Difícil de encontrar o quarto.

The location had many restaurants near by and supermarkets as well. Transportation to any place was easy given how close the main station was.

The kitchen was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The microwave had a plate with food in there already decomposed.

Todo muy dejado, falta de mucha limpieza, ropa de cama sucia, vieja (tuve que utilizar mis camisetas como funda de almohada para que no fuese tan desagradable), cocina muy dejada ya ni la utilicé, camas incómodas...Fotos engañosas. Nada recomendable.

De lokatie, dichtbij een toegang tot de metro. De auto kan tegen meerkost (20 euro/nacht) op het terrein verblijven.

Badkamer: toilet in een hoekje tussen douche en lavabo. Er kan niet meer dan 1 persoon op de badkamer zich wassen, naar het toilet gaan. Rookdetectors waren verwijderd.

Mir hat gefallen, dass ich im Zentrum war und alles in der Nähe hatte. Außerdem empfand ich den verfügbaren Parkplatz als großen Vorteil.Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn ich ein Problem hatte.

Within walking distance from the main railway station and that was it.

The room looks much more worn out than in the photos. The sofa bed was stained and had cigarette burn holes. Towels smelt anything but clean. Fixtures looked cheap. The tap in the bathroom was shaky. The coffee machine was very dirty, almost moldy. The kettle was a cheap model with plastic inside. The kitchen area smelt of dirt.

La ubicacion desde luego. El que hubiera aire acondicionado. Se me contesto a los mensajes.

La falta de limpieza. El estado del armario que se suponia debia tener puertas. Las bombillas que no funcionaban y tuvimos que pedir. La ducha que le salia agua por todas partes. El portarrollos que se caia. La cortina de la ducha junto con otros elementos del apartamento estaban sucios. Habia una cama supletoria que no pedimos y quitaba espacio. La falta de un trapo de cocina o en su defecto papel de cocina para secar la vajilla anticuada que habia.

Hmm not really like anything

Room don’t clean and old , things are broke or not good condition. Sofa old and stain , old find but must clean. Bed , pillows blankets old and smell also stains . Kitchen not clean, things in cabinet dishes glass all not well clean . Toilet also not clean.

For an expensive property, it was poorly decked, equipped and prepared.

Location very close to Tram and Ubahn Theresienwiese.

It was very smelly when we came in. We had to open all windows because the odor was unbearable. There was one shower that never stopped dropping water and it was loud at night. We never used the kitchen to cook because it was disgusting both the bad smell and partially grassy kitchenware. The walls in the floor have big stains, the bathroom lights work with sensors that are malfunctioning and we had to close the doors of the bathrooms at night because it was going on and off the whole night. There were more things that we did not like but these were the main points.

Det ene toilet kunne ikke rulle ud. Der var semi varmt, også uagtet at aircondition kørte. Lidt beskidt.

The cleaning of the room was terrible

La posizione. In 20 minuti si arriva a Marienplatz ed è ancora più vicino agli stand Octoberfest. Rapporto posizione/prezzo molto buono.

La descrizione dell' appartamento non era chiarissima, quindi ci siamo trovati in un monolocale quando pensavamo ci fosse una camera da letto separata.

Leider gab es einen furchtbaren Geruch in der Wohnung (nach eingetrocknetem Siphon oder Wasserschaden), der auch nach Nutzung der Spülen der Abflüsse und Lüften blieb.

Shower trays in the bathrooms can be built better to avoid water spilling all across the bathroom.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid this place. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The apartment looked nothing like what we expected from the photos. When we entered, we were shocked by the condition of the place: it was dirty, greasy, and had a very strong cigarette smell. After spending only around 15 minutes inside, my whole family felt as if the smell was still on us for the rest of the evening. The apartment felt unhygienic and completely unsuitable for a family stay. We contacted the property, but we did not receive any proper solution or refund. Because we could not stay there, we had to urgently book another accommodation in Munich during Intersolar, which cost us more than €6,000. The most frustrating part is that the booking was later treated as if we simply did not arrive, even though we did arrive and left because of the unacceptable condition of the apartment. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. It was dirty, smoky, poorly managed, and completely not worth the money. I would never book it again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families.

This is the first time in 15 years of travelling that I can honestly say: spending the night at a train station with homeless people would have been cleaner than staying in this place

There was nothing to like about it.

The AC was non-functional. The TV was non-functional. One can only enter or exit through an elevator. The emergency door could not be opened. The lights in the bathroom automatically turned off every 30sec, if no motion was detected. You need to keep moving while using the toilet.

Die Unterkunft war alt und dreckig, irgendwie Flohmarktcharakter. Die Toilette inkl. Klobrille hatte braune Reste vom Vorgänger. Der Geruch in den Zimmern war unangenehm. Im Waschbecken waren schwarze Haare, die auch in den Betten zu finden waren, und Flecken obendrauf. Gehe mal nicht davon aus, dass die Bettwäsche hier nach jedem Nutzer gewaschen wird oder überhaupt geputzt wird, zumindest anhand von Staub und klebrigem Boden so zu vermuten. Aus einem Bett ragte eine Schraube raus, zum Glück haben wir das rechtzeitig gemerkt. Das nicht funktionierende WLAN war das kleinste Problem. Ich hoffe für die potentiellen Nachfolger, dass dieses Angebot von den Seiten der Anbieter genommen wird.

Griferia que raja malament, lavabos i cortines de la dutxa bruts, només 4 vasos i de diferents tamanys per a 6 persones, tasses esquerdades, parets de la cuina i vidres de les finestres molt bruts, només tovalloles de bany i no de mans, una dutxa es queda l'aigua estancada, la pota de la taula mig trencada.

NOT A HOTEL! The photos are not how the "SUPERIOR" studio is. It stuck of marijuana and cigarettes with a burnt chop bowl on the table, air-conditioning unit smelt mouldy, no response to request for luggage storage until after we had already left. We didn't even want to use a glass to have water. Furniture is not as in images. Worst experience in all my years using Booking.com and 2 months travelling Europe. Glad we only had to do one night here. Premier Inn charges same prices but so much better. Horrible.

The only thing was the location

The apartment was not what we expected based on the photos. We were so disappointed with the condition of the apartment we left immediately & booked into a nearby hotel. We were not offered a refund & would not recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

Olía demasiado a humedad, el agua de uno de los baños al bañarse se salía, al llegar de noche al edificio le falta iluminación porque aunque tiene luces con detector de movimiento tardan en prender

Departamento muy buena ubicación cerca de estación de tren, nos gustó mucho el lavarropas, tender, y estar cerca de los medios de transporte. Se puede acceder al centro caminando. Las camas cómodas, el acceso al departamento bien explicado.

El baño un poco pequeño, se suele llenar de agua al bañarse, el espacio del inodoro es reducido, la tapa estaba rota. En la cocina faltaban algunos utensilios como ollas. La mesa algo chica para cuatro, faltaba una silla y las toallas de mano. Hubo demora y falta de respuesta por parte del administrador.

As fotos não são a realidade do apartamento. Apartamento não dispunha de panelas suficiente para um refeicao simples , poucos talheres e utensílios de forma em geral. Os chuveiros estavam entupidos , bem como os ralos também . Roupa de cama com odor desagradável . Não recomendo pois foram detalhes primordiais para uma boa estadia para nós .

El departamento en general me decepcionó, sobre todo pensando en la relación precio-calidad. Se entra por un garage muy deteriorado que no figura en las fotos. No funcionaba la calefacción. La habitación estaba descuidada, sobraban muebles y estanterías como si hubieran acumulado cosas diversas para ocupar el espacio. Los platos no eran aptos para el microondas. No tuvimos wifi porque no nos respondieron el mensaje hasta 24 horas después de la llegada. En fin, mucho para mejorar.

Lurendrejeri och inget annat, den sk lgh är skräp och har aldrig varit ngn lgh troligen tvättstuga förråd etc. ..skandal att de får sälja sig genom Booking,com.... Uppenbarligen har booking ingen koll.

L'intervento dell'Host per una richiesta che ho fatto.

L'alloggio ha poca manutenzione, scarico dell'acqua della doccia intasato, scarico WC guasto, rubinetto dell'acqua di un lavandino funzionante solo in parte, serratura della porta che da sul balconcino guasta, la mancanza di piu asciugamani,e la totale mancanza di tappetini del bagno, le camere erano senza TV.

L’appartement était très sale ( les draps, les serviettes, sous le lit….)les meubles et les équipements très usés.

On n’est pas restés et nous avons heureusement pu annuler notre séjour.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten vom zentralen Marienplatz entfernt. Eine U-Bahn-Station und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass Sie bequem weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen können.

We loved the central location, the size of the apartment, the comfortable mattresses, the possibility to park right at the door, the access instructions.

It's hard to find from the street, you really have to know it's in the courtyard. For the rest, it's miasing details in cleaning and maintenance...but it is true that they are only noticeable when you live in the place.

english below Mit meinem Aufenthalt im Aparthotel bin ich mehr als nur zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bequem. Man hat viel Platz. Man fühlt sich nicht eingeschränkt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Alles war frisch. Die Lage ist auch top. Es ist sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Das Zimmer selbst ist auch sehr ruhig. Ich konnte Nachts gut schlafen ohne mich gestört zu fühlen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war immer verfügbar für Fragen und Tips rund um Müchen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100%. Vielen lieben Dank. Bis zum nächsten mal I was more than satisfied with my stay at the aparthotel. The room is very large and comfortable. There's plenty of space, and you don't feel cramped at all. The room is very clean, and everything was fresh. The location is also fantastic, very close to the main train station. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you feel safe. The room itself is also very quiet. I was able to sleep well at night without being disturbed. Looks exactly like in the pictures, very clean, and at an affordable price.

Easy to access and convenient location. Staff I ran into around the property was very nice and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Dishes were provided. Room itself worked great.

Sheets and towels were not very clean (some stains). No washing machine soap was provided and the only shower materials (shampoo, etc) provided was just one gel.
