ABUDHABI RESIDENCY

The rooms are as shown in the image, available for single, couple and family of 5, room and bathrooms are very clean, all lights, plug points are functioning well. It is located at the middle of Paalakkad so makes it easy to travel around. Will book again in future

Clean place. Good location. Polite staff

Parking was a little tricky

The Hotel overall rates Excellent. A stay which is a value for money with all added benefits. Excellent staff with courtesy and kindness makes our day. The main highlight is that they take immediate action and solve it on priority for any kind of reported glitch.

Nothing to mention as on today

The rooms are spacious enough. The bathroom was clean. Thr location is really convenient.

The bed was infested with bed bugs to the point i couldnt sleep the whole night. It also gave me a terrible allergy for days after my stay.

Reception, helping tendency, hospitality, cleanliness. Cost is a little bit high.

Nothing good very bad AC not working

Hot room very bad

I liked the location which is close to the bus stand, liked the cleanliness of the facility and the hospitality of the staff

The sliding doors of the wardrobe in the room may cause you injury if you are less careful. One of my fingers got jammed between the sharp edges of the sliding doors and suffered a cut just beneath my nail while I open the wardrobe. The sliding doors have no stopper. I alerted the hotel staff to the problem and how a stopper should have prevented the injury. Hope they fixed the problem

Staff were very helpful

no parking , no restaurant

Staff were very courteous and helpful

No restaurant in the hotel. Also, design of the washroom was awful and not user friendly

Every thing was good Reception staffs are kind and very supportive

In the room cockroaches are disappointed

Accueil très agréable. Emplacement central. Chambre spacieuse avec ventilateur et TV. Salle de bain bien équipée. Calme. Bouteille d'eau a disposition.

Tout était bien

Very good location. Spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. Especially front desk reception ladies, both of them, are very nice and polite and helpful. The house keeping staff also very nice and prompt. Room is quiet spacious with airy windows with mosquito net so I can get cool breeze without worrying about mosquitoes. Close to main road with plenty of shops, restaurants and buses as well as autos. Room is well furnished and comfy.

nothing to complain.

Friendly staff...clean rooms....near to palakkad town... reasonable price

Very limited parking, bed full of bugs. Remote parking of the vehicle caused me, rat cutting the petrol pipe, severe hardships. The vehicle was toed to the workshop and a full day was spent waiting for the car to get it rectified. Loss of money and waste of time really made our trip miserable mostly because of the insecure attention of the management.

Approach not professional.

I stayed there with my 2-year-old kid. There were mosquitoes in the room, so we couldn’t get proper sleep. Also, the rooms were not clean or well maintained.

The residence is very nice and clean and the staff very friendly. Recommended!

THE HOSPITALITY OF THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD. DESPITE NOT HAVING YOUR OWN RESTAURANT, THEY MANAGED TO SERVE US NICELY.

YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR OWN RESTAURANT

Great value for money. Fantastic location.

All fyn good..necessary stay..friendly staff

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull to give you advice on how to get to places and on what's to see in Palakkad. Their laundry service is excellent too. They dont offer food, but you will find eateries nearby and you can easily get fold delivered there from zomato. I would def. Recommend this hotel!

Very nice room, comfortable and clean with tasteful lighting. Good WiFi, 1 litre water bottle provided and toiletries. Clean bathroom. Felt like good value for the quality.

The service was good at the facility, the hotel staff and reception team were also very cordial and helpful

Staff were very helpful

Too Many cockroaches scurrying around the room makes it feel unclean. They have to do pest control every month.

Coffee and tea not up to the mark
