The location is very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven just around the corner, only a 2-minute walk away. A local farmers' market is directly across the road, just a 1-minute walk, and the beach is only 5 to 7 minutes away on foot. There is also a good spa and a Korean restaurant within a 2-minute walking distance. More shops and amenities are expected to open nearby in the future, making the area even more convenient.

The guesthouse does not offer a laundry service, as there is a small laundry shop located just across the road. However, the laundry charges a minimum fee based on 3 kg of clothing. This means that even if I only wanted to wash a T-shirt and a pair of shorts, I still had to pay the full rate for 3 kg.

La dame qui tient l’établissement est adorable: elle nous a très bien accueilli, elle nous a donnée plein de bons conseils, toujours disponible pour nous aider. La proximité avec la plage, d’un seven eleven et de différents restaurants est egalement tres sympa (la literie est egalement très confortable). Nous sommes egalement retournés dans cet hotel pendant notre escale, on recommande vivement!!!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet connection was good. Kharlyn, who runs the place, took care of me as if I were family. The moment I asked her for advice, she immediately helped me organise everything. Even when I only needed a simple ride, she was always there, ready to help. Her kindness and genuine care made my stay truly special. I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

There is honestly nothing negative I can say about this place.

Near a 7 Eleven and local carinderias. About a 15 minute walk to a public beach. If you are looking for limited rooms and prefer a less crowded place, this may be a suitable option. It is also fine if you spend most of your time outside and only need a place to leave your things.

The bed was uncomfortable and caused itching for both of us during our two-night stay. I am not sure of the exact cause, but we experienced itching every time we slept. The bathroom showed signs of deterioration and did not feel aesthetically pleasing or thoroughly clean, although it was spacious.

This was a last minute, first time booking. On arrival, the staff were very friendly & helpful. We had all the basic necessities including a couple bottles of water, guest soaps & shampoo. Our room had a queen size bed, and double bunks, which was handy for spreading out our luggage. 15 minute walk, or 20pps per person trike, to beautiful Dumaluan Beach with dining facilities. Our request for a very late check-out was kindly granted - thank you so much!

There was no bar fridge. Staff were not as visibly available the following day, but we're contactable via WhatsApp.

Location was very convenient, a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and a 711 just around the corner. Staff were very hospitable and helpful when booking tricycles and recommending places.

There was not a fridge in the room. If you are booking the family rooms with the bunk beds, it has to be said the bunks are quite uncomfortable, unstable and very squeaky.

Excellent staff, who were friendly and helpful. The location was really good, just off the main road. Walking distance to the beach, 7-11, small stores and cafes, and some resorts. Rooms are big and have good AC.

The curtains don't block light so it gets very bright in the room once the sun is up. It can be a little noisy early in the mornings because of roosters.

The room is spacious and its accessible to amenities.

We just dont have heater for coffee and there's no cignal in the television

四處都是雞在叫，非常吵雜。衛浴設備水壓超弱根本洗不了澡，洗澡沒幾分鐘就沒有熱水了。這個飯店評價很高，但是都沒有看到有人分享這些缺點，這個飯店有三星真讓人懷疑🤨。

An amazing stay for our first stop in the Philippines. We loved it so much we extended. Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Lovely and welcoming staff who were great for recommendations. Close to Dumuluan Beach which is the best for relaxing and enjoying those tropical beaches. A short bike ride to Alona Beach.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful.

Dogs barking throughout the night. They seemed to go on & on, although through the day they were quiet. You expect cockerels which we had but the dogs were very loud.

It was absolutely great experience staying here 1015 minutes walk to the best beach in Island, incredibly friendly stuff I was supposed to be here tonight I extended to 3. If I ever come back here, I will definitely stay in the same place.

Heel fijn verblijf! Fijn grote kamers, en een 7-eleven om de hoek dus dat is fijn. Personeel is super aardig en staat klaar om de "extra mile" te gaan voor je te helpen. Ook een scooter gehuurd via hun, toen die halverwege mijn verblijf een olie check nodig had gingen ze hem zelf terug brengen en een nieuwe voor me halen. Kortom super aardig personeel en ruim verblijf.

We stayed for a couple nights and the place is a nice play to stay and has a good price. The receptionist of the place is the best and very welcoming. She really wants to do an extra step for the guests.

I like everything about this place.3 beautiful sisters are owning this place.all three of them are gorgeous and very friendly.and their employe...I forgot her name (sorry)she was so lovely also...super friendly people.location is so nice right by seven 11.and step away from beach.its close to alona beach also if u have motorcycle very quick access.unfortunatly I had an accident and stayed longer than I anticipated.bit these lovely ladies made my stay so comfy.room.was clean and air-conditioning was nice.bathroom was clean and bleeding was comfy.i highly recommend if u are staying at panglao island.i hope to see them again for my next time panglao visit.

Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Schwestern, die das Guesthouse betreiben. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, hatte eine gute Klimaanlage, einen Wasserkocher und heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Außerdem konnte man Roller mieten. Alles top!!

Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa guest house a due passi dalla bella spiaggia di Dumuluan, camera ampia e pulita, posizione ottimale vicino a 7/11 a bel centro massaggi negozietti e ristorantini, ma il vero valore aggiunto sono le persone: Vanessa e le sorelle mi hanno coccolato e vezzeggiato come mi e' capitato poche volte (e ho viaggiato parecchio) non solo pronte a dare consigli su cosa fare/vedere etc, ma mi hanno fatto un sentire una di famiglia, invitato a cena piu volte ed organizzato una cena conviviale anche con altri ospiti. Possibilità di scaldare cibo, e usare piatti e bicchieri, drinking water sempre disponibile. Esperienze come queste sono per me la parte piu bella di girare per il mondo, il sentirsi a casa lontano da casa, l' intera esperienza e' andata bene oltre le mie aspettative. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful location, so close to White Beach. Kharlyn is the most wonderful host, so friendly and helpful and always making us laugh. Quick scoot to Alona was so easy from Mayas.

Les chambres sont moyennes, la salle de bain aussi..pas d’eau la plupart du temps, et à refaire la plomberie

la chambre était spacieuse et la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était très gentille. Le logement est bien placé, pas très loin de la plage

nous avons commencé le séjour dans une première chambre où il y avait une odeur terrible. De plus, la douche était très sale, ça se voyait qu’elle n’avait pas été nettoyée depuis très longtemps et l’eau chaude ne marchait pas. Nous avons donc eu une nouvelle chambre, où l’odeur était encore pire c’était limite invivable!! Dans la seconde chambre la douche était tout aussi sale et il y avait une fuite d’eau sous l’évier ce qui inondait à longueur de journée la salle de bain

Maya is very welcoming and very useful sharing recommandations about what to do around. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is an outside shower when you come back from the beach. Location is good, few minutes from a nice beach with restaurants. 7/11 , massage spa just 1 minute from the guesthouse.

The ladies here are the best. They are truly accommodating and helpful. Nothing is a problem for these guys. They are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was a nice size. All we needed. The location is great, very close to a beautiful beach. Water there is so crystal clear. We see so many starfish. It's just wonderful. We met some amazing people here, too. 😘 We will be keeping in touch. They have a very cute little puppy 🐶. And a very handy 7/11 on your doorstep.

Unfortunately, we did suffer quite a lot of sleepless nights on our stay. Due to their San Sebastian celebrations. And lots of Roosters going 🐓 all night long.
