Das Zelt war schön eingerichtet und entsprach den Erwartungen. Der Nebenraum war deutlich unterhalb der Erwartungen.

Loved the view from here. And the rooms were spacious enough for us.

There was a water-filled spot (the spot is dented hence trapped water) outside the master tent, my husband and i slipped on different days because of that. That was scary and could lead to very bad injury for some people. And the wifi connection was very bad, to finish watching one movie, the connection lost more than 20 times. If these issues are tackled, we are happy to come back!

Size, facilities & amenities of the properties is all perfect, the only inconvenience for us is the toilet/bath room is in the tent but not at the command area, is hard to go toilet at mid night from the other room.

A massive tent with three separate sleeping spaces plus loungeroom. More than enough space, bathrooms worked well. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen space but would be sensational on a nice night.

We knew the location prior to booking but didn't exactly realise how far it was away from shops / restaurants etc. We had a driver so not a massive issue.

Location unica nel suo genere, pulizia ottima, deumidificatore efficace, letti grandi e comodi , grande zona barbecue esterna. Il centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Fantastico mercatino serale , ma solo il weekend.

De locatie is prima, je zit zo in Brinchang en Tanah Ratah. Helemaal perfect!

De foto's waren niet helemaal actueel, de WiFi is echt heel erg slecht als je met meerdere mensen aanwezig bent en ook de douche was niet warmer te krijgen dan lauw.

Davvero spettacolare! La tenda è davvero molto grande e ben fatta. Nei abbiamo soggiornato nella tenda "studio": la principale aveva un letto matrimoniale, nella seconda stanza si trovano due lettino e una zona divano con tv, in comunicazione alle due stanza si trova la zona tavolo/cucina esterna davvero molto carina per rilassarsi, mangiare e giocare insieme. Nella cucina c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare o scaldare velocemente. Il bagno è nella zona retrostante la camera principale, molto minimal ma ben fatto. Sulla collina ci sono molte soluzioni simili, zona tranquilla e con panorama sull'alba. Personale disponibilissimo per ogni esigenza. La tenda "family" è ancora più grande e bella: ha una cucina esterna con barbecue (ti danno anche indicazioni per dove acquistare carbone e accendifuoco). Parcheggio riservato all'interno della proprietà. Nel complesso bellissima esperienza per la nostra bimba.

Cosa importante da considerare: la tenda è su una collina, grab nella zona non è molto utilizzato. Noi avevamo una macchina a noleggio quindi ci siamo potuti spostare in autibomja, altrimenti è una cosa da valutare con attenzione. La tenda studio è ad un livello inferiore rispetto quella "family", c'è una rampa di scalini per raggiungerla. La pulizia è buona, forse la tenda ha bisogno di una pulizia un pò più approfondita. Non è un aspetto negativo ma bisogna tenere in considerazione alcuni aspetti: - la tenda non ha riscaldamento o aria condizionata (solo ventola) - la tenda non permette insonorizzazione, quindi vento, vicini, cani ululanti e altro possono disturbare il sonno - quando da freddo uscire dalla doccia non è piacevolissimo. Avrei messo una zona con fili per stendere.

The tent was great and very cosy! It exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private backyard was wonderful. We spent the whole evening there enjoying the view and making BBQ.

Be aware that the tent heats up quickly in the morning sun, so it can get very warm. Some parts of the tent were also a bit dirty.

The WiFi does not cover the TV maybe due to the distance. The water from the shower flows to the WC. Something not right with the floor levelling.

It was lovely, very well equipped, cute, quaint and cosy. We stayed for 2 nights and had a BBQ one evening. It was lovely waking up to the view of the mountains. Would definitely stay again!

The other guests were very noisy! Not the fault of the place, more an inconsiderance of other people. The hosts managed it well though and the second night was a lot better.

Clean, quiet and premium. Totally worth the money for such good quality room. The vibes are great! Will totally rebook again.

Some of the lights are not functional, the bed and pillow can be slightly hard. Alot of flies at kitchen area during evening, but they dissapear at night. Also there are some stray dogs around the area which play around the tent at night and made a lot of noise.

This a very good place for gathering. Very spacious and clean and the kitchen utilities are provided. Next time will book again and eat steamboat there

The property well maintain. Fully equipped with basic facilities like fridge, small kitchen area, kitchenware, iron & all the other facilities. The view is superb! Security at the top notch. Gated & privacy secured. Location wise is superb. Located at not too crowded area for sure. So we have all the calm, peaceful vacation. I love it!

The family tent is nice and a unique experience for the children. Love that every room comes with an attached bathroom. Lovely morning view!

The flapping sound of the tent when the wind blows. I am a light sleeper so did not sleep well during my stay as I was woken up many times by the motorbikes outside, the stray dogs parking and howling plus the Tentage flapping sound is rather loud.

The glamping was great overall, we’re couple, so there’s extra 2 single beds free. Toilet, beds, cutleries is clean and comfortable to use. There’s no aircond but you wont need it cz the weather already cold and windy. The locations are strategic. Near so much attraction in CH.

I was there for my anniversary. Ask for any simple deco if they could, yes they promised me a simple towel deco, but once i get there, there’s no deco provided. A bit frustrated. But its ok. No big deal. They dont provide any stove and gas. Lucky me i bring my own, so that me and husband can cook steamboat that night. Theres few things that i found ‘dirty’ like artificial flowers on the desk , so dusty. Would be cute if you guys put some fresh flowers as you guys in CH. Haha. And also some lamp not functioning.

Comfortable stay. Can fit more than 4 people as the sofa bed is spacious. Enjoyed having BBQ outside with the cool Cameron weather.

Fridge in the studio tent is very small.. not suitable for storing frozen items.

Overall it was an amazing place as a gateway. Great view and ambience. Very close to grocery stores as well. Staff was very attentive and accommodating to our issues too. Would definitely visit again in the future!

It is really spacious and well maintained. There was a power trip on the side of the room. Fortunately, the owner acted fast to resolve the issue. Sadly we only stayed for 1 night. Could’ve been better if we had stayed longer.

Love this space. It is clean and big. Can fit 4-6 people. Great for family. It just for elders please take family rather than studio room because there is small stairs.

I hope there is two toilets but no worries everything is great. The toilet is beautiful and clean.

Spacious tents, perfect for a family with two kids. Parents get some privacy as the kids’ room and the parents’ tent are separated by the outdoor dining kitchen. The kids’ room comes with a big TV and lounge area, so they can easily spend the whole day inside. Host is very responsive, kitchen has all the utensils for cooking steamboat and bbq or simple stir fry.

After showering, the bathroom and bedroom floor tends to stay wet as the bed and bathroom are separated only by a divider, which causes mist to be trapped in the tent. It would be helpful if more floor mats or towels could be provided. Surrounded by other camping sites, can be quite noisy at night but bearable.

Nice view and plenty of space for activities. Also the decoration is classic!

I stayed in the Studio tent and there’s only ONE toilet in the whole establishment.

The facilities were very good and catered to all our needs. The property was clean and well maintained. The check in and check out was easy. The location is excellent.

The property was a little hard to find as there were no signages. The iron was broken.

This place is so dreamy - the glamping tent is beautifully decorated with gorgeous furniture. And the views over the valley are gorgeous, especially first thing in the morning. The manager was very responsive on DM and answered our questions, as well as arranged an extra chair that I requested. The kitchen is well equipped and we could make a cute bbq fire for dinner (charcoal was purchased at the nearby minimart). The remote front gate offers secure parking for peace of mind. And the area is quiet and private, perfect for a couple's getaway. The bed was so comfy and comfy, and the tent kept the mosquitos out.

This is a rare occasion where I don't have any complaints at all - everything was perfect. I'll be back again in the future!

The only sad thing is no hair dryer and breakfast provided. Other than this everything was perfect.

Unfortunately, we were not able to explore the premises as during the Christmas days it is impossible to get a public transport or affordable cab from Penang to Cameron Highlands. It is highly recommended to book the transport well in advance. We informed the hotel about our situation and that they can offer the tent to other guests. Despite the high season and being fully booked, the hotel was not able to help us. We lost all our money that was pre-paid, without any offer to compensate (e.g. voucher for our next stay).

Quiet and private location. Only a family tent and studio for the compound. Spacious and clean. Good facilities including BBQ and an electric stove.

The area is damp and the bathroom vents indoor in the tent.. Should have dehumidifier. The fridge was leaking. Called but no one came to repair. Housekeeping doesn't come to clean the room or empty the trash till you check out. Called for extra towels. No one came. Very little customer service. No staff onsite. Features like a Airbnb. There are a few construction projects going on around the area, on hot days it is dusty. Recommend an air purifier too. Rainy days it is fine, but then it gets damp and wet.

There were several constructions around the area and one right next to that tent. We were not informed about this in advance. Rooms and especially bathrooms do not provide adequate privacy.

We had a barbecue and also cooked hot pot here. This place is very suitable for family gatherings, highly recommended! I'm very satisfied with the accommodation; it was a wonderful stay,my family and I are all very pleased.

I had a good memory here with my group of friend.

The location had all the required amenities and was extremely well kept. The staff personally came down within 20 minutes to fix the wifi when we mentioned internet issues.

There can be more vegetarian options when it comes to the breakfast. The internet connection could be better overall - it was a bit difficult to stream movies.

Value for money, very suitable for family gathering. Facility and materials are all ready, we are so satisfied with the service and breakfasts are delicious!
