Great location, short walk to lake and shops. Excellent parking right out front of accom. A fabulous base while in Wanaka!

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Beautifully appointed apartment. Very modern and the facilities were good. So grateful to have a washing machine, dryer and an airer. Not too distant from town, shops and restaurants. Nice to be able to have a couple of car free days!
Slightly further out of town than I thought it would be, but this made us appreciate the walk back after dinner!

Dirty marks on carpets. Stains on bedding. Windows were dirty. And balcony hadn't even been swept dirt and leaves built up in corners. Dirty marks on wallway walls.

Nice property in a good location let down by the following:- Dirty Patio & Barbeque. Dirty Duvet covers on both beds. Unable to use coffee machine which required descaling. TV remote control required new batteries.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Unit appeared to be brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. Dishes were well stocked and clean. Bathroom was luxurious with large walk-in and nice soap/shampoo/towels. Bed super comfy. Again, everything was just super clean and net. View was wonderful and location not bad.
There was some confusion by others checking in as to which "deck" was theirs. They parked their bikes on ours but moved them when we asked. People checking in upstairs would occasionally walk across our deck and our large patio window which was obtrusive.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The apartment is spacious and stunning. It has excellent facilities and location is very central. We had the front road unit so we also had the view. We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying there.
For the upmarket place that it was, I would have expected tissues in the bathrooms, and also some extra bath towels, especially as many of us swam in the lake. It was irritating that there wasn’t enough shower/body wash in the bottle for the 3 days. If the bottle feels near empty, please leave a full bottle so that guests wouldn’t run out! A little inconvenient that there is no reception on site that we could have gone to, to get those things. Also why have a useless iron that doesn’t work very well. If you’re going to provide an iron, please provide a good brand otherwise it makes ironing very frustrating.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025The unit was very clean. Unscented laundry detergent was used on the sheets and towels, so they were fragrance free (which is important for me). It was nice to have a small kitchen and washer and dryer. I would stay here again.
The dryer didn't work well. The clothes were still damp and needed to finish drying outside of the dryer. (Yes we cleaned the lint filter). It would be better if they would provide unscented laundry detergent.

Mattress in one of the rooms (the queen bed) was very uncomfortable and slopping on one side. The other room with the two single beds were very comfortable. Pillows were also either too puffed up or flat. This was our only complaint.
