Все понравилось , апартаменты очень крутые и современные, жили там с двумя детьми , комнаты с кондиционерами , с теплой водой нет проблем, есть все для проживания и приготовления еды, нам очень понравилось, до моря 3 минуты на байке, парковка своя огромная, на территории за забором вы одни ❤️ приходили парк раз обезьянки

Should be the most beautifully designed cozy little Apartment around Unawatuna. We decided to come back for a full week. The internet connection is good and there is a small workspace so you can work from the Apartment.

Excellent option for living. Any questions and difficulties the owner solves quickly. The house and furniture are in good order. Apartments correspond to their photos (which is a rarity on buking) All appliances and furniture in good condition, everything works properly. There are dishes in the house. We cooked breakfast every day. Hot water in the house is available , just ask the owners to explain how to turn it on. Air conditioners cool properly, if you are afraid to sleep with the air conditioner on, there is a wall fan in one of the bedrooms, it is directed to the bed. Location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to the main road colombo-matara road, on the way you will meet the railway station Unawatuna from where you can leave to other cities or just ride the train, and you can also use it as a reference point for tuk-tuk drivers. Food. On the way to colombo-matara road there is a cafe (The garden house) where you can eat or grab a bite to eat. The price tag is a bit higher, but always tasty and fresh. Cabs. You can order a pickMe here without any problems. Because on the main street and in the tourist areas there are Bombilas, which do not allow typical cab drivers. Security. There is a safe in the house. The owners never enter the house without you. In your presence always asked permission to enter. Very decent and well mannered people. The owners of the apartment are very nice and hospitable people. We had a change of arrival time 1 day later, and in Booking booking dates could not be changed. The hosts didn't charge us for this day, we only paid the tax fee of Booking. Several times they treated us to bananas from their plot. P.S If you are going to rent these apartments, bring something tasty to the owners. For example, our sweets, chocolates, etc. Because the owners have grandchildren, they will be pleased. chocolate on the island is different from ours, and the usual chocolate Milka is absent in in the stores.

In house NO hot water, microwave, full length mirror and water squeegee for shower’s floor. These stuff just usually important for us 😊

Brand new villa, we are the first guests stayed here. Villa is fully equipped with everything you need to live here comfortable. Kitchen with the gas, variety of kitchen utiles, to cook here was great pleasure. The host is always available to help with every item we needed. Villa a bit away from noisy road, that’s why is perfect place for working remotely or stay with family. By the way, beach is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. Nearest shops are in 10 minutes walking. Big shopping mall is Arpico in Galle is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. The Garden house caffe is in 5 minutes walking with splendid breakfasts, avocado toasts and perfect coffee. We recommend this villa for those who respect the calm rest in Unawatuna.
