For the price you expect the maintenance to be perfect and more goodies. We could not close the curtain, two lights did not work, and no body cream.

Estuve en el alojamiento antes de la pandemia y ahora volví pero realmente cambió mucho todo, pagué 540€ por noche y no obtuve internet, el personal e incluso el administrador del establecimiento me dijieron que el precio que pagué no incluía wifi , para mí solpresa un día antes de salir del hotel me querían hacer un up grade al cual yo no quise por que en realidad el servicio fue pésimo y no fue acogedor de parte de equipo ni tampoco de su administrador….

El desayuno del restaurante es realmente de calidad y la chica que atiende en el restaurante fue muy amable y servicial, la locación de los pod es genial sumándole las caminatas en la montaña y las vistas…. Pero se puede hacer lo mismo sin necesidad de pagar por el hotel por que ya no es privado ahora cualquiera puede subir y caminar allí

location is a bit far and difficult to get to. rooms are far from reception and require a decent walk. it would be nice if there was at least a free shuttle from the major train stations or from the reception to the rooms. To find the rooms fairly warm after a long walk under the sun was a bit disappointing.

There is a small hike from reception/restaurant to the pods (geodesic dome stays). It was okay for us but might be something to consider for others.

We had an amazing time there! The landscape is beautiful! Staff were really friendly and helpful! Perfect place to be in contact with nature.

Scenery is beautiful around the pods. Restaurant is good with nice staff and good food.

This place is definitely overpriced for what it is. It is advertised as a luxury pod but it is not up to standard. The room was cold when we arrived. The staff were completely irresponsive to our request to heat the room. I gave this feedback upon checkout and I was told that somebody would reach out. I still haven't heard anything. In additon, the place is hard to reach for people with limited mobility. This is not very well explained in the property description. The hot bath in the spa was completely cold. We rang reception to ask them to heat the bath. They told us that they would send somebody but again nobody came. Very poor customer service in this place.

The family pod was amazing! Very clean and so so cozy. The staff was also very friendly. Would highly recommend!

The breakfast was so disappointing - there was barely any food left when we arrived, it wasnt well organized at all. Also very poor food choice. For such a price one would expect more.

We liked everything about Whitepod! The staff was nice and helpful. They paid great attention to details to make our stay unforgettable. We even got a free upgrade to the Swisspod, which we absolutely loved. Also, waking up to an incredible sunrise over the Alps is an unforgettable experience. We totally recommend it.

Extremely lovely cabins with an incredible view, and a kind and accommodating receptionist The modern cabins are situated atop a mountain and offer stunning views.

My wife and I stayed here for one night during our vacation in Switzerland, and we’re glad we did. It was a unique experience - we enjoyed the view from the terrace, the sound of the cow bells, and the pod itself, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious - the best we experienced (of 5 Swiss hotels). Be prepared for a 15-minute uphill hike if you’re in a pod.

A great vibe and really nice atmosphere and staff. The pod was also spacious and the amenities were great.

This place is exceptionnal. We loved everything about, the pods, the view the spa area, the afternoon snack upon arrival, the breakfast, the staff. Really great value despite the high price. We got upgraded to a better pod for free, which was also really nice.

Food quality is not good. Pod is far from the reception and easy to reach especially with children. Very expensive.

The location is great, just 1h from Lausanne, making it a perfect getaway place for the weekend, specially if you are into long walks in the nature. Really nice bed. And the views WOW :) they provide lamps and useful gear to reach your room.

Not sure if the price matches up what is offered. It is cool to stay at a pod but for the price charged you get to stay in a fancy spa hotel in Switzerland with also great views. So, it depends what kind of experience you search for. Note that to reach the pods you need to walk 20 min in a snowy (in the winter) and steep terrain. They bring your bags for you. There is no mini fridge or TV in the room and they charge an extra 25chf to have your breakfast in the room, which is simple but fine - I was expecting amazing :( We tried calling the reception once but they did not pick up. Also, I left my phone charger there and been trying to get them to send it to me with no answer at all. The guest relations servive .needs a bit of attention.

The view was amazing & the hot tub in our pod was superb

We took the furthest pod by choice as it has the outdoor hot tub but we didn’t know that the 15 minute walk was actually a hike up in the snow & some of us were not physically fit & not prepared in terms of good snow boots that won’t make you slip especially when you arrive after sunset it’s really challenging to go up to your pod by yourself . But next morning we had our breakfast at our pod & the view was beyond beautiful & so it was worth it !

We had an amazing stay at Whitepod original. The hotel is absolutely stunning: the pods are just magical and a piece of paradise. The staff is kind, and everything was great during our stay. The restaurant is also nice even though the menu doesn’t offer a lot of options.

There is a 20 mins walk between the reception/restaurant and the pod and doing this 4 times a day everytime you go to the restaurant can be a bit exhausting especially when it’s raining or snowing at night.

The pods were great. The inside is very cosy and warm. If you are not at least lightly trained it might be an issue to reach the facilities as it is uphill especially on snowy days. We didn’t have any problem. The space is enough for 2 and the bathroom in well kept and designed. The quality of the shower soap and shampoo was high. The view is fantastic, however very much depending from the weather

The pellet goes off in the middle of the night cause int a decrease of temperature that can be adjusted by turning the temperature of 1°C The dinner at the restaurant was not to the level of the location. Quite average. The sauna was poor. 1 small pool and 1 steaming. Very very basic.

Best experience the staffs are the best very friendly helpful. Every thing was clear they give short introduction where to stay and how to get benefits of all facilities. Best experience i have ever had. Everything is clean and great. Breakfast was included and there’s tea time in the tea club which also free. Great place to stay in for one night.

Stunning views. The restaurant and breakfast were both amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming and appreciate assisting with the lounge given the long hike to the pod.

Interesting concept, amazing location, good food.

Service is really bad. After arrival we went to reception to inform that our shower was broken and the answer was that they could not guarantee if it could be fixed the same day (even without checking it at least first). Well, we went for 1 night so pretty obvious that it needed to be fixed the same day which I explained to the receptionist and it got solved later. Other situation we had, there was no ipad in the room and when we asked for it first we were told that it was stolen. I asked if they could bring one from another pod, answer was no. Then called back again and after some convincing they brought it. There was a speaker on the wall which we asked if it could be used, they said it was only for decoration.. After dinner coming back to the room our Japanese bath had a lot of white floating particles and it was after the cleaning time. We called to ask if they could check as it really looked bad and the answer again was no, they did not know what it could be. After a lot of convincing they called the technician. For such price you expect quality and good customer service. It is embarrassing when you have to fight for basic things throughout your whole stay. During the night the pod was extremely cold, during the day like a sauna, cannot stay inside. With little effort from staff and some investment in the property, it could be a great place to stay. At the moment, definitely overpriced and not reaching expectations.

We liked the location and nature.

No WiFi in our pod! This really messed our trip up as we needed to go online and book next leg of our European tour. Also really long uneven steep uphill path to pod.

We loved our stay here! The swiss cabins are beautiful and the use of the spa and hot tub are really nice. Lots of hiking nearby and a great view. The swiss cabins have very odd check-in hours. You can not check in until 5 pm ad checkout is at 1pm. It was really nice on the second day and the staff let us use the facilities while we were waiting for check-in. But I just thought it was worth writing. The place is really beautiful and the cabin was super comfy for 6 people. Just bring your own cutting board and knives because those were missing. Overall really recommended. Also the wifi was good and they allow dogs!

Everything was great! Breakfast could have included eggs or cheese for free, but it wasn't bad to pay extra for those. The yogurts and bread were nice and they deliver breakfast in a cute basket to your cabin.

The views were amazing. It was a great experience, but the ever increasing prices for an overnight stay were a little alarming :(

I didn't like the fact that between booking our stay and returning home, the price to stay overnight had jumped up 130chf for future bookings. Many people were impressed by our photos, but not impressed by the prices!

This property looks like something out of a postcard- it is stunning as is the landscape. Staff are very professional.

We liked everything. If don't have car and staying more than a few nights, it's some effort to coordinate to go to the town by bus to have some meal variety. Restaurants in house are however very good.

Breakfast has not much choice. Location was very outskirt. Have to take a taxi or wait long for the bus from the train station. Also had to find your own way and walk up to the hotel. No other way except walking by foot. The hot tub is small and have to wait long for your turn. it only fits about 5 adults. It is only nice for photo taking, otherwise i wont recommend this place.

Accessibility and breakfast

We loved the view and the pod inside was clean, spacious, had all the necessary facilities. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The stay here was worth every penny and you won't regret staying here. At night, you can see the stars. As someone who lives in the city with all the bright lights, this was awesome to be able to see so many stars. The toilet also had warm water which was so important to me especially during winter season.

The hike up took a while but it was worth it to take in some fresh air and enjoy the views.
