It was clean and in a good location. For Milan, the price was on the lower end.

Budget room equals budget amenities. Our room was right next to reception and the entry stairwell; the noise from people coming and going was loud. Their check-in ends at 11:00 pm. Our flight to Italy was delayed nearly 2 hours; we had to beg the owner to stay open an extra 30 minutes and hire an expensive taxi (114 euro) from the airport in order to make the (later) check-in time. Thankful he agreed to stay later, but not a nice welcome to Italy.

Sauberes Hotel und saubere Zimmer. Freundliche Besitzer. Ich war schon in 3-4 Sterne Hotels die nicht in diesem Zustand waren! Parken vorm Hotel möglich wenn etwas frei ist.

Leider kein Bügeleisen vorhanden und das Bett war nicht 100% komfortabel, aber ansonsten im Gesamtbild top.

Gute Lage, fussläufig vom Bahnhof Milano Centrale mit mehreren Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche Gastgeber. Zimmer scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und bieten ausreichend Platz und guten Komfort. Zimmer hat die Erwartungen (1-Stern-Hotel) übertroffen.

Beachten, dass das Hotel über eine Treppe erreicht wird. Die Gastgeber haben jedoch geholfen, das leichtere Gepäck hochzutragen.

Very clean rooms, modern/renovated restrooms. Amazing location. You are a 3 minute walk from Repubblica metro and train station. Which means you are a €2.2 expense away from getting to Duomo, Sforzesco castle in 5 minutes instead of a 45 minute walk. Also you can come from Milano centrale to this hotel by taking a metro to Repubblica. Look for yellow line M3. Milan's subway system is the easiest in the world and the most well organized.

This property doesn't have elevator. If you have heavy suitcases like I did (I had 2x50lb), may your soul rest in peace. The room is tiny. You know what size room you are getting, but I struggled to find space to even open my suitcase.

Location is perfect! Cca 8 minute walk to the main train station Milano Centrale, a supermarket is just around the corner, good restaurants for lunch 50 m away, city centre with the Duomo 25-minute away on foot. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The owner was very cooperative, he stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. I'd never say this is a 1-star hotel, it surely exceeded our expectations.

There was a huge noise (some other guest was yelling) for a short time during a late evening/night, which of course doesn't have anything to do with the hotel facilities. We informed the hotel owner and his feedback was very fast.

Tiszta szállás. Metró, vasút közelsége. Metróval kb. 10 perc, gyalog kb. 30 perc a Dóm, de valamennyi látványosság a megadott távolságban van. Ahogy az előttem szólók is írták, nincs lift, lépcsőzésre kell készülni....

Vélhetően arra számítanak, hogy mindenki használja a bidét, emiatt nem volt elegendő wc papír.... de észlelték és kérés nélkül pótolták, így igazából ezt sem értékelném negatívumként.

Разположението е отлично - близо до центъра на Милано. Имаше красиво балконче. Обстановката беше добра. Наблизо има хубав ресторант. Метрото е близо.

Very poor reception and a rude owner

Everything! The hosts were very friendly, they let us leave the luggage before the check in and even took our backpacks in the room. The location is near the central station and many local stores. The room was very clean and everything was new.

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, így nagyon jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése, közel a központi vasútállomáshoz és metróhoz, ami pont a dómhoz visz. A szállás gyönyörűen, igényesen felújított, nagyon szép és kényelmes a szoba. A személyzet is kedves. Jó választás volt.

La comodidad de las camas podría mejorar

Freundlicher Inhaber, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Gute Lage (10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof/Milano Centrale, 3 Min. zur U-Bahn die direkt zum Dom fährt). Kleine Extras wie die Nespresso Kapseln und zwei (abgepackte) Croissants.

Everything was excellent. Cleaning every day, kettle and fridge inside. Sagrada nearby, but streets nearby are pretty calm. The bathroom was my favorit in this jorney

Entire stay was ruined by loud noise at 8 am. I guess the hotel did not care at all about hammers smashing the rooftop.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and it was a pleasant surprise. We booked a room for 4 and it was very comfortable, there was a terrace outside our room which was great , it was very clean, in a great location within easy access to central station and also the tram to go into the city and the best thing was the warm welcome we received from Maria at reception from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I would highly recommend this property

Die lange Treppe bis zum Empfang kann für Gäste mit Behinderung das schwierig sein.

Cerca a la estación central se puede llegar a pie, instalaciones nuevas y limpias. El personal muy amable nos dejó guardar el equipaje.

Para subir las instalaciones solo se puede mediante escaleras, si se trae mucho equipaje puede ser tedioso.

Camas muy comodas, buenas almohadas, baño limpio y la habitacion casi nueva. Muy bonito el hotel con terracitas y el servicio es muy amable. Está muy bien ubicado. Recomendable para repetir.

Very convenient location, just next door to an amazing restaurant. Very straight forward procedures at the hotel. I spend most of the time out in the city, so I just need a place to sleep and it was a very good one.

There is no elevator in the hotel, I did not see that information before I booked, so I was a bit surprised when I had to go upstairs with the luggage. Despite the convenience, the location can look a bit sketchy sometimes.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind!

A lot of stairs to get to the room, we didn’t mind but others may find issue. Apart from that amazing!

Struttura centralissima e facile da raggiungere, trovandosi a circa 10 min a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale. Camera estremamente pulita ed accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Bagno spazioso con doccia altrettanto spaziosa. Apprezzatissima la macchinetta del caffè a cialde (DeLonghi) con tutto il necessario a disposizione per addolcire il risveglio. Per essere una struttura ad una stella, il servizio e la qualità sono nettamente superiori.

Pas d'ascenseur Salle de bain peu pratique : pas de place pour poser ses affaires. Aussi, dans la douche il n'y a rien pour poser les gels douche / savons donc tout au sol + difficile d'utiliser le petit pommeau de douche seulement et pas le grand du haut. En effet il s'allume directement donc on reste en dehors, mais du coup on mouille dehors bref... Pas très bien pensé Quartier pas très attrayant mais emplacement pratique

Location good, very near street tram stop,Republica metro and Central station both five to ten mins away, about a half hour stroll to Duomo. Shops nearby, "To Market" excellent for all provisions. Generally very quiet around the hotel, some noise could be heard from adjoining rooms but not too bad.

Maybe some more substantial water cups. A light extra cover for the bed. Something in bathroom to put toiletries on rather than having to use the floor. All minor concerns we would return there without question.

Horrible and rude staff (the old, the female and young man)attitude. The hotel doesn't have lift-so, do not ever thing go with family with luggage. They are not at all friendly. They will not come to help you to stair up or down near about three floor with luggage, They will not provide you any comfit (light blanket)- the basic of a hotel. They tell it triple room whereas they made a single room into triple room where you can barely walk. Horrible toilet amenities. things had to be kept in basin. the room picture in booking.com didn't match. It cannot be a hotel-- I am wiring complain against them in Milan Tourism board. Worse place I have ever seen. As per local opinion, area is notorious so don't roam around with family after dark. So from location point of view also, it was awful.

It was noisy

Aunque el check-in era a partir de las 15 h nos guardaron las mochilas cuando llegamos y a la salida que nos íbamos por la tarde de Milán nos las han guardado allí hasta que nos hemos ido de la ciudad. Está cerca de la Estación Central y viene bien para ir al aeropuerto. La recepcionista muy maja y hablaba muy bien en español. Había nevera, café e infusiones en la habitación.

No me gustó que hay que subir escaleras, no tiene ascensor

O hotel é muito confortável. Acho que ficamos hospedado em uma parte nova, pois o quarto aparentava ser bem novo. A localização é muito boa, cama confortável e uma paz muito grande.

A recepção fica no primeiro andar e só é acessível de escada, para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou muitas malas pode ser um problema. Para nós, foi tranquilo.

This place is in primo location. We are vegan, and this place was smack in the middle of so many vegan places within walking distance. It's 10 minutes to the main train station. The room is very comfortable and clean. There is a/c which is premium these days and a must-have for these hot European summers.

It's definitely one of the mom/pop run inns. Don't bring big luggage here because you 'll be climbing a lot of stairs and going through many doors before getting to your room.

We didn't like anything.

Shocking service! Air conditioner at 18 degrees, which even after hours hardly cooled. We booked a room for 4, access was awkward (my mistake, I didn't notice that it was up the stairs - to mention very difficult). The receptionist was rude, I asked for an extra spare key for a room with 4 people. She said there wasn't one. There is no one at the reception regularly. The room is horribly cramped. The sheets for a double bed are only enough for one person, not two. There was noise and shouting all night from one of the rooms. There is no one to communicate with. Huge mistake booking the hotel. I haven't been to such a bad place in years. And I fly at least twice a year.
