Junkies and homeless beggers at the main door. Couldn’t open the window because of their noise (music and lou voices). Dirty moquette with stains all around. Red stains on the courtains. Night staff unwelcoming and no smiles at all.

Niets, ik had een kamer geboekt en betaald, was in Amsterdam voor een zakelijk diner en ik werd tijdens het diner gebeld dat het hotel volgeboekt was en mijn kamer dus niet doorging. Toen ik vroeg hoe dat kwam kreeg ik als antwoord dat ik geen annulerings kopsten hoede te betalen, absoluut belachelijk. Ik heb zelf heel veel moeite moeten doen om een andere kamer te boeken in een ander hotel wat mij Euro 450 gekost heeft. Belachelijke situatie dus. Ik sanp hier helemaal niks van. Ik heb gewoon geboekt en betaald en heb mijn geld ook nog niet terug. In principe is dit gewoon fraude, diefstal .

La habitación estaba muy limpia al igual que el baño. El personal muy agradable. El buffet podría tener más variedad pero estaba muy bien.

Que en la habitación había moqueta y en otras no. Es preferible una habitación sin moqueta ya que es más limpia pero en general estaba como digo, muy limpio todo.

Nincs hűtő a szobában ez egy 3* szállodánal elfogadhatatlan, a tévében nincsenek jó csatornák. A légkondi se mukodott nyári melegben iszonyu meleg van a szobában.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Μετακινόμασταν με λεωφορεία και τρένα ns καθώς ήταν όλα δίπλα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Το πρωινό απλό αλλά πάντα σε επαρκή ποσότητα όσος κόσμος και εάν υπήρχε.

Οι μοκέτες στα δώματια χρειάζονται άμεσα αλλαγή καθώς είναι γεμάτες λεκέδες. Η εκκένωση του ξενοδοχείου στις 9 το βράδυ μετά από ψευδή συναγερμό ήταν κάτι πολύ δυσάρεστο για την διαμονή μας, κάτι που από ότι βλέπω σε προηγούμενες αξιολογήσεις έχει ξανά γίνει στο παρελθόν.

sehr gute Lage, sind mit Bus und Bahn überall hingekommmen, wie z.B Den Haag. Neben den Hotel ist ein Supermarkt, der sehr lange geöffnet hat. das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten/ Matratzen sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfätig und reichlich vorhanden.

Hotel lag zentral am Bahnhof und Bus. Zimmer und Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr nett. Ausflügsziele bequem mit Bahn und Bus zu erreichen. In Amsterdam viele Restaurants und schöne Gassen

Mir gefielen die günstige Lage und die gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Der Zimmerreinigungsservice war mangelhaft. Ein Zettel mit der Bitte um Zimmerreinigung hing zwei Tage lang an der Tür, aber niemand reagierte. Im Zimmer fehlten ein Laptop-Safe und ein Bügeleisen, obwohl diese Dinge eigentlich zur Zimmerausstattung gehören sollten.

Badkamer, water liep niet door tijdens douchen

Location is close to the station & the breakfast was excellent. The one bright & shining spot was the service provided by the restaurant associate, Ramisa. She was a joy to be around & ensured that every customer, not just us, was well taken care of & that too with a genuine smile. She truly & thoroughly enjoyed taking care of the guests.

We tried to check-in earlier around 12pm but was told we could not. We returned at 3pm & was told that the rooms were not ready & would not be ready for a little bit longer. We needed a room right away, almost 4pm now, & we were told that the only available rooms were rooms with fully accessible bathroom. After the shower, water accumulated all the way to the entrance & would not get drained making the bathroom a hazard. Had to manually flush the water with our feet which was quite dangerous. Informed the front desk and they advised the knew of this issue. Terribly dangerous for any guests especially elderly ones like us. Hope they do something about it before a guest is injured.

Next to train station and close to the city. The hotel was clean and modern, no frills but efficient and worth the money.

The breakfast was basic, not much choice apart from cold meats/cheese and fake scrambled eggs.

Ontvangst. Ik had gevraagd of wij laat konden inchecken. Dit kon. Maar dan moesten we bellen stond in de mail. Geen probleem, maar het telefoonnummer moest ik even zelf opzoeken, stond er niet bij. Toen belde ik, en kon zij mij niet in Nederlands te woord staan. Uiteindelijk lukte het in Engels, maar wel raar als ik in Nederland ben. Toen we laat aankwamen konden we het hotel niet in...we drukten op de bel, maar niets....pas nadat we erg nerveus werden, werd er gereageerd op de bel. Ook toen weer alleen in het Engels. Kamer op zich prima. Maar bij badkamer de kitranden erg goor, ook de rand onder de douchedeur erg vies. Verder de vloer plakkerig. Ontbijt: dit was werkelijk de eerste keer dat er bij een hotelontbijt geen harde broodjes, pistoletjes o.i.d. was. Beetje magertjes. Bij uitchecken weer alleen in het Engels. Niet iedereen kan zich daarmee redden, erg raar.

Hotel excepcional. Ubicación perfecta, justo al lado de la estación de tren, desde donde podemos movernos a todos los sitios en minutos. Super limpio. El personal super amable. Tiene un supermercado justo al lado que viene muy bien. El centro de Amsterdam está a tan solo una parada del tren, se llega en 5 minutos. Calidad precio inmejorable. Lo recomiendo 100 x 100

Lo único que no me gustó. Que el desayuno es bastante escueto, muy básico y que no haya pan, como mucho sanwich, pero pan de ningún tipo. Para los españoles acostumbrados a comer pan en el desayuno muy mal, es lo único que deberían mejorar

The bed was uncomfortable, we had trouble getting into the hotel as the main entrance is on a higher level than street level on the side we got off the train on, no safe in the room.

opening breakfast time 07;00 uur is too late. A lot of guests waited with their luggage due to an early flight from Schiphol. If you start at 06:00 - 10:30 uur its better.

Tiene el desayuno incluido y el personal que está en el comedor es híper amable. Habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas. Buenas medidas de seguridad en ascensor y escalera.

En la puerta se pone gente sin hogar, y no te sientes cómodo saliendo a cenar y haciendo vida nocturna. Creo que tiene mucho que ver el wifi gratuito y el spar que hay abajo que cierra a las 00.00. Yo de verdad le daría una vuelta al tema del wifi y tomaría alguna medida para que esta gente no esté ahí. En la salida hay que pagar un suplemento para guardar la maleta. Por lo demás todo genial.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the General Manager and restaurant team. The location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

As we stayed for over a week, the breakfast options were the same every day, so a little more variety would have been appreciated.

Its location is one of its biggest advantages, being right next to Sloterdijk Station, which provides excellent connectivity to Amsterdam Centraal, key attractions across the city, and Schiphol Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always helpful, particularly the front-desk team. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience, and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Die Lage war hervorragend, alles stressfrei und super organisiert. Wir konnten nach dem Check-out unser Gepäck noch 7 Stunden in einem extra Raum lagern und nochmal entspannt in die City gehen, vor der Abreise.

Die Matratze war schrecklich, man ist auf Sprungfedern gelegen. Das Frühstück hat nicht besonders gut geschmeckt.

В отеле все было хорошо. Но вначале нам отменили бронирование(Booking) за 1.5 часа до прибытия в отель-были в самолёте на взлете. Каковы должны испытывать чувства клиенты забронировавших за месяц номер, получавшие неоднократно подтверждение в бронировании номера. И во время,когда мы должны были поселяться и оплачивать( по договору бронирования) у нас забирают номер. Как теперь надеяться на надёжность Booking? Отвратительная компания. Будьте с ней осторожны!

フリックスのバスターミナルからすぐ近くにあって、地下鉄駅やトラムの駅も目の前。 大型スーパーも近くにあって便利だった。 スタッフは親切で、清掃無しにすると、バーでワンドリンク無料になった。

冷房が効きすぎて寒かった。 レセプションでストーブを貸してくれたが、自分で部屋まで運ぶのが重くて大変だった。 夜中に火災報知器が鳴って、みんな避難したが、特に何もなく誤報だった。 口コミにも誤報の火災報知器の件が書いてあったので、また鳴るんじゃないかと思いながら眠るのはとても疲れた。

Geen schone handdoeken tenzij we erom vroegen en het kwamen ophalen. Geen schoonmaak, dit kon je aangeven. Echter hebben wij aangegeven dat we wél schoonmaak wilden en dit is gedurende een verblijf van 4 nachten niet gebeurd.

Il letto è comodissimo! La camera al settimo piano con parquet e vista di fronte al tramonto. La posizione accanto alla Sloterdijk Station, dalla quale in 5 minuti si è ad Amsterdam centro, in meno di 10 minuti in aeroporto e in pochissimo tempo in tanti altri bei luoghi fuori Amsterdam. Anche se il quartiere è brutto, la comodità della stazione proprio accanto (si raggiunge in un minuto) è fantastica. Le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è buona in un ambiente piacevole. C’è un Jumbo supermarket a 3 minuti a piedi. Ho potuto fare il check out un’ora più tardi. Grazie.

La mancanza di un frigorifero nella camera. Sarebbe molto utile avere un piccolo frigorifero in camera. Il quartiere troppo industriale.

Zentral gelegen. Gutes Frühstück. Personal nett und sehr bemüht. Bequemes Bett. Fahrrad direkt im hotel gemietet und Amsterdam entdeckt.

Die Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof leider sehr viel Müll in der Umgebung. Leichte Abnutzungerscheinungen im Bad. Teppichboden in Hotelzimmer finde ich persönlich etwas unhygienisch.

Very convenient location. Accessible by train though the station was a bit dirty and requires cleaning. The elevator Going to the Flix bus terminal was out of order for more than 3 days and was inconvenient.

Беше студено, имат обща система за охлаждане и нямаше как да увеличат температурата в нашата стая и съответно беше много студено за нас - 20 градуса със голяма сила на духалото. В стаята можеше да се добави още нещо например шкаф за дрехи, имаше само закачалки.

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast and maybe comfortable bed

The carpet was very old and dirty, and the room clearly needs renovation. There was no chair available in the room, which made it inconvenient to sit or relax. The kettle also had an unpleasant smell and did not seem clean. Overall, the room needs more attention and maintenance. Also the location is far firm the center and not located in a good area not recommend this hotel at all

Next door to station, restaurant and supermarket. Exceptionally clean. Amazing view.

Breakfast was strangely laid out with milk by cereal and not by coffee machine and not well labelled. Other than that was good.

Der Eingang im Erdgeschoss zur Rezeption ist unangenehm insbesondere am Abend wenn sich davor gewisse Ansammlungen von Menschen bilden.

La habitación era cómoda. La ubicacion nos pareció muy buena porque nos movemos en tren. La persona que nos recibió para el check in fue extremadamente amable y considerada. El desayuno es muy completo y bueno.

Chambre spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner, proximité de la gare pour rejoindre le centre d'Amsterdam, la location de vélo.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam – Sloterdijk Station. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially at reception and in the breakfast area. A special thank you to **Ramisa and Dominique** for their warm smiles and great service during breakfast — they really made our mornings more enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is just steps away from the metro, train station, and intercity bus connections, and you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in about 5 minutes with a direct ride. Having convenience stores and restaurants nearby was another big plus. For us, this hotel was an incredibly good choice, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

One small improvement would be to add insect screens to the windows, as mosquitoes can come in when the windows are opened for fresh air during the summer.

Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht mehr. Extragebühr von 6 Euro für die Aufbewahrung von zwei Rücksäcken. In anderen Hotels ist dieser Service mit drin.

The staff were definitely a highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk staff to maintenance, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff—was friendly, helpful, and made a really great impression. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and a big plus as well. I also really liked the shower; although I personally prefer a bathtub, the shower stall was very nicely done with beautiful tiles. There wasn’t much of a view from my room, but that didn’t bother me, especially considering I thought the price was very reasonable for a two-night stay in Amsterdam.

The biggest issue for me was the room temperature. There was no phone in the room to easily contact reception, and on my first night I was freezing and couldn’t adjust the centrally controlled temperature enough to make the room comfortable. I was exhausted from travelling and just wanted to shower and sleep, and unfortunately I ended up getting sick afterward, which was disappointing. The staff were very helpful the following day and brought a small heater to my room, which made my second night much more comfortable. I also would have really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. Adding a phone and mini fridge, and giving guests a little more control over the room temperature, would make the stay much better.

La position de l'hôtel est parfaite, à côté de la gare de train et du métro, juste à côté y'a une supérette et un très bon restaurant.

Si je pouvais citer des points négatifs je dirais : 1: impossible de régler la température de la chambre. 2: la présence de sans abri en face de l'hôtel, qui gênent un peu quand on sort fumer (des fois leurs demandes sont un peu agressives) Sinon le reste est parfait.

Personnel aux petits soins. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à 5 minutes en train de la gare d'Amsterdam Centraal. Un parking payant est au pied de l'hôtel. Tout est là pour passer un séjour sans prise de tête.

La moquette tâchée de la chambre à l'arrivée ne donne pas une bonne image de l'hôtel. Heureusement que les autres prestations sont au top pour compenses ce désagrément.

Camere pulite, vicino alla stazione, sotto l hotel comodissimo il minimarket molto fornito ed un ristorante/pizzeria dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene, il personale molto gentile, camere ampie e comodi i cuscini,materassi un po' troppo rigidi ma ok

L unica cosa l aria condizionata non regolabile e messa troppo bassa la presenza del piumino al letto ad agosto aveva un suo perché per via dell aria condizionata. La colazione l avrei preferita un po' più varia ma era buona

La posizione raggiungibile con più mezzi pubblici anche se abbiamo utizzato, sempre, il treno. La cordialità dello staff. La camera ampia ed una doccia funzionante e comoda

Il pane di un solo tipo e non quello fresco, nessun dolce tipo torte e/o biscotti

The staff weren’t that decent, I have asked about the wash basin the drain wasn’t working fine. Before I finish my explanation it self they come to a conclusion and say something without listening full issue.
