I loved the location, and good value

The location was great, and it was very clean. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. The manager’s cute little dog was an added bonus!

Well-located apartments, just the right size for a holiday stay. Wonderful views from the front of the property. Walk to supermarket, cinema, restaurants, and other sights/amenities. Easy parking either on site or across the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Decently equipped kitchenette.

It was clean and shower was good. good location

Very very small for a 2 bedroom, suitcase didn’t fit it the rooms as bed took up whole room. Breeze through the windows so was a bit cold. Laundry room shuts too early. Pillows are horrible.

Great location nice cozy compact unit clean and Pip the manager was outstanding . There was a bit of an issue with the drainage and plumbing no fault of the motel when we arrived and Pip got it sorted out first thing in the morning within a couple of hours there was no sign of any issues .Would recommend staying here made to feel like a friend rather than a guest .

The place was showing it's era,the bedrooms were very small,so you had to keep your luggage in the lounge. It was nice and clean though.

Had to check in late and owner messaged next day to see if we were okay.

Very small pokey two bedroom place where we had to move the double bed in one room to open and close the door. Difficult to get hold of owner to confirm late check out was going to be okay.

I was only here for a few hours but the location was great and the room was a great size and had everything you may need for a comfortable longer stay. Wish I had more time there to enjoy. Check in and out after/before hours was super convenient too.

旅馆位于马路边，很方便找到。住于中心地段，无论是去湖边还是去餐馆和超市都很方便，步行几分钟就到了。冰箱里还为我们准备了一瓶牛奶。有免费洗衣机和晾衣区。入住时间灵活。

房间比较小，我们5人入住，行李箱无法在卧室展开，只能放在走道上。 没有提供洗发水。 有6间chalets，但只有4个停车位，停满时只能停在对面马路边。 比想象中离湖更远一些，隔了一条马路和一片大草坪。

Convenient for local facilities

Greeted by the most unfriendly receptionist/ owner we met in NZ. Shouted at for parking in wrong place. Rooms were small and poky - the double room was so small the door wouldn’t close past the bed. Shower was dated - no mixer so potential to scald the user. Very much overpriced for such poor accommodation - by far the most expensive place we stayed and also the worst.

No breakfast was ever offered or mentioned to us.

Unit was old, bathroom had rust flaky away on the handles Mattress on bed was old and lumpy. O fan was available and it was a warm night. Never had any contact with any staff. Laundry was locked early when it could have been used.

Full equipped kitchen

1. Unfriendly to guests and a little poor cat （it's unbelievable) 2. Don't have enough parking spot, if you go back later than other guests, you need to park on the other side of the road. 3. The curtain of the big window next to the entrance door is not thick enough, people outside the room can still see what happend inside.

客厅窗户都不能打开，整个房间很闷，特别是太阳大的情况下。晚上睡觉卧室里也不敢开窗，因为有蚊虫会进来，说是湖景房，其实隔湖还有一段距离。车位紧张。

Property in fantastic location ! Walking distance from lake/water, cafes and restaurants! Also had no issues parking

We stayed in the studio apartment, so could hear every footstep and sneeze from the people living on-top of us which became very irritating. We also stayed during summer and the days were warm, no fans available and only windows on one wall which didn’t bring in a breeze.

Rooms were too small, bedrooms have nowhere to store your bags, main bedroom was tiny, TV was limited, for the amount you are paying I would expect some sort of Cable TV, Staff were nonexistent, no staff in the office just a note to tell you were to find key,

Great location, great kitchen area and lounge and bathroom. Easy check-in. Clean.

The bedrooms were ridiculously small, our bed wasn't the same way round as the picture. I literally had about 8 inches to get round the bed, and my husband being over 6 ft his feet made the 8 inches even small for night time loo visits. You couldn't even close the door as it hit the bed. Luckily for us there was only 3 not 4 people. We had to have our cases in the lounge and our daughter put hers on the spare bed. Had there been 4 of us, there wouldn't have been anywhere for 2 extra cases. We had to dress in the lounge.

Great location with a short walk to the lake and places to eat.

Although the bed was comfortable, the actual bedroom was a bit stuffy with no air flow from the air con.

The curtains did little to block light which made sleeping a bit harder given how late the sun stays up in Wanaka but that's really trying to be picky. I would be more than happy to stay here again

Never saw anyone who worked there. Key pickup was easy though. A little awkward door/bed situation in the bedroom but we managed fine.

If in the right unit, good views of the mountains. The unit also came with a cooker, not just the microwave.

There was only four parking spaces, but there was more units so you might have to park across the road. No heating as the electric fire was not wired in.

Great location and you could walk to the shops, restaurants and parks.

There wasn’t a car park for each room but you could park over the road in the street parking. The cars did block the views from the front rooms, so if you book a lake view room you will only have lake views of there are no cars parked. The tv was hard to work and we couldn’t connect it. The shower head was connected on the wall and a bit low for tall people…

Great location, easy walk into town. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Helpful to have the fridge and tea cups. We knew we didn’t have a lake view and it was nonetheless pleasant to have a view of a nice sculpture through the window.

Staying in the studio meant no kitchen so crockery was not available unless asked for. But that was easily sorted. Also it was a bit noisy with us being able to hear everything above us, mainly the dog scurrying around. But again, that was not really an issue at all.

It was so close to the water, amazing location a short stroll into the main streets. They were really accomodating with us as our fight was delayed, great communication

The facilities were clean, and super warm considering it is the middle of winter.
