Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Excellent place to stay in Genoa. It is ideally situated very near to the Piazza Principe train station. If you are coming from the airport, all you need to do is take the Volabus to Sestri Ponente Aeroporto (takes about 10mins) where you can get the train to Piazza Principe (takes around 15mins). From here you walk straight on the rd to the entrance of the accommodation (takes about 10mins). Very convenient! Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes on the same rd as the accommodation, plus very easy to walk into the old town. We loved a restaurant called Il Tondin, great food, very reasonably priced. You can also very easily use the train from Piazza Principe to go further along the coast (either way). We went to a few places and highly recommended Sestri Lavante, lovely place to swim (get to the beach early as they shut it when at capacity). The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, very clean, lots of towels. Can't comment on kitchen equipment as we didn't cook, but everything else met our needs. Communication with the owners was excellent and finding/ accessing the accommodation was very easy. Overall, highly recommend.

L'accueil neant. Clim totalement inefficace sur mezzanine ou se situe le lit. Le bruit du voisinage (chambres de passe ?) Chauffe-eau débranché et donc pas d'eau chaude au bout de 24h00 ... Espace insuffisant pour sejour de plus d'une nuit. A l'image de la ville: décevant...

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Früher stellte man in Genua Gästen ganze Paläste ("Palazzi dei Rolli") gratis zur Verfügung. Diese schöne Sitte gibt es leider nicht mehr, allerdings kam unser Aufenthalt in diesem großen, zentral gelegenen historischen Appartment mit prima Service zu insgesamt sehr gutem Preis der alten Tradition recht nahe.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Velmi centrálně umístěný apartment, vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Čisté, slušně vybavené, pohodlná matrace.
Na první pohled přestavěný starý byt na co nejvíce menších jednotek na krátkodobé pronájmy - dispozice tedy ne úplně funkční. Spaní na mezonetovém patře, ale klimatizace v přízemí, tudíž v červenci v Itálii nelogický systém - na spaní vedro, v kuchyňském koutu zima. Byt první den mírně smrděl po cigaretách a byl slyšet hluk z vedlejšího apartmánu. Na bytu není nic zásadně špatného, ale ani nic skvělého. Není to misto, kde chcete trávit čas, ale vzhledem ke své lokalitě je dobrý - kromě léta - na přespání.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Very well equipped apartment and extremely well designed and quality conversion. Photos were accurate with lots of space and a really cool vibe. Nearby supermarket was useful and very convenient for the historic centre and lift to the viewing platform.
The main challenge was the heat and the Dyson fan was great but we had to sit near it and carry it around to cope in the evenings. Also small insects invasion on the kitchen counter - although this did not really bother us, I wanted to pass this on the host. Also stairs in all directions around the apartment might be a challenge for some - I think this is on the description?

Kamer rook enorm naar de rook, vermoedelijk van buitenaf, ook hele lawaaiige buren in de andere 2 appartementen waarvan de mensen die er sliepen voor ons raam stonden te roken en schreeuwen.

Al.nostro arrivo (settimana anticiclone africano) non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, peccato costa poco ed è un pensiero carino. La struttura non è climatizzata in tutti i suoi spazi: al piano di sotto si, ma sopra fa caldissimo ed è stato necessario richiedere un ventilatore. Mancavano gli asciugami nel bidet, anche questo non fondamentale ma sono tutte piccole accortezze che fanno sentire l'ospite ben accolto. La questione della numerazione va risolta e/o segnalata. È una peculiarità di Genova la questione dei civici rossi e neri, ma basterebbe spiegarlo a chi arriva per non farlo girare a vuoto.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Appartamento piccolino ma comodo e vivibile per qualche giorno. Vi si trova tutto il necessario per il quotidiano. Gli Host sono sicuramente competenti e veramente disponibili. Particolarmente apprezzata la convezione con il parcheggio della stazione.
Pulizia un po’ approssimativa, diversa polvere e sporco accumulato negli anni. Purtroppo c’erano anche dei resti abbastanza evidenti lasciati da qualcun altro nel water prima del nostro arrivo e non puliti. Entrava odore di fumo in appartamento dall’esterno, secondo me tramite il motore del condizionatore. La zona è tra il centro storico e la stazione, frequentata da persone un po’ strane anche durante il giorno.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026It’s super close to Genova Piazza Principe station, which is comfortable. Air conditioning works excellent, it was even freezing sometimes. The bathroom was also clean and fresh. And the gel shower smells so well. The refrigerator is in beautiful bold red color and it also was clean inside which happens very seldom.
It was a little bit dirty inside some furniture in the kitchen and inside some drawers. Also sunlight almost never reached our windows, so the light was often turned on.

Lo primero es decir que es un lugar muy ruidoso: hay mucho tráfico y obliga a mantener las ventanas cerradas durante todo el día y también toda la noche. Hay escaleras (no ascensor) para subir al apartamento, y en nuestro caso, escaleras también para subir a la parte del dormitorio. Hay lavadora, pero ningún sitio donde tender la ropa. Hay plancha, pero ningún sitio donde planchar (hay que usar la única mesa disponible, que es la del comedor). Hay Wi-Fi, pero la señal es tan pobre que se desconecta con frecuencia. Hay cocina, pero sin tostadora ni cafetera de cápsulas, tampoco algunas especias o algo de aceite de cortesía. La iluminación del apartamento es muy pobre. De hecho, la parte de la cocina sólo se ilumina con la luz de la campana extractora. Pero, aunque las ventanas son muy altas, los edificios de enfrente están muy próximos y, si mantienes las contraventanas o las cortinas abiertas, tendrás poca intimidad. En el baño no hay toallero para la toalla del lavabo, que es la que más se utiliza. No hay mobiliario auxiliar. La anfitriona no responde a los WhatsApp.

But the neighbors was too loud. Even the late night. I arrived late night. I parked the car 800m far away from here where suggested from the hotel staff. It was too expensive. I paid €20 for 12 hours. Google pedesterian route pass from narrow passages. It was scary! I was struggling to find the entrance, because sign is very small.

Reviewed May 24, 2026La posizione è eccellente, comodissima e a due passi da tutto. La camera è pulita e tutti gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il silenzio (la camera da su una corte interna molto carina)
Il palazzo era completamente pieno di strutture ricettive diverse, non riesco davvero a spiegarmi come non ci sia una restrizione su questo. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, il letto un po' incastrato con pochissimo spazio tra questo e la balaustra del soppalco, unica via di passaggio per l'armadio e le prese della corrente. I cuscini non sono proprio comodissimi, ma ne ho trovato uno sostitutivo nell'armadio e il secondo giorno sono riuscita a prendere sonno più tranquillamente. Suggerirei di inserire del detersivo per piatti e delle spugne!

The kitchen could be more equipped. Would have liked a toaster and a kettle. But overall everything was very good..

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Το Δωμάτιο ήταν σε έναν κεντρικό Δρόμο σχετικά κοντά στην παλιά πόλη και στο παλιό λιμάνι. Το Δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και υπήρχαν πετσέτες για όλους. Το Κάτω Δωμάτιο και το ενα από τα πάνω είχαν κλιματιστικά, ενω το ενα πάνω που δεν είχε κλιματιστικό είχε ένα επιδαπέδιο θερμποπομπο αρκετά καλό.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Die Lage war zentral und vom Bahnhof sowie vom Hafen und den übrigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, einfach, aber mit den wichtigsten Gegenständen ausgestattet. Perfekt zum Reisen mit Kindern.
Eine Espresso-Kaffeemaschine wäre etwas Besonderes gewesen, aber auch ohne ging es gut.

Non per colpa della struttura. Ma Genova centro ha i numeri civici per i negozi in basso che sono differenti (molti di più) e quelli degli edifici in alto. Google maps rileva quelli dei negozi e ti porta all indirizzo errato. Facendoti trovare davanti ad un negozio chiuso per lavori.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich gut, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Zwischen Altstadt und Bahnhof in einer Art Fußgängerzone gelegen. Nachts ist es auch ruhig.
Offiziell darf man wohl nicht in die Straße einfahren, in der die Unterkunft liegt. Die Kommunikation bezüglich Parken war im Vorfeld etwas schwierig, daher hier mein Rat: Direkt ins Parkhaus "Marina Porto Antico" fahren, direkt am Hafen. Von dort sind es etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft gibt einen Rabatt aufs Parken, wir haben für zwei Tage 50€ bezahlt. Das kann man auch später per WhatsApp klären. Die Unterkunft ist praktisch nur ein Zimmer mit einer zweiten Ebene, auf der das Bett steht. Es ist alles vorhanden, wir hätten uns aber noch über ein Sofa gefreut. Der Ausblick zum Hof ist nicht besonders pittoresk, aber dafür ruhig.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre les différentes zones touristiques de la ville. L'appartement est magnifique avec une hauteur sous plafond et des fresques magnifiques.
Nécessité de répondre rapidement aux demandeurs du loueurs pour transmettre les documents afin de récupérer les instructions d'arrivée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la porte car nous conduisions toute la journée et ne pouvions envoyer les documents. Nous n'avions pas compris que nous étions obligé de faire cela, pensant trouver quelqu'un à l'entrée de l'appartement.

Les relations avec le bailleur. Appartement pas prêt à l'heure. Minimum d'excuses. Merci à la personne de ménage d'avoir bien fait elle ! le travail. Pas de vrai locker pour mettre les valises. Appartement difficile à trouver : la photo envoyée ne présentait pas la façade sur la rue, mais un palier où récupérer la clé après avoir franchi l’entrée principale, accessible par un digicode. Le locuteur a plusieurs appartements. La cuisine du notre laissait à désirer, ex : table abîmée; une seule coupe de vin

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Le cadre est exceptionnel avec la cour du bâtiment à l’étage. Juste à côté du magnifique Université de Genes ( on peut visiter la court et même monter) et de la Basilique Santissima Annunziata ( Whaou!!!) Notre appartement donnait sur la rue, on avait adoré ouvrir les fenêtre pour entendre l’ambiance de la vrai Italie. Même si les bus passent, nous n’avions jamais été dérangé par le bruit. Rue à sens unique. J’ai apprécié que nous avions eu sucre, sel et même café mis à disposition pour pouvoir réaliser avec cafetière italienne sur place. Superbe accueil
Rien à signaler pour l’appartement Juste que Google n’informe pas bien, ne vous fier pas au nr de la rue ( en Italie il y a des nr rouges pr le publique et noirs pour les commerçants) Alors le plus simple c est de viser le restaurant wifi, c est juste à côté 😅
