Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Amazing, quiet location. Nice chalet with full kitchen, sauna and three spacious bedrooms. A small private lake for swimming. The automatically included guest card allows free entrance to the nearby “Wasserwelt” waterworld and one of the mountain lifts. We bought the “12 peaks” mountain card with 50 % discount and had fun days at Geisterberg and Floris Mountain Path
That the holiday had to end so soon!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Strávili jsme necelý týden v chaletu Edelrose, který nabízí veškerý komfort a vybavení, včetně 2 ložnic a místnosti se saunou a odpočívárnou. Vše absolutně čisté, každý den možnost výměny ručníků. V areálu přírodní koupací jezírko. Velmi oceňuji milou a nápomocnou paní majitelku. Doporučuji pro fajn rodinnou dovolenou.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Wir sind schon viel gereist und haben so manches Hotel erlebt. Leider immer mit Abstrichen. Das Lehenriedl war für uns eine neue und vor allem sehr schöne Erfahrung. Die sehr ruhige Lage, eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung mit kleinem Wellnessbereich im Chalet und die sehr netten Gastgeber haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Die Aussicht auf den Hausberg ist fantastisch und wer mag kann direkt hinterm Garten einfach wandern gehen. Wir fanden die Zeit leider zu kurz und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Zeer goed en mooi chalet. Prachtig gelegen vlakbij de pistes, wij konden skiën tot aan het huisje. Hele lieve mensen die elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt komen brengen. Wij kunnen niet wachten om volgend jaar weer terug te komen.

Morgenbrød bragt hver morgen, pejs rengjort og klargjort så man blot skal stryge en tændstik for at få ild. Dejlig vinskab med vine til gode priser. Skønt saunaområde. Alt er som på de viste billeder-anbefales totalt herfra

The magical property is located in a pleasent village with a picturesque view. inside the property there was a nice burning fireplace that made the place absolutely warm, homey and cosy. Great and unforgettable experience.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2024We stayed in the 3 bedrooms chalet , the place is surrounded with amazing alpine view, the chalet was in a perfect condition , very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machine and fresh pastries arrived each day. The natural pool was perfect , and Markus and his family are lovely hosters.

Beautifully and cosy decorated chalet, very comfortable and spacious house which exceeded all expectations. Felt like home. Special thanks to our hosts for freshly prepared fire place every day. Great location, quiet and keeps your privacy but still very close to ski lift and Wagrain center with all restaurants and bars.
