I could collect keys on arrival

This was one of my worst stays through Booking.com, and I'd not recommend this property to other travelers. The location is inconvenient and not easily walkable to Boca Chica’s main street and markets. There are almost no shops or restaurants nearby at night, which makes even getting basic necessities like drinking water difficult. Communication with the host was also challenging because she does not speak English. This became especially problematic when an issue arouse, communication thru translator was difficult and, in my experience, she did not make much effort to resolve the situation positively. The biggest problem was electricity. The morning after my arrival, electricity supply to the air conditioning and other high-power appliances was disconnected, while the lights and sockets continued to work. This made it very uncomfortable to rest or sleep. The host claimed that there was maintenance affecting the entire area, but I found this explanation hard to believe because only certain parts of the apartment appeared to be affected. When I asked to see the electrical distribution box or breakers to clarify the situation, she refused and instead showed me an old maintenance notice in Spanish, which did not adequately address my concern. There were also other inconveniences. The host took a long time to become available for the key handover when I was checking out, causing a delay. The kitchen was not fully equipped with the necessary cookware and utensils, which was inconvenient because I arrived late and expected to be able to prepare food. I was also asked to pay in cash and did not receive a proper payment receipt, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience left me feeling that the host was not transparent or guest-oriented. The combination of inconvenient location, difficult communication, electricity issue, limited kitchen equipment, and payment concerns made it very disappointing stay.

Excelente trato de parte de la señora Lucí. Limpieza excelente y todo muy en orden quedamos muy a gusto en nuestra estadía haya y muy pronto volveremos.

Todo me gustó, me encantó el lugar la comodidad todo estaba de lujo, y una limpieza impecable....

Su excelente ubicación, el transporte me dejo cerca solo tube que caminar unos 5 minutos. El precio es excelente y las atenciones son de primera.

Todo muy limpio

La cama super incomoda, no dormimos bien. El colchón estaba hundido al centro y fue muy incomodo para dormir

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Era cómodo, todo funcionaba bien. Nevera grande, cocina de gas limpia. Tiene grupo fotovoltaico por si se va la corriente en la red pública.

Cuando entras al apartamento de día hace calor, luego en la estancia donde hay aire acondicionado (dormitorio) si lo enciendes enseguida se está bien. Creo que si pusieran en el techo, por fuera en el tejado, algo que diera sombra se conseguiría una sensación de confort mejor.

No incluía desayuno , la ubicación está lejos de la playa si quieres ir caminando

Tranquillo, spazioso, sicuro, il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Buon prezzo. Molto bene se avete un auto

Le tende non oscurano la stanza da letto, la mattina la luce è forte, si dormirebbe meglio...

Notre hôtesse Lucy était magnifique. Même si nous ne sommes resté qu’une nuit avant de quitter la république dominicaine, elle a été attentionnée et disponible. Le logement était très confortable et à 10 mns de l’aéroport.

Ci vuole un mezzo per arrivarci. La mattina la luce ti sveglia, ci vorrebbero delle persiane o tende black-out

Siempre desayunaba en la calle porque la ubicación está muy acequible al centro de la ciudad y lo hacia cómo una forma de caminar , ejercitar y conocer mejor .no

Lucy es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable y atenta. El lugar es super agradable, cómodo, completo y limpio. Lo recomiendo 100% volvería sin dudarlo!!

Die Lage war im Armenviertel sehr traurig zu sehen Hund und Mensch leben hier mit Beulen und Krankheiten und bitterer Armut, die zum Prostitutionselend ganz junger Mädchen führt..Das alles spielt sich in Bocca Chicca hier gleich in der Nachbarschaft zu Lucys sehr schönem kleinen weissen Domizil ab

Die Pension ist wie ein Juwel in dieser Umgebung.
