Guthulele Living

Cleanliness, how accessible everything was, the staff

Nothing

It was very comfortable and homely

The accommodation was comfortable, but there was an unpleasant smell in the unit, possibly from the carpet, I’d assume. We used air fresheners to try to minimise it but the smell was still noticeable. Hopefully this can be addressed for future guests.

Cleanliness, peaceful and spacious it has braai area n balcony. Parking was near our room. Checkout at 11am

The property owner did not give clear instructions n got lost. But was very kind and was one phone call away.

Location

Nothing

This place was beautiful and clean and majority of the things were provided, we didn't even need to carry much. The area was peaceful and we even had our own braai area on the balcony. The host, Andile was such a pleasant person, he provided us with good directions on how to find the place.

There is nothing bad I can honestly say about the place. I can say that there are no aircons but they did have fans which is perfectly fine. The only issue we had was trying to connect to the wifi, the passwords provided were incorrect.

The security system. The compartment setup. Cleanliness.

That the linen are not changed daily.

I loved everything about the property

Peace of mind, food place to relax and enjoy.

The sea was not close as I thought t would.

The accommodation was as per pictures

Glass table and there were no placemats to use when eating. Did not want to damage the glass

The apartment was spacious very clean and refreshing I actually enjoyed my stay there I would book over and over again Andile was our host very helpful respond quickly with respect and sense of humor

There was no ice cream or desert bowls

In an nice and clean.

Beautiful apartment - ideal for stop overs and even holidays. Spotless and hosts were very accommodating. Communication was good from time of booking through to check-out. I will definitely book this apartment again.

Keys were not available on arrival - had to wait for the lady to return with them as they were not expecting a booking (It WAS a last-minute booking so they were not aware of my arrival - might be better to have a 24-hour notice for bookings) or an option would be a key box/Dropbox? Owners were communicating throughout and was extremely apologetic, but it was still a wait having to sit outside for more than an hour with 2 little ones.

The place was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The host was so gracious and professional, communicated clearly and on time. I wanted to give a review even before we brought our bags out from the car. I appreciated the no noise rule, I was preparing for an assessment so that added to my experience. My family and I will definitely be back again at this unit.

Place wasn't clean Cockroaches around the place 🤦

The apartment was absolutely breathtaking, the host responded quickly to all queries and was so friendly, the amenities 10/10 ,access to the estate and to the apartment was super swift

I loved everything

The two clean and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the wifi and smart TV.

There's no air-conditioner only fans in the bedrooms

The place is located in a very beautiful and quite complex. Inside it is decorated very well and the host is always available to assist with anything.

Location was good everything is around

Pool closes early

Everything is nice

They complain about noise

Clean and comfortable and quiet place to relax

Everything was what we saw online no complaints, the host very helpful

Very comfortable and cosy. Safe and practical for a short vacation.

Really good place, hosts amazing. Would recommend.

Everything was brilliant.

everything about the property was excellent. top top place

the tv size

The onwer has very gentle and sweet has well as the staff

My tv was not working

The apartment was very clean and it smelled very nice

The security kept on coming, saying we must lower our noise and that at night we are not allowed to stay at the balcony

Spacious, clean with responsive host.

Construction nearby and the resulting noise

Security in and out was difficult

Location is perfect just around the mall, the pool area had slides for kids. The place smelled so nice

Nothing

The place is safe and close to the mall .

So far nothing

A lovely Nikwanda lady waited for us and warmly welcomed us What a friendly person ever met!

More info about the pool, gym, spa around the area If that info could be added, so we can easily access

Safe,clean

Nothing

It is so quiet and peaceful, very clean closer to the mall where you can get whatever you want

The rules of limited knows allowed it is too formal and like to talk and laugh loud

The apartment is in a very safe complex. The place was homey and very clean. Andile was amazing...always available. We had a good time and safe stay. We loved the games in the complex.

Nothing...everything was perfect.

The place was very clean and in a quiet estate just what me and my friends needed also appreciated the fact that our host(ANDILE) organized for our place to be cleaned after 2days of our stay which we were expecting to come at an extra cost but it wasn't so..

Nothing not to like

Everything.

Nothing

Everything it was so clean we really enjoyed our stay with the kids

Nothing everything was perfect

there was a minor problem with the issuing of codes but overall it was an amazing place

The gate code system is an annoyance of note, host apparently can only send you so many codes a day. That made for an uncomfortable stay, I can’t have my movements restricted especially when on holiday!

Everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

None

The cleanliness

Not much dishes to use considering it’s self catering and we were a group.

Apartment was comfortable Host was welcoming

Nothing

The reception we got from the owner was extremely nice

Nothing

Great place with amazing hosts. Would've stayed longer if we could.

The apartment was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed. Will definitely stay there again when we are next in Ballito.

The maid was waiting outside our door to come in and clean at 9.30 am

The Unit was comfortable and very clean. My family felt at home and we did not feel like we away from home. Beautiful estate, lovely host who communicated a lot to ensure we were fine. Thank you Andile 🙏

Nothing, everything was perfect 👌

The place is so clean, modern with beautiful interior decor. The host was so easy to reach and always accessible. It's so close to the mall, beach, airport and all other attractions. I loved everything about it and can't wait to come back again.

It was difficult with the high security levels to get in and out. May be easier with more experience of the facility

The above

The house was so clean, it like you at home. The communication between the host and me was unmatched. Everything was there.

The property was clean and neat, definitely will be booking again

Was clean

Tv didnt work, no Dustin, battling to get in and out the Gates with pin. No bedside tables to put your stuff on

The place was very neat and comfortable . The owner was very accommodating. Perfect place for a getaway

Beautiful place, host was very efficient. The place on its own felt like we are monied, very fancy. The estate is very safe as well. Thank you so much Andile

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. The house is so beautiful, clean and has modern furniture. we definitely coming back.

Everything was perfect, I loved it.

I arrived much much later than I had said, and although the host was annoyed (understandably so), he assisted me very well and made arrangements for me to get the key. He answered my calls even into the late hours of the night. The apartment is modern, beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. The place is secure. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes drive to the beach and about the same to the shopping center. Enjoyed my stay, hope to make it longer next time.

For every entry and exit to the property you need access codes (which is great for security), but they are one time use which means you're always having to contact the host for these. At one time the app would not generate the code so we had to wait at the entrance for 30-40minutes as the host (on a call) tried to convince the security to allow us onto the property. This can put a damper on this. Notwithstanding, this is a great place, they only have to find a way to make the entry/exit situation less stressful. (Maybe an access code that lasts the duration of your stay?).

Very clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

The location of the apartment is in a lovely quiet area and close to all the amenities with great facilities

The place is great for families

No summer sheets

The cleanliness of the room, everything is new in this unit. The pool area, has gym facilities, indoor soccer and tennis court. The estate is close to everything that you may need for the trip. Andile the host, is excellent, he make sure you feel at home, well done Bra wami you are the best.

Nothing

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ballito. It’s a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

There was construction on the units behind the one we were staying at, the noise coming from there was not pleasant.
