Personale molto disponibile e cortese. La struttura si trova esattamente davanti al centro storico di Polignano, a 5 min si trova un parcheggio gratuito per l’auto. Ottima esperienza e camere molto carine ed accoglienti.

Sehr schön , sauber und gute Lage

Alles war Bestens! Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, freundlicher netter Empfang, tolles Service mit dem Parkplatz, ein Shuttle hat uns in wenigen Minuten bis vor die Haustüre gebracht und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Auto retour. Das Quartier befindet sich gleich vor der Altstadt! Frühstück gibt es mit Gutscheinen im Cafe um die Ecke! Mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The beach is very close, and the apartment is a short walk from the city centre. Despite that, the bedrooms face the quieter side of the building, so we slept well. The area feels more suited to young people than to families with children, but most of our group still enjoyed it.

The hosts' English is limited, so communication took some effort. The parking arrangement was confusing: it's charged per person rather than per car, and only one trip in and out of the car park is included. We never worked out whether that was intentional or just lost in translation, so check the parking terms carefully before booking. Separately, a nearby restaurant tried to overcharge us for food we hadn't ordered, so keep an eye on your bill in the area.

Tutto. Paolo molto gentile e super disponibile: al check in ci ha consigliato tutti i posti da visitare e in cui mangiare. Posizione centralissima (praticamente a un passo dal centro storico). Camera grande, bellissima e moderna. Tutto molto pulito. Ci ritorneremo!

We had a very pleasant stay at Palazzo Marzionna. Its a very short walk from many shops and restaurants in Polignano a Mare so the location is perfect and we can warmly recommend staying there.

Non c’è nulla che non si stato gradito

Abbiamo soggiornato al Palazzo Marzionna e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’accoglienza è stata davvero ottima: personale gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, a due passi dal centro storico e comoda per visitare Polignano a Mare a piedi. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, la nostra era al piano terra e, soprattutto nelle prime ore del mattino, non era particolarmente silenziosa. Inoltre, gli spazi non erano molto ampi. Nel complesso, però, questi aspetti non hanno compromesso il soggiorno, che è stato piacevole e che ci sentiamo di consigliare.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Polignano a Mare, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated in the summer. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Posizione eccelente, nel cuore si Polignano a mare, la camera molto curata nei minimi dettagli, non mancava nulla, tutto perfetto e organizzato direi veramente eccellente. Proprietario disponibile a spiegare tutte le attrazioni e i percorsi dei d'intorni. Persona molto educata e perfetta.. Siamo stati veramente bene ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo .

Struttura nel pieno centro di Polignano, a due minuti dal centro storico e da Lama Monachile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, attento ad ogni richiesta e ogni necessità. Parcheggio a pagamento che si trova appena fuori Polignano, che si può raggiungere con il comodo trasporto a cui si affida la struttura,, anch'esso molto disponibile e celere. Colazione inclusa al bar (cappuccino e croissant) situato a 50 m dalla struttura. Davvero consigliato!

Apartament bardzo przestrzenny, w samym sercu Polignano a Mare, przy urokliwej zatoczce Lama Monachile. Mieszkanie bardzo gustownie urządzone, czyściutkie i pachnące. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Wokół mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni oraz cudne Stare Miasto z malowniczymi uliczkami. Wszędzie blisko.

Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, è in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Appartamento impeccabile,pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Paolo, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e torneremo sicuramente!

l’emplacement à quelques mètres du centre historique et de la mer est vraiment le point fort. c’est très pratique. l’accueil de Paolo et la propreté impeccables

surpris par le concept, ce n’est pas réellement un hôtel, pas de hall, pas de réception, pas de salle, un bâtiment avec des chambres. notre chambre n’avait rien de romantique comme laisse percevoir les photos, très petite, toute petite fenêtre avec des vis à vis sur un passage, pas de bouilloire pas de cafetière, pas de boisson dans le mini frigo sauf carafe d’eau du robinet, on ne comprend pas le classement 4 étoiles et le nom palazzio qui est censé correspondre à une demeure. si vous cherchez propre et pratique, ça fait le job , pour un séjour romantique, non .

The photos are not consistent of what I paid for. One small bedroom. No balcony, no views, I can hear a screaming baby in the room next door, parking was several blocks away at the train station. The breakfast was a card for a free croissant and cappachino.

Location was perfect.

Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, nahe an der Altstadt. Liebevoll eingerichtet in einem renovierten Haus. Leckeres Frühstück mit frischen warmen Croissant in der Bäckerei im die Ecke. Absolute Empfehlung.

Concernant la chambre tout. L'emplacement exceptionnel . Paolo absolument sympathique, efficace et rapide pour un service optimal.

Brand new, very clean, convenient location. Very helpful owner with great communication. They gave a sheet of recommendations at checkin that was really helpful.

No onsite parking so you have to drop your luggage and then park. The reception isn’t connected to the rooms but they will help with luggage during normal hours.

Tutto perfetto! La struttura è situata praticamente nel centro di Polignano, a soli due minuti a piedi da Lama Monachile. Inoltre, dispone di un parcheggio custodito a pochi metri, davvero molto comodo. Lo staff è stato estremamente cortese e professionale: durante il check-in ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su escursioni, ristoranti e spiagge da visitare, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Location was excellent. Close to all of the local restaurants and the beach. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Paolo was a lovely and helpful host, and gave us some great recommendations.

The host was amazing, friendly, helpful and informative! The property was in the most perfect location and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the bakery breakfast provided by the accommodation and so many vegan options for those who need😍

Although the property was clean overall, there was some slight spots of mould in the bathroom coming through the paint which need to be fixed.

Ontbijt op zijn IIaliaans in een bakkerij om de hoek met slechts 1 croissant en 1 cappuccino (het was wel een lekkere croissant) Parkeren was niet mogelijk bij de accomodatie, wij parkeerden bij het station op 10 a 15 min lopen.

We loved the placement of the Airbnb! Very good sentral location! Clean and tidy. Paolo was the best host and gave us the best information and tips! For example we wanted to go for a boat trip and he fixed everything for us instantly. Also they had the absolute best air condition that we loved. We would love to come back!😍

Świetny apartament! Byliśmy w 5 osób. Apartament bardzo przestronny.Do dyspozycji były 3 sypialnie i 2 łazienki z oknami. Salon z aneksem kuchennym. Cały apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, pralka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów itd. Sypialnie wygodne i klimatyzowane. Były też 2 balkony z suszarką na odzież. Punk rewelacyjny. Praktycznie w samych centrum, gdzie jest pełno świetnych knajpek, kawiarni. Do morza i na plażę bardzo blisko, może 5 minut spacerkiem.W cenę było również wliczone typowo włoskie śniadanie i pyszna kawa. Wszystko dostępne w bardzo dobrej kawiarni na dole, w której mogę polecić również pyszne lody. Na śniadanie do wyboru albo pyszne ciastka na słodko, albo focaccia na słono. Wszystko pyszne.Bardzo miły zarządca i cała obsługa hotelu. Pomocni, i uczynni. Na staję kolejową też może 7 minut spacerkiem.Polecam apartamenty na 100%!!

Breakfast was fantastic, best I have had in two months of travelling.

The fridges in our two rooms did not work, a problem when carrying medication that needs to be kept cool. No explanation or investigation by staff when reported.

Мені все сподобалось! Дуже приємний і турботливий хост Паоло мені все розказав-показав, допоміг занести речі. Розташування супер, близько до пляжу і головних вулиць, і тихо в той же час. Чистота ідеальна, все продумано, все працює, є все необхідне! Великі просторі апартаменти, рекомендую тут зупинитись для гарних вражень про Поліньяно-а-Маре

Великолепное расположение. Рядом и пляжи и старый город и 10 минут до жд станции. Теплая встреча . Паоло выдал нам карту города и подробно рассказал где, что посмотреть и где пляжи. В бронирование включен мини завтрак в соседнем кафе кофе и пироженку . Очень рекомендуем данные аппартаменты доя остановки.

Жесткая подушка единственный минус.
