Palazzo Hikkaduwa

All good :)

need more green

had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus only a few minutes’ walk to the town, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience with good service, cleanliness, and convenience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

Personeel tijdens het ontbijt.

Hygiëne van de kamers. Het was gewoon ranzig. Ik snap niet dat dit hotel een hoge score heeft.

Close proximity to the Hikkaduwa town, and the pool (unfortunately i didn’t use), but most of the people made the difference. Mr. Nissanka who looked after the F&B was amazing and very accommodating. Mr. Nishan who was the manager was extremely helpful and very welcoming. All other staff always had a smile on their face while made me welcome.

Rooms can be improved. No trash bin in the room, only one in the toilet. I had couple of mosquitoes harassing me at night. The wardrobe had no hangers.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo! The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend Palazzo to my friends and hope to visit again soon!

La habitación muy espaciosa, con cama grande y cómoda con balcón a la piscina

Instalaciones anticuadas.Poca iluminación en la habitación. Había bombillas fundidas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. Highly recommended!

had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Hikkaduwa. It’s a perfect hotel located close to everything you need — the beach, wine stores, supermarkets, and even the fresh fruit market are all just a short walk away. The hotel has a beautiful and very clean swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The staff were excellent, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. Their service really made my stay special. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Hikkaduwa. Highly recommended!

Ek het ’n werklik wonderlike ervaring by Palazzo Hikkaduwa Hotel gehad. Sterk aanbeveel!

had a wonderful stay at this city hotel. The location is extremely convenient just a short walk to the supermarket, railway station, and bus station, and only about 150 meters from the beach. The view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Highly recommended hotel! It’s a bit away from the beach, but right in the heart of Hikkaduwa town away from the busy, noisy areas. Everything you need is close by supermarkets, wine stores, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk. The beach is also easily reachable within 5–10 minutes on foot. Friendly and helpful staff are always available anytime, making the stay even more comfortable. Definitely visiting again in February 2026 on my next trip to Sri Lanka! Perfect place for a peaceful and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean — perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this place! 🌴✨

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo! The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had such a good time, especially enjoying the pool late at night. Thank you for having us — we’ll definitely see you again! 😊

we stayed at Palazzo Hikkaduwa for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5–10 minute walk from the beach and offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Not bad at first glance.

The room was not cleaned during my stay. That is, for a whole week. They did not replenish the soap and toilet paper The hotel is dirty There is a stage next to the hotel and loud music played for 3 days The staff is not friendly

Only a few reviews because they're very new but such a great place, it won't take long for them to be well established. We stayed there for one night. The rooms are lovely, super clean and comfortable and very nice clean pool. The setting is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. Great place to stay! Wish them all the best. Definitely see u again 😊

Our Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had a relaxed time at your pool area without any disturbance. Delicious food was the best part of our stay. We truly enjoyed some Sri Lankan meals also. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

I don’t have anything to complain on.

Awesome Hotel in a very good location. only few minutes away from the beautiful beach of Hikkaduwa We really enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, cool swimming pool and common area. Breakfast was delicious! 100% recommend it!

This staff do all they can and more to make your stay really pleasent! We booked one night and stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are lovely and the balcony is nice as well. The hotel is a palace. It is very ease to take a tuk tuk anywhere. The famous hikkaduwa coral beach is just 100m from the hotel. The food at the hotel is amazing. It was always delicious. You can also have your food by the pool or in your room. There is a lovely area to relax.
