Excellent breakfast menu. Large room of high standard across the street from the restaurant.
Tight acccess to parking.
Location, comfort and staff.
Nothing
Food was beautiful in the restaurant and great atmosphere and service
The bed, linen and bathroom fabulous but the place is a bit dated. Time to get rid of the grey carpet on the stairs and repaint
Close to Restaraunt
Was a room in cookery school rather than townhouse
Good location
Not made aware that accommodation was in a separate building with a walk in the rain for breakfast Room rather tired and noisy as near a pub. Had to leave the window open for air. A lot of noise from the room above.
Great location, great breakfast, very clean
Everything was perfect 😊
Everything was perfect 😊
Comfortable beds, lovely linen. Helpful staff.
Location good, bed comfortable, breakfast excellent. Would recommend in general.
Walls were scuffed, could do with fresh paint and could see parts of bathroom were dusty behind the door considering the price paid
Location and comfort
No air con as it was extremely hot
Booked the restaurant and townhouse as a treat and knew the restaurant is closing end of the year. A lovely lady Una checked us in to a very comfortable room. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious every course was well presented and full of flavour. We had the oysters ,crab brulee lamb shoulder and the almonds meringue with lemon curd The breakfast was also delicious. Connor and Daniel the dinner staff were very attentive and friendly also on checking out Valerie was very nice . Would definitely recommend

Young man who checked us in couldn't have been nicer, and carried our heavy bag upstairs! Great location in cute town; many choices for breakfast. We liked that the windows opened, there was a fridge, and you provided water bottles. Room was not fancy but had everything and more we needed.
Good location and nice breakfast
The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear virtually everything happening in the room next door. Unfortunately, this included the couple being intimate, as well as their phone conversations—we could actually hear the person speaking on the other end of the call. The lack of soundproofing made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Aardige en welkome ontvangst, in het dorp gelegen, gemakkelijke (gratis) parkeerplek. In de ochtend prima vers ontbijt aan de overkant en Dungarvan is een leuk dorp!
Location is excellent

Very tasteful decor. Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast
Noisy could hear people in next room. Room small.
Beautifully converted townhouse perfect for a night away. Centrally located in Dungarvan and lots of local parking. Part of The Tannery restaurant across the rd, where we had delicious food and service.
Room was perfect no complaints
The staff, particularly the owner were extremely accomodating
nothing
More like a self service , very nice , the staffs were super lovely, they keep trying to make sure you don’t have reason not to come back again
Because it was too good for my liking 🤭
breakfast was amazing. Baked eggs the best I ever had.
Room was very small but well equiped.
Beautiful location . And beautiful attention to detail as well . Breakfast was excellent
We had the best stay at Tannery Townhouse! The room was clean, spacious and nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, providing us with several tips on where to eat and visit. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight. This meal was delicious and generous and kept us full for our long drive ahead! Lastly, you couldn’t beat the location- just off the Main Street, the room was quiet but was only steps away from the action and options for food.
Rooms lovely Staff friendly and helpful
No parking Had to pay during the day ,moved car 3 times due to limited time for parking
Breakfast was nice. Location was good, if a little noisy
Underwhelming and airless room, bathroom a little tired.
Staff were excellent, very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.
room was comfortable though could use some extra design update
barista coffee @ breakfast instead of carafe
Room was small and stuffy. No room to do any work comfortably. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room extremely poor. Very poor value for money. Check in was perfunctory rather than welcoming and no one was there for check out. I had to just leave my room card on a table. Not the experience i expected at such a popular and lauded establishment.
Very relaxed yet in the care of great professional environment
Nothing really
Only issue with the location was the very very early morning delivery of beer kegs thrown onto the street outside our window but I appreciate that this is out of control of the Tannery!!
Excellent location
Great location, fantastic food and very helpful staff.
Lovely comfortable bed, good location and nice area
Coffee was horrible at breakfast, basically bitter and undrinkable
Loved the restaurant associated with it.
The response through this app was delayed. But overall fantastic place to stay
Breakfast was fabulous
Expensive for what it was - a small room in a townhouse, on the top floor with no lift. A room in a hotel would cost the same but would have more facilities.
Breakfast very good, staff extremely attentive and professional
We would have liked an area where we could relax and read the paper, have coffee and watch the world go by!
Location and Staff excellent service was great and very friendly. Food offering was excellent.
Poor standard in bedrooms. Lack of decor and could do with a freshen up. Lack of bathroom shelving, quiet an amount of early morning street noise
Beautiful old building
Separate buildings didn’t work well and felt forgotten
Food was superb and staff excellent
Parking was tricky and dual location not optimal in wet weather
Meet Valerie when I arrive lovely lady brought me to townhouse recommend places to eat and drink lovely nite away
Well maintained, tastefully decorated in keeping with the vintage of the building
It was clean We enjoyed some lovely plum cake made by Paul’s wife after our breakfast
We stayed in a different building away from the Tannery I felt it was false marketing We were served 2 slices of brown bread, a few croissants, a couple of slices of currant soda bread in a bread basket for 4 people I felt this was very little as we would each have a slice or two of bread with our eggs or fry we had to ask for toast, extra butter which I thought was a bit sparse
👍
great breakfast served in Tannery restaurant.
Everything was good, or great, nothing to dislike.

Nothing ever Thing perfect
Very clean room, friendly staff, good food
Breakfast starts only at 8:30am. I would call it brunch :)
Breakfast was lovely and location was lovely

Fantastic stay in the Tannery Townhouse. Comfortable cozy room in a great location in the town. Exceptional breakfast and the team at the Tannery couldn’t have been more welcoming. Looking forward to going back . 😍
The location and the breakfast was very good.
Room was very small
Lovely accommodation and breakfast was beautifully prepared
Little expensive for the night. Breakfast was excellent just little more on the plate would have been nice
Very close to Town centre
When we checked in the lady was quite rude, we couldn't open a window, sound on TV didn't work, milk in fridge was gone off.Shower temp kept dropping. Breakfast was OK, we waited a while downstairs before a server told us to go upstairs for a table. When we requested to check out we were told to come back as there was no one available.
Everything was perfect , location, staff, accommodation and food
Nothing
The property was in a convenient location to stores, restaurants and shore. What I liked most was the Tannery restaurant. It is a must! All staff were very friendly and the food, by far our best experience in Ireland.
Everything was amazing! Nothing we didn’t like.
Excellent breakfast. Room tastefully decorated Comfortable bed
Location difficult to find in a car even with sat nav. TV and WiFi connection posed problems for us.
The decor is beautiful, the rooms have everything you might need. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The check in is at the restaurant in a separate location. I stood for 10 minutes as there was nobody there. There are no signs explaining what to do, I didn’t even know if I was in the right place. The breakfast started at 08:30. Because I was on a work trip I ended up having to skip breakfast. It’s a late start for breakfast
Not very pleased. Breakfast was served barely warm & I felt items had been cooked well in advance.
Fantastic location and beautiful, clean and spacious room

Clean well decorated. Centrally located
A bit noisy
Everything was very good and we would recommend to others. Bathroom could do with a few towel hooks.
The breakfast was very good, delicious food on both mornings. Very happy with our stay, central location also.
Dungarvan is a great little town with easy access to the Greenway. The Tannery is ideally positioned within the town. The room is well proportioned, and decor is very tasteful. The lady who greeted us on arrival and the lady who oversaw breakfast each day were both excellent. They were true pros and provided superior front of house service.
The 2 issues we had in the room were that it happened to be hot weather and there was no air conditioning. When we opened the windows, it was very noisy in the morning. There was a lot of construction ongoing in the area so very noisy. The 2nd issue was that the toilet continued to run water long after use. It is both a waste of water but very annoying at night. I did notice that the grout around the shower could have gone with a deep clean. For breakfast, I was disappointed with the scramble eggs and salmon. There was so little salmon and what I got was very salty. On our 2nd day, we ordered the cooked eggs with chorizo. This was overcooked.
The welcome, service and atmosphere were first class
