Great location and incredible view overlooking the river.

We specifically booked a room with a balcony. Our confirmation showed a room with a balcony. We we arrived we were told we only had a room with a view. Very disappointing. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, the breakfast staff was very sweet. Also if you have mobility issues make sure you book a room with the lift. The stairs to room 133 and 134 are really difficult even with light luggage and we don’t avoid stairs normally! The 10” risers and broken handrail were hard to navigate.

Main building is a historic property. My triple room was actually not in the main building… they have rooms across the river in another building which I was not aware of. We checked in and only were told this. The hotel Arranged our bags and us to be brought to the other building. Our unit was modern and large. Bathroom was good as was AC. Breakfast was better than most served in buffet style

We noticed that in Sardinia the lodging properties use foam beds. Through overuse the mattresses curved outward and at center which makes sleeping totally flat impossible. This hotel had the same issue. I used more pillows to support my body otherwise my sleep would have been horrible. If you consider this property you may be assigned a different building

Posizione ottima con bella vista sul Temo dalla nostra camera; abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale; ottima e abbondante colazione con possibilità di consumarla in un grazioso patio. Edificio storico ben ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Tutta la struttura profumava di pulito; molto gradita l'attenzione alla sostenibilità grazie ai dispenser ricaricabili con la linea di prodotti da bagno made in Sardegna.

Nei pressi della struttura il parcheggio è a pagamento e difficile da trovare (era però la settimana di ferragosto!). Unici nei la posizione un po' scomoda del bidet troppo vicino alla doccia, il bagno è dotato di aspiratore quasi inesistente.

Stanza con vista sul fiume, staff accogliente e struttura caratteristica. Colazione ricca e gustosa. Parcheggio situato nei dintorni.

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter BOSA et ses environs. Personnel attentionné, sympathique et très professionnel. L'appartement est très grand pour 4. Etablissement de très grande qualité.

Possibilité de se garer devant, le long de la route mais payant, à 0.50 euros de l'heure. Pas très cher mais à prévoir dans le budget.

Late check in arrangements were easy and well communicated - key card in secret plant pot! Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere Cleaning staff were very efficient and nice people Breakfast was beautifully informal but everything we needed Car parking just across the small road only cost 0.50 euros an hour, free from 1.00pm - 5.00 The location on the river was great for everywhere in Bosa and of ease of driving to all over the island Lovely view from our little balcony to the bridge/river

The air conditioning in our room didn't work very well

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Frühstück hatte leckeren Kaffee. Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral. Die Unterkunft hat einen Aufzug.

Das Zimmer im 3.Stock war relativ warm, vermutlich ist die Klimaanlage nicht mehr so gut. Die Unterkunft hat keine eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Great location, authentic architecture with high ceilings, simple, lovely, functional interior with a nice view and pleasent staff.

Our room was in the main building, in fact a kind of apartment with living room and inbuilt kitchen but which we did not use. The furnishings were not latest model, but ok for us.

Toppbetyg på i princip allt… Läget, frukosten, rummet, personalen. Allt var utmärkt. Det enda vi saknade i vårt rum var Wifi, men det var också det enda.

Wonderful aspect overlooking the river, a little gem, with nice outdoor breakfast courtyard. Had a lift which we appreciated. Good breakfast.

Klein und fein, soweit für 1-2 Nächte voll ok . Teure Motorräder müssen direkt an der Straße über Nacht stehen . Deswegen würde ich es nicht wieder buchen . Guter Tip vom Chef für eine schöne Kneipe nach dem Dinner bekommen. 👍👍👍

We loved everything about this hotel. We had a very spacious room with tasteful decor that overlooked the river. Breakfast was perfect. The gentleman on reception called Simone was very friendly.

There isn't any phone reception, the internet signal is poor near non-existent. They said it is due to the tick wall of the building. In my opinion if they are aware of the issue they should add more routers in the rooms in order to get signal

Everything went very well. The rooms, the bathroom, the beds, the breakfast and the location.

If the view was the river, it would be perfect.

This is a local hotel with lovely staff speaking English to good standard. Hotel is split across more than one building which is fine if you are not disabled at all. Lovely spacious room overlooking Bosa and the river, huge room and big bathroom. Breakfast was in the main building over the river and was fresh and simple. Good enough before getting on the road. Everything in walking distance

Reception is closed some days from 1.30pm to 3.00pm.

Sehr nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe . Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf den Fluss. Die Burg ist in 15 Min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze gibt es Fluss in der Nähe vom Hotel. Ab Mitte Oktober keine Kurzparkzone mehr.

Verkehr ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören

Room was very large. Room had beautiful view. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly.

Wasn't clear our room wasn't in hotel that was listed in booking location. Room facilities not up to the space of room. Shower good pressure but not very nice. Bath dispenser falling off wall and not working. Towels not very nice.

Very cute, quaint historic hotel in town, great location. Interesting rooms. Our room was two levels with a bedroom on one floor and a sitting room/kitchen upstairs with a lovely veranda overlooking the river.

Rooms were a little 'tired'. The hotel could definitely use an update. Bedding was old, sheets thin and threadbare, pillows very worn out. Rooms were very dark. Breakfast had very few choices, just croissants, a few pieces of fruit, boiled eggs and coffee. We did not sleep well--the bed was not comfortable, the pilows were old and hard. My partner ended sleeping on the hard old couch upstairs.

We got a huge 2 level apartment (that was a free upgrade) with a big rooftop terrace. The view was amazing from there, we could see both the river and the castle. However there were no elevators for this apartment and it was on the 3rd floor, so it is only advisable for people with good condition. The location is perfect in the bank of the river, 50m away from the main strip. The breakfast was quite common, not a big selection, but it was tasty and the staff was friendly.

On the last day 1.5 hour before the final checkout time we took a last walk around, we left our luggage in the room but when we went back the room, we found that our room was already cleaned and prepared for the next guest even though we left do not bother sign on the door.

The location was perfect. In town along the river, beautiful views. Quaint little hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast decent.

The actual rooms are NOTHING like the photos I looked at. They are very tight and dark. Our first room was large and spacious but looked out on the parking lot. I asked for extra pillows and it was apparently a difficult request but I finally got them. The second room we had-the one I actually reserved was small and dark but the second floor had a sofa and table and a lovely terrace over looking the river. Bedding was awful—threadbare sheets, pillows so old and flat they were pointless and AC not great. So I slept terrible.

Sehr schön erhaltenes, oder renoviertes Altstadthaus, direkt an der Uferstraße. Trotz der unmittelbaren Lage an die Straße und in der Altstadt ist es des Nächtens ruhig. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Gewölbedecke und großen angenehmen Bett. Auch das Frühstück, nicht nur Süß, war sehr gut. Man parkt direkt vor dem Haus entlang der Straße.

Nichts, vielleicht etwas Gemüse zum Frühstück wäre noch nett ;-)

Dat er geen glazen aanwezig waren. En een paar borden en wat bestek was ook wel fijn geweest. Ook de gehorigheid van de bovenburen was iets minder.

La mancanza purtroppo di piccoli dettagli come la piantana del bagno con sacchetto di Naylon, lo spazzolone del bagno in plastica , mancanza di shampoo o bagnoschiuma ( nella doccia era messo lì un refil di un contenitore di sapone ). Stanza grande ma ad esempio i lettini erano solo brandine e senza luce per leggere

Location was great, the albergo is cute and the room was quite spacious, with a great view. The staff were truly great and very helpful, and the breakfast court was nice.

The AC was not truly an AC. We were quite warm throughout our stay.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Fluss. Sehr sympathisches Personal! Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, wir hatten ein Fenster zum Innenhof, dritter Stock. Sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück in diesem Innenhof auch sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Bosa merita una visita. Il centro è molto animato con diverse attività artigianali e artistiche.

È stata un esperienza bruttissima, abbiamo scelto questa struttura, per la posizione, per le foto e per le recensioni... Abbiamo prenotato la Suite nell' hotel che si affacciava sul fiume Temo. Siamo stati scaraventati dall altra parte del fiume in una struttura di una vecchia conceria... la stanza confinava a un altra, tramite una porta da interno, dove gli altri inquilini non facevano altro che urlare e dare di stomaco di continuo nel vero senso della parola... Un altra stanza al piano superiore ... Colpi di continuo e urla... Il nostro alloggio era invivibile .. Sporco, polvere altissima ovunque... Muri scrostati e un odore di umidità... Una suite PAGATA a notte profumatamente... Senza una televisione funzionante... Senza una macchinetta del caffè, senza un piano di una cucina... Solo un divano letto ( vecchio) un letto matrimoniale un armadio a 3 ante... Pavimento in resina marrone scuro, sporco e macchiato... Sulle tende, macchie (secondo noi sangue) La ragazza delle pulizie ha raccolto i nostri asciugamani da terra e gli ha riappesi completamente bagnati senza cambiarli... Per la colazione dovevamo arrivare dall altra parte del fiume e di fatti abbiamo preferito saltarla e andare nei bar... Una vera e propria delusione...

Bella struttura, molto curata; posizione perfetta, in centro ma lontano dal caos. Affacci sul lungo Temo molto suggestivi. Staff attento e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite (4 adulti e due adolescenti) e, nonostante ci fosse solo un bagno, gli spazi e la loro disposizione ci hanno concesso privacy e comodità. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma è presente anche una cucina con tutto l'essenziale.
