Clean, modern and efficient studio rooms. Everything works and feels like new. Nice having laundry facilities included on site. All bath and kitchen conveniences were modern and tasteful. Staff were responsive and eager to please. Location is immediately beside the ferry terminal to the Isle of Raasay. Walk on to the ferry (£5 round trip) for a scotch tasting and snack across the water.

The room is tiny, about the size of a small motel room or a studio flat. We ended up leaving our suitcases in the car after we unpacked the few items we needed for our four day stay. We were comfortable anyway and needed simply to be very tidy and to manage our belongings well.

The cabin and location were exactly as represented.

The location was dreamy! The views were exceptional and it was close to anything we wanted to visit on Isle of Skye. Amazing set up. All the amenities were well thought out. Felt like a private paradise! Highly recommend!! Bonus points for the amazing greeting setup in the room when we arrived. Cheers!

Missing a few hooks or storage on the walls to hang our stuff. But a small detail compared how well everything is planned in the accomodations

The road behind can be a bit noisy at times.

Die Lage war wirklich traumhaft. Man wacht morgens auf zieht die Vorhänge auf und kann vom Bett aus direkt auf das Wasser gucken. Einmal konnten wir sogar einen Seehund vorbei schwimmen sehen. In dem Bungalow ist alles was man braucht. Ein schönes kleines Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Uns war leider das Bett etwas zu weich, sodass wir nachts manchmal in der Mitte zusammen kullerten.

One of 4 cabins overlooking the sea between Skye & Raasay. Fitted our to the highest standards, warm and comfortable with well equipped kitchen Utility block with washing machines & dryers.

The location is the selling point for this place. You couldn't get any better! You are right on the water watching the Raasay ferry pass by about 10 times a day. You can lie in bed and watch it! It is so quiet at night. There are only 4 units and no children allowed. The unit is a modern compact cabin and is immaculate. The addition of the washing facilities in a separate unit is a bonus too. The cabin is well positioned just South of Portree and Sligachan so ideal for travelling up the East and West of Skye. Communication with the owner was prompt.

I think a couple of little chairs to use on the porch under cover would be good as when it is raining it would be nice to sit there under cover.

Wenn ihr überlegt die Unterkunft zu buchen - tut es !! Es war unser absolutes Highlight in Schottland. Es liegt direkt am Wasser und man kann vom Bett aus teilweise Robben beobachten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wirklich top ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Natürlich ist es etwas teurer aber es ist wirklich jeden Cent wert, ich würde sofort wieder hier unterkommen.

Es gibt absolut nichts Negatives über diese Unterkunft zu sagen.

Posizione stupenda in riva al lago, tranquillità e alloggio moderno e pulito.

La vue sur le lac était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le logement était confortable, grand, bien équipé (machine à café, matériel pour cuisiner, salle de bain agréable). Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et avons pu dîner dehors. Notre hôte était très réactif par messages. Merci pour tout cela.

Le matelas n'était pas très confortable malheureusement, c'est le seul point noir au vu du prix !

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer in einer kleinen Bucht. Das Tiny House ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Sitzbänke vor dem Haus. Bei Bedarf kann Waschmaschine in einem separaten Gebäude verwendet werden.

Recht teuer, allerdings sind alle Unterkünfte auf der Isle of Skye preisintensiv.

I loved everything about this stay! I only wish we stayed more than 1 night. The view is amazing! We had sheep walk in front of the cabin in the morning! They have free laundry service. They have robes, slippers, cookies, water. It was my favorite place of all 6 hotels I stayed in on my trip.

ازعاج بسيط من الشارع الخلفي

Stedet lå i god afstand til de forakellige aktiviteter på øen, med flot udsigt over bjerge vand. Faciliterne indenfor fremstod nyt og særligt brusekabine var et tiltrængt afbræk fra de aktive timer på øen. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende, både ifm. at der var lukkede veje på vej til Skye og da vi ved et uhels havde set forkert på udtjekningsdagene 😊

Det absolut eneste lille minus, var at husene ligger op af en vej: men det generede os slet ikke! Det kan måske genere nogen, men det er en lille detalje, der ikke forstyrrer den samlede oplevelse.

The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We saw otters and beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the water. The shower was fantastic and the home was so well equipped.

It was just hot, but I know it’s been hotter than normal and a fan was provided.

Het uitzicht is mooi, waar door anderen al veel over is geschreven. De locatie is prettig centraal, maar langs rijdende auto’s zijn duidelijk hoorbaar. Het huis is klein maar lekker licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is uitgebreid ingericht, fijne producten in de badkamer én fraaie wasfaciliteiten. Wanneer je veel bagage bij je hebt, zoals in ons geval, is het even zoeken waar je alle spullen laat.

Geluid vanaf de weg is een minpunt, het huisje wordt snel warm bij zonnig weer en de aanwezigheid van midges op bepaalde momenten van de dag is iets om rekening meer te houden (juni).

We absolutely loved it. Amazing setup, everything was clean and exactly as shown. The laundry facilities were easy to use and access, which was critical for our trip. Location was perfect to be able to do all the things we wanted on Skye. 100% recommend staying here, well worth the cost.

No privacy screens on front doors. As other people pass to access their cabins they can completely see into each cabin.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, da direkt am Wasser gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. In der Küche hat mir ein Brotmesser und eine Salatschüssel gefehlt.

Schade, das der Eßtisch in der Ecke nicht anders zu stellen war. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es zu wenig Möglichkeiten, sein Gepäck unterzubringen. Bad und Wohnraum sind nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, die Geräusche nicht unterbinden kann.

Location was fantastic, amazing views of Raasay. Loved watching the ferry and hearing the oyster catchers. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Laundry facilities exceptional.

As many other customers have said… more hooks! We stayed a week so we had a few extra things. But that’s nit picking. Would definitely return.

The location and peacefulness of the cabin was perfect! The kitchen is fully loaded with all the essentials. Parking is easy and the short road is maintained with no potholes. Convenience of the free washer and dryer were a bonus. The views from every seat in the room is spectacular no matter what the weather is!

De locatie van de accommodatie was geweldig! Het uitzicht, de rust, (bijna) complete inventaris en comfortabel. Fijn om zelf iets te kunnen koken. Dicht aan de doorgaande weg, dus je was met een uur ongeveer overal op Skye. We waren verrast door de verschijning van otters in het water voor het huisje. De ferry was ook leuk om voorbij te zien komen.

We misten een fatsoenlijke koekenpan. We hebben vlees nu 1 voor 1 moeten bakken in een steelpannetje.

Cabin is clean with great sunset and sunrise view.

4 cabines pour 2, indépendantes mais rapprochées, bien équipées avec une 5ième pour la laverie. Bonne literie, propre. Situées en face de l'île Raasay et près de la route. Nous n'avons pas été incommodé par le bruit de la route la nuit ni du traversier le jour. Excellente machine à café. Personnel attentif.

Tout se fait par courriel, texto ou téléphone: on ne voit personne sauf s' il y a une demande, donc lors de la livraison. On avait 3 voisins donc on se sentait en sécurité et il y a une habitation tout près.

La vue magnifique depuis la cabine 😍 la place de parc juste à côté de l’emplacement était idéale. La cabine est également magnifique et correspond exactement aux photos.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with stunning views. We loved watching the Raasay ferry going to and fro and seeing the seals pop up occasionally. We had to contact the owner once to see if he had a fan, as the cabin did get quite warm, but he got back to us almost immediately and provided a fan within less than half an hour. Some reviews mentioned lack of storage, but there was plenty of room under the bed, if you lift the frame the mattress sits on.

The cabin did get very warm, and due to the time of year, there were lots of midges outside, which prevented us from being able to open the windows/door. However, the owner very kindly gave us a fan to use for the duration of our stay, which helped massively.

Location, location, location!!! Right on the water and a short walk to the ferry to take us to distillery and a short walk to see Highland Coos. You can even do your laundry here. Very well thought out tiny homes that are beautifully designed and decorated. The owner, Angus, was quick to reply with his help when we couldn't sort out the hot water. It's a lovely place and we would recommend it!

Everything. This place has everything you might think of. We were there for 3 nights, and would have loved to stay more. It is very spacious, has a great shower, very comfortable bed. A kitchen with anything you might need, and great attention to details. And the owner was very hospitable and helpful, when needed. And the location is wonderful, right next to the ocean. Really the best place to stay in the Isle of Skye.

The place is incredibly, beautiful landscape, perfect parking, perfect furnishing, astonishing decoration, excellent insulation, one of the most beautiful places I have ever been

There was just one thing that made me suffer like hell... The dinning table is welded completely to the wall, there is no way to move it. And the dinning table is placed in a corner surrounded by walls. That is great at dinner, but it made feel very bad at lunch and breakfast, I had to eat one time after another looking at a wall. There is no way to eat in this place and look at the sea or you will have to eat on the floor like a dog. They need to have a table that is foldable or have wheels so people can move the dining table and have breakfast/lunch on the couch while looking at the sea.

The main road is right behind the cabins which is noisy day and night, which ruins the peace a bit sadly. The cabins could do with being a little bigger so there is space for a wardrobe/ chest of drawers. There isn’t anywhere to put your stuff. The dining table is attached to a corner so you sit facing the wall to eat. Would be better if it cats free standing so you could move it into the middle of the room and admire the view over breakfast.

This is a wonderful property. We stayed for 3 nights and were so comfortable. The cabin is perfect and the view was unbelievably beautiful. Don’t hesitate, book this one.

Small but user-unfriendly issues: for example , tough towels, kitchenette with no pan and no oil, small sofa could have been a sofabed to ease couple( or 2 friends) when one is sick etc.

Was für eine traumhafte Unterkunft! Der Ausblick aus der Cabin ist einfach nur fantastisch, gestern Abend haben wir sogar eine Robbe und einen Delfin gesehen. Die Ausstattung ist super, auch zum Kochen ist alles da. Und der Gratis-Wäscheraum ist echt genial. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Amazing views and facilities!

The view is amazing. Ideal location to visit the Isle of Skye, close to the ferry for Raasay. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need to cook. Highly recommend this place for a long stay.

For a long stay, a small wardrobe would be nice to unpack. The mattress was a bit to soft to our liking. Nothing major, we really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was supremely clean, comfortable, well thought out, and perfectly located. It was an exceptionally cosy and lovely place to return to after a long day of exploring the beautiful Isle of Skye. I really appreciated the laundry facilities and although I didn’t make use of the kitchenette, it was very well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the view across the loch from the cabin and watching the clouds and rain move across the landscape. Absolute serenity. I cannot fault my stay here.

La ubicación, las vistas, el confort de la cabina y su diseño lujoso y bonito, la limpieza, la cama era comodísima. Que tuviera cocina fue genial para poder hacer las distintas comidas. Poder desayunar o comer en la mesita de fuera. Tenía una zona de lavandería para poder lavar la ropa gratis lo cual es imprescindible si pasas muchos dias.

La única pega que podría poner es que entra mucha luz por la mañana aunque cierres las cortinas.

Beautiful location. The cabins exceeded expectations and looked and smelled brand new. Opening the front door and hearing the water was incredibly calming. I cooked dinner there every night and had everything I needed. Thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and the laundry facilities were a great bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

Really liked the modern style of the cabin. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Nice to have a tv. Great information folder with lots of info. Didn't feel too close to the other cabins. We had the one on the end which was great as it felt more private.

The kitchen needs a vegetable peeler. There isn't really anywhere to hang anything. I realise that this is a challenge in a small space though! The laundry room has lots of washing machines which is great but no tumble dryers. This would be helpful as there is not really space to dry washing in the cabins.
