Noguerra Homestay

The room is clean, well-maintained, and comes with cooking facilities, which made our stay very convenient. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer questions and provide tips about the area. The location is very convenient and easily accessible, with shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only downsides were the unreliable Wi-Fi, which meant I had to use my own data, and some noise in the early morning, which could bother light sleepers.

The place is very homey and accessible to the centre.

Awesome place. Only con is that wifi does not work inside the bedroom :(

The relaxing location. Away from the busy GL night life. Lots of space Water dispenser inside the room Hot water is a plus when rainy days !!

The bathroom is very humid and was always very wet (the floor wasn't drying at any point). Maybe I would put a mop or something.

The owner and host is very kind everything is perfect of our stay here in this property except that the wifi inside the room too slow only in the kitchen we can use the wifi and it’s rainy season . I would definitely want to come back and stay in this property again.

Everything was great, clean and neat. The kitchen facilities were in a good condition, so were the shower with good pressure and hot water. We could get clean towel, drinking water and toilet paper upon request. Jacklyn and everyone were super nice, allowed us to do an early check-in :)

The only thing could do better is the cellular reception and WiFi signal, which was up and down all the time, but we didn’t mind

We have all we needed. It was clean and weh had a lot of space & the owner was very helpflul. We would defenitly book here again. :)

The bathroom smelled bad

The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful: you can ask them anything about what to do/visit in Siargao. The structure is clean. The room we stayed in was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is very well kept.

Short blackouts sometimes happen (we know it's not their fault), but there are solar emergency lights that turn on automatically during these occasions. The wi-fi is not available inside the bedroom but only in the kitchen and the living room (but in our case it wasn't a problem because we were always out visiting Siargao so we didn't really need it).

That it was very close to where we want to go. Staffs are highly accomodating and it was clean and had most of what we needed😍 will definately stay there again

Maybe it needed some more cleaning towel especially in the kitchen. Sometimes brownout but that’s understandable since it’s also happening in the whole island

Jacklyn the manager is super friendly and tries to help and support wherever she can. I had here and there problems with the Wifi and she put another wifi enforcer in my room! I stayed four weeks at Noguerra and really felt home. I felt in love with their dogs (Papi & Soma) which are super protective and once they get to know you, they give so much love. The location is a 3min scooter drive away from main road. Its a quiet place compared to other streets. The homestay has its own generator which is helpful when there is no electricity on the island. The kitchen has everything you need and you get a big water dispenser. The bedroom aircon works just fine, the room temperature will be cool to sleep.

Even though the price-value ratio is really good, I think the apartment could use some more smaller things like a small light in the bedroom, a picture or painting, plants or a couch to make it feel more cozy. The furnishing is very simple. So its not but, but more of a personal recommendation to further improve :) Sometimes I really had problems with the wifi. As I said before, Jacklyn was super helpful. But this might also be something to further improve but switching provider or even install Starlink. If your wifi doesnt reach your bathroom or bedroom, just tell them.

were in a budget since were staying in Siargao for almost a month but we didn’t hesitate to extend our stay here because the comfort we had on our stay is worth the price. Seems like the place is newly built and ammenities such as fridge etc are new too. Will stay here again incase we go back!
