Stylish Townhouse

Fantastic, spacious, comfortable and well appointed house in a central location. We loved the neighbourhood with delish cafes, wine bar, restaurants all easy walking distance, proved dangerous on my wallet, liver and waistline! Super comfy beds, nice outdoors space, great views from top deck, everything you need in the kitchen, warm and awesome bathrooms!

Appreciated we could check in earlier and also met the cleaners who are amazing!! Whipped in and whipped out and did a gr8 efficient job cleaning for us. The whole place was roomy and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the City we are a family of 5 and it was great. The facilities were amazing bathtubs we all definitely used..and decor was interesting and well furnished. We attended a convention at Eden park and we had booked almost a year in advance and when other facilities heard about our convention they had upped their prices for alot of our friends who weren't able to book in some of the arrangements made with hotels etc..but this place did not alter their price which we are very grateful..I would highly recommend stayn at this stylish townhouse has everything you need and more (loved the coffee machine) The beds and pillows super super comfy..woke up without neck or back pain also was so hot that weekend but havn the heat pump on Kool and the fans in the room alleviated that heat wave and was so awesome to stay in -cant praise it enough!! The home was spacious, modern, and clean, with two full bathrooms and a water closet (which is very good when you're traveling with three men). The location was pretty good: a short drive/uber or bus trip away from the CBD and within walking distance to the Auckland Zoo. The host was very communicative, and left lots of info on the shops and restaurants in the area.

The parking was... less than ideal. It was not as easy as advertised to find parking on the street. In the mornings, there were a few spots nearby, but in the afternoons and evenings it could be difficult to find one. It was worse the first day or two of our stay, as there were still cones from recent roadworks blocking a lot of the street, but even after they were cleared, it was still challenging. The night we arrived, it was raining very heavily, the nearest spot we could find was a block and a half away, and we were soaked to the bone by the time we got our luggage to the townhouse. Would recommend traveling light if staying here, and using public transport during your stay.

Close to shops town and the zoo which was our purpose of the whole trip loved everything about it beautiful home and the owner was very helpful would definitely recommend

The townhouse was situated in a good area, we found it quiet and a lovely selection of shops to meander through. It was close to a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes.

There was no guest parking.

Ideal location, lovely modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great garden with barbecue. Excellent communication from the owner and lots of advice about the area.

We liked everything, it was perfect!

The townhouse is very clean, functional and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 6! The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of local suggestions.

Not enough towels. No instructions for coffee maker.

The location is superb for Auckland “village” life. Several excellent eateries are within 10 minutes walk, there are bars, a gym and boutique retail close by. A supermarket and high end food outlet are with 5 minutes drive. The outside area is private, sunny and sheltered, and very suitable for outdoor living. The apartment is very well appointed and suited us perfectly. The owner has a collection of artefacts which enhance the interior, as well as an excellent contemporary art collection.

A small bottle of milk in the fridge and face cloths would be a good addition, but not essential.

Stylish Townhouse was perfect for our 5 day stay in Auckland. We three travelers each had our own spacious bedroom & the living areas were wonderfully comfortable. Located in Grey Lynn close to restaurants & bus to downtown made the location ideal.

Lovely house with spacious kitchen, modern dining area, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The owner gave us timely advice when we frustrated with the PIN code. We can not enjoy our vacation without this property. Can’t love it anymore.
