry code. I tried to call but it didn't go through. I emailed and did get a response but I was already on the road looking for another hotel. I think this was probably some mixup with my phone number on the reservation but not having staff on the property was annoying. I believe if I had waited a bit longer they would have resolved the problem.

Our room was on the second floor and the windows are very high, needed to stand on something to look out (I'm 5'6' so not short)

When we arrived we didn’t have a text to tell us our room number and code to get into room. Only way to reach them was by phone and leaving message. We finally went out to dinner and got a reply over an hour later. Very inconvenient,

In einem der zwei gebuchten Zimmern war der Badezimmerboden nicht gewischt, alles andere war aber sauber.

The air conditioner is quite loud so bring earplugs.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026A clean hotel in a good location. Only 4 blocks walking to harbor and local attractions. Tim Horten's next door and a family restaurant within a couple minutes' walk.
We had a little trouble in communication. I didn't see a text with my check-in information when we arrived around 7PM. I called the manager number, and they claimed they had sent it earlier in the day. I had other messages, but not one from them. They resent while on the phone and I received it. All good at this point. To get new towels for the next day, you must hang a room service sign on the door handle. Neither my room nor the one next door could find this sign. I called the number listed on the back of the door at 6:30AM and left a message requesting service. We had a fishing charter that morning and wouldn't be back until the afternoon. We get back, no new towels or service. Since all communication is handled by phone, there's nobody available for fresh towels. When packing up to leave, we find the door hanger sitting on a cabinet next to the wardrobe hanger. It is almost the same color as the cabinet. When people come in at night tired from travelling and drop their bags to unpack, it is easy to be covered. Put it on a hook near the door so it is clearly visible. In that way, it can't be missed. Second, if someone leaves a message, pass the message to staff onsite.

1. Room had no outside light. Tiny windows 2. Bathroom was almost without light and towels were limited with no staff available to replenish 3. Found bugs in bathroom 4. TV had no cable and did not realize until after booking 5. Not even an ice machine 6. Refrigerator made grumbling noise constantly. Clearly disturbing while trying to sleep

Even though it appears newer, there were a few issues with cleanliness. The floor had what appeared to be sand in the bathroom and main area. There were hand prints on the walls and bed frames. Caulking in shower was browning.

Both convenient and annoying having a Tim Hortons right across the street. It was nice to get a coffee in the morning however the outside of the Tims has so much light that it totally kills the vibe of being on the island. It made it difficult to see the stars at night the way I hoped to be able to.
