La chambre 205 (double standard) ne correspondait en rien aux photos présentées sur leur site et sur booking, très petite à la décoration médiocre, fenêtre à moitié murée et salle de bain petite. Qualité du petit-déjeuner très moyenne. Grosse déception.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was just unable to cope with the August heat. It’s about 20y old and a “cold air vented up the wall” style. The world has moved on to air ducts or wall mounted systems that push air out. These newer systems were to be found in the property common areas - but our bedroom was just too hot.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026A very pleasant experience staying at the hotel with my family. We had booked two rooms – one for 2 and the other for 3. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the hotel – the reserved rooms were upgraded, and we received even more comfortable and spacious rooms. We were especially pleased with the spacious outdoor terraces, which offered a beautiful view of the old town. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully decorated, but the hotel's attitude towards guests created a particularly pleasant feeling. A very delicious and varied breakfast is included in the room price. Free parking available right across the street. Sincere thanks to the hotel team for the great welcome and care! We definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back again!

The airco in the room isn’t strong enough to cool down the mezzanine with the bed. It was far too hot to have a good sleep. Choose a room without this feature. The view on the castle requires that you step on the very small balcony to see it. The room has no kettle, no tea or instant coffee available.

Le personnel a été très accueillant et a fait le nécessaire pour rendre le séjour au mieux. La chambre de bonne taille, sa jolie salle de douches, le petit déjeuner copieux et son balcon ont été fort agréables.

En nuestro caso la habitación tenia una configuración de estar/recepción + bano abajo y una escalera y la cama en un ático. No es muy funcional, pero al estar solo 1 noche no fue un gran problema. Desayuno muy completo (variedad y productos frescos) servido en un amplio salón y jardín. Limpieza, orden y eficiencia de los empleados un 10

Pas de wi-fi dans tout l’hôtel et ça depuis très longtemps, mais ce n’est pas signalé lors de la réservation Une climatisation d’époque qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, il faisait un bruit effroyable Pas de bouteille d’eau, d’accueil et pas de machine à café dans la chambre C’était tout de même une chambre à plus de 200 €!!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre de Bosa, parking privé très appréciable, très bon accueil à notre arrivée par une jeune femme, et surtout excellent restaurant avec des serveurs très agréables et professionnels.
: accueil assez froid le reste du séjour, parfois même sans un simple bonjour, aucune aide pour les bagages, Wi-Fi pratiquement inutilisable avec une explication peu convaincante et aucune excuse, 4G très faible, et petit-déjeuner décevant avec jambon, charcuterie et fromages assez moyens.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Super hotel we wspaniałej lokalizacji, czysto, codziennie sprzątanie, sniadania bardzo dobre zarówno na słodko jak i wytrawne, obsługa bardzo miła, parking dostępny na przeciwko hotelu, bardzo ladne otoczenie hotelu. Miejsce które warto wziac pod uwagę przy szukaniu noclegu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecam z czystym sumieniem.
Klimatyzacja w pokoju słabo działała.

Die Türen sind etwas dünn, mann hört alle Geräusche vom Gang.

The location was a 3 min walk into the town centre, close to the beach and other attractions, & the private parking was a bonus. Breakfast and dining at the restaurant were delicious! But what made the stay extra special were the staff! They were all very friendly & obliging! A bid thank you to Lorenzo & Angelina, as they were particularly helpful.

De kamer met airconditioning. Die deed het namelijk niet en dit was nou net de reden waarom we dit hotel geboekt hadden. De kamer had een vide, waar alle warmte ook nog eens naar boven steeg. Oplossing van het hotel: in plaats van 10.30 uitchecken om 13 uur.... geen oplossing!!
