La struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla, ben fornita, e vicino ad una stazione dalla quale è semplicissimo raggiungere il centro città, la camera è meglio di come me l'aspettavo, pulita e ben tenuta, con una cucina ben attrezzata; comodissima la lavanderia e soprattutto il aver potuto usufruire del deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza.

La ubicación perfecta, todo relativamente cerca, unas buenas comunicaciones.

Las almohadas, dejan muchon que desear. Las olores de mariguana de otra habitación nos llegaban con intensidad, yo tengo niños de mediana edad y lo notaron.

Alojamiento cerca del centro de Amsterdam, en unos 5’ de metro llegas a la estación central. El apartamento está bien, teníamos la suite de 4 personas. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, quedaba totalmente hundido por la parte del centro. El lavabo y la cocina bien, la cocina quizás un poco justa de menaje. Haría falta un repaso de los cubiertos, vasos y platos de unos inquilinos a otros porque no estaba del todo limpio, lo lavamos todo en el lavaplatos y listos. Hay opción de lavadora y secadora gratuita lo cual se agradece. También opción de dejar las maletas en las taquillas de forma gratuita. Lo recomiendo si estás pensando en venir a Ámsterdam. El personal que encontramos muy agradable.

Big apartment, just like the pictures, very clean, equipped for cooking, quiet location, parking spaces around (we did not have a car), near by train station, elevator, good air conditioning

附近就有P+R的停車場，對開車的人停車費節省很多，浴室及房內空間很大，ㄧ樓有公用洗衣機。

De badkamerdeur sloot niet goed, afzuigkap in keuken werkt niet optimaal want er moet ook een raam open. Vaatwasser deed ook zijn werk niet.

Hatalmas szobát kaptunk, tágas fürdővel, jól felszerelt konyhával.

A fürdőszobában üveg ajtó volt, amit nem lehetett zárni, ami azért volt problémás mert így ha valaki nagy dolgát végezte csak egy üveg fal választotta el a többiektől amin a hangok is és a szagok is kijöttek.

Sauberkeit , Lage & digital Check in

Proche métro, la suite était spacieuse. L'équipement cuisine à la hauteur.

Le matelas du canapé lit est usé, détérioré. Lorsque 4 personnes louent une suite il est évident que le canapé est utilisé comme un lit. Le confort du matelas est fondamental. En l'occurrence nous étions 4 adultes.... 2 ont passé une nuit épouvantable.

Estaba limpio y cuidado

El barrio donde está ubicado. El apartamento es demasiado pequeño. El baño debería tener puertas opacas y que cierren bien, se ve todo desde fuera.

El aspecto del apartamento. Nuevo y con detalles de calidad. La atención por whatsapp de los problemas.

En el dormitorio había un ruido del aparato del aire y fue imposible dormir. Avisamos y vinieron a revisarlo varias veces pero no consiguieron arreglarlo y no nos propusieron ninguna solución. Además la pared que da al baño es de cristal y si das la luz por la noche molesta al que está en el dormitorio y el sofá cama tiene unos muelles que hacen un ruido infernal.

Spacious , clean

Lo mejor del hotel es el recepcionista Fran, una bellísima persona. Tuvimos un problema y nos ayudó en todo, información, nos hacía de guía turístico , y dando apoyo moral e intentando sacar una sonrisa. El mundo tendría que estar lleno de personas como el. Le estoy muy agradecida un profesional espectacular. El sitio es muy bonito, todo nuevo y decorado muy bien y moderno. Tenía de todo en la cocina para poder cocinar sin problema. La cama del cuarto era muy cómoda, el sofa cama no mucho. La entrada al hotel y a la habitación va con código y es muy cómodo no tener que estar pendiente de llave o tarjeta. Sin duda lo recomiendo, si vuelvo a esa zona lo volvería a elegir.

Me gustó todo pero por sacar alguna pega, la pared del dormitorio que conecta con el cuarto es de cristal al ser 4 cuando encienden la luz del baño se ilumina toda la habitación y te despierta. Estábamos al lado del ascensor y se oia el ruido de los motores por la noche en silencio molestaba un poco. Alguna percha en los armarios. Y el sofá cama un poco incómodo. Estuvimos una semana y no tuve ninguna limpieza, la verdad que no sé si había que contratarla aparte.

Location is great. After crowded downtown I could properly have a good rest. Really great place and has everything you need.

The room itself was nice, it would’ve been nice to have some shower gel at least. There was no milk for coffee machine. On arrival our check in staff was so rude. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready but yet had to still be out by 11am? I mean I paid to be in that room from 3pm and nobody would take our bags so we were dragging them around waiting for the room for hours as it said on the site we could get early check in from 1.30 so we waiting local as we had so many bags and nowhere to leave them as hotel staff wouldn’t even open the door to talk to us. The room itself was nice but it was not the room I had chose on booking.com it was in fact a lot smaller and looked like the same room my aunt had that she paid less money for both rooms were identical. So if your like me and thought paying the extra for a bigger room. Don’t bother you’ll still be in a standard room. You’re just paying a lot more money for. I asked housekeeping staff for extra towels as we only got one towel each for 4 days and they promised they would drop them to our room and when we arrived back that evening there were still no clean towels in our room. On the last night I actually saw a trolley with fresh towels and bedding I took 2 towels for myself and my partner from as I was frustrated waiting 3 days for a fresh towel to be delivered to my room. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. The room and the views were fab but my overall experience was not the same as my previous stays in Amsterdam in much more professional hotels/apartments

The staff were very unprofessional and quite rude to be honest. The room I paid extra for was not bigger than the standard room my family had stayed in. Waste of my money. I asked for clean towels on my second day and never received them ever. I had to take them myself from the trolley on my last day. No milk for coffee.

- Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sucia, olía mal (había pelos, huellas, la nevera estaba súper sucia…), en definitiva no se había limpiado profundamente con respecto a los inquilinos anteriores. Sin embargo, comunicamos el incidente y limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. - La ducha era incómoda (se salía el agua), el baño tenía cristales por todos lados.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé. Situé à 5mn de la gare à pied et à 5 mn du centre d'Amsterdam en train. Lit de la chambre confortable.

Le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable, le matelas est trop fin et ne protège pas de la structure en fer du canapé. Les portes de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne se ferment pas en totalité ce qui peut perturber l'intimité.

Very nice flat, very well equipped, there were really everything u need in the kitchen for occasional cooking, even a bit of oil and vinegar. Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher with washing tabs, etc... The only things missing were corkscrew and wine glasses Well located, 5min walk from Sloterdijk station. Pin code to access the room is very handy.

Corkscrew and wine glasses would be a good upgrade. More flexibility with the checkout time would be nice. The cleaning staff cannot start cleaning all the rooms all at once at 11am sharp. We were pushed to check out, although they were apparently starting with another floor...

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi minuti dalla stazione e tutto è perfettamente raggiungibile. L'appartamento si presenta pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto quanto necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno in pieno relax. Molto comodo anche il servizio lavanderia.

Заселилися день в день) попереднє житло, яке бронювали виявилося на ремонті (( Нас привітно зустріли і допомогли з бронюванням. Номер комфортний та затишний. За потреби можна попросити додаткові чисті рушники. Неподалік готелю є громадський транспорт та кафе зі смачними сніданками.

Near to centre and airport, spacious property, easy access by train 5 min from Amsterdam centraal. Door code and ease of access to check in. The property felt safe.

Water fluctuated between warm and hot during shower. The sofa bed was thin and bendy. Can be better. Having said that, we all had great time at the flat. Thank you!

Il divano letto è scomodo.

O apartamento é fantástico. Super confortável. Fica a menos de 5 minutos andado to metrô que te leva a região central de Amsterdã.

Eu não tive nenhum problema, mas poderia ter pelo menos uma pequena recepção com um ponto de contato para alguma necessidade urgente.

The location was very close to the bus terminal and train station so it met our needs for getting in and out. I liked that it had a kitchen.

The towels had holes, the shower temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and Luke warm without touching the handles while showering. The toilet seat was loose and the lid closed when you tried to use it. The pull out mattress was horrible, thin and lumpy and you could feel the metal bar. There is no dish drying rack, there was no cutting board, the pots had water in them when we tried to use them from the cupboard. The glass partition between bathroom and bedroom and living area leaves no privacy or noise barrier. I was told by the person who met us in reception we could get more coffee, we could not. The 2 washers were constantly in use and we ended up waking up to do laundry at 2 am.

Az egyetlen, ami nem volt tökéletes, hogy a nappaliban lévő kanapéágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

The location

Det var godt placeret lidt uden for byen tæt på station. Man kunne parkere for ca 18 euro pr døgn hvis der var ledige pladser, og det var der alt den tid vi var der(5 dage), Uber til centrum ca 14 euro. Alt var godt og bent at komme ind med de tildelte koder mm. Der var sengetøj og håndklæder(kunne byttes løbende), stod dog ikke helt klart i beskrivelse, så vi tog selv ekstra med.

Der er ikke meget aktivitet ved hotellet, og der ligger primær dyre convenience butikker.

Nice location. Near the train and Metro station. No parking issues (paid parking)

The bathroom was absolutely disappointing. There was no privacy because of the glass door, and there was no lock. There was also no exhaust fan.

Located right next to the train station. Clean and modern apartment. Had everything we needed.

Fold out bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a gap where the bathroom door is and people could see through quite easily.

Very functional apartment with well equipped chicken and great bathroom. Apartment was very clean and they put a guy by the entrance that was happy to listen to us and support on immediate queries. Turned out experience a good one!!!

Truly speaking. It was our best accommodation in Europe thus far.

Lack of privacy (no doors can be locked or fully closed, glass walls between the bedroom and the bathroom, squeaky sofa-bed made it impossible for proper sleeping.

Very clean , everything was in order , nice touch with nespresso coffee machine some refills on side with sugar and tea complimentary, shower and bathroom very clean ,building itself was clean and quiet

TV in living room and in bedroom shame just had 1 channel available wich was a host channel I didn't see the point in having TV with no cable with channels I guess is good just to pair your phone and use screen mirroring to watch whatever you want but a plus to this wifi was very reliable .

Nice, clean and well maintained property. There was free laundry on the ground floor. The room was equipped with a fridge, kitchen etc. The room was spacious and modern.

Alles war sehr sauber, und das Personal war super nett.

Das Sofa ist sehr unbequem und auch zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Es sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Für drei Personen ist die Unterkunft nicht ideal. Besonders das WC und das Bad bieten leider wenig Privatsphäre, da sie etwas einsehbar sind.

The room is comfortable and homely for the of us. Location is ideal, near a train station.

The Housekeeping was done after our first night but didn't turn up anymore for the rest of the 7 days that we were staying there. Very puzzling... we need it more during the middle of our stay, not at the start. It was very dusty towards the end of our stay. My son lost his favourite white top after the only time the housekeepers came but they were unable to find it after I reported it. The front door is heavy and rather dangerous as we had to manage 2 old folks with 1 on the wheelchair and another on a walking stick. My friends who were in another room came back to an empty neat room on the last night at 10pm after the stay was extended by 1 night. This extension was arranged a few weeks before our trip. Our flights are 8.30am the next day. We had to go through a lot of anxieties and panic even after speaking on the phone to a nonchalant and unapologetic customer service officer who couldn't do anything to help get back their belongings and luggages. We had to depend on the hotel next door for advice. I feel like there is a lack of communication between the different departments. Although the extension is confirmed to be in the same room, there were no missed calls, messages or emails at all before the belongings were touched. We almost called the police.

Очень чисто, новая постель чистая без каких-либо пятен, даже намёка на это не было. Достаточное количество полотенец для всех на все дни. Удобная кровать. Очень красивый интерьер, всё как на фото. Круглосуточная служба поддержки, нам отвечали даже поздней ночью. Мы остались очень довольны. Рекомендуем!!

Ens ha agradat molt el pis, ampli, lluminós, aire acondicionat i molt aprop de l'estació per poder arribar a Amsterdam central.

L'únic que no ens ha agradat tant és que el sofa-llit del menjador era una mica incòmode.
