Exceptionally clean. Really comfortable beds. Also had kettle and fridge and air con in the room. Right next door to the train station and you get a pass to use all the buses for free from the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Schnell und erreichbar vom Bahnhof. Mit der Tram innert 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten und Bad ist super.

Es liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse. Bei offenem Fenster bekommt man alles mit. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, dann geht es. Es ist nicht weiter schlimm, aber das einzige negative was mir aufgefallen ist.

Die Zimmer sind generell in Ordnung ausgestattet

Frühstück ist ziemlich schlecht bzw. sieht alles sehr unappetitlich angerichtet aus. Die Parkplatzsituation bzw. das Parkhaus befindet sich eine Straße weiter vom Hotel und man benötigt eine Schlüsselkarte, um in einer riesigen und unübersichtlichen Garage im hintersten Eck irgendwo zu parken. Man muss die Schlüsselkarte dann wieder zurück zum Hotel bringen. Mit einer hauseigenen Garage bzw. einem Stellplatz beim Hotel, hat das Ganze wenig zutun.

Personal atent i disposat a ajudar. La neteja ha estat correcta, com correspon a un establiment d'aquesta categoria. Situació bona: a 20 metres parada tramvia, a 10 minuts de l'estació central i relativament a prop del centre (20 minuts a peu).

La mida de l'habitació és justeta. No s'hi està malament, però s'agrairia una mica de més amplitud.

Skvělý hotel pro přespání, když přijedete pozdě v noci do Mnichova a ráno potřebujete pokračovat dál. Nádraží 5 minut chůze, snídaně podávají od 6:30, nemám co vytknout

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral am Münchner Hauptbahnhof und damit auch in direkt am Knotenpunkt aller U-Bahnen und S-Bahnen, ideal um die Stadt und das Umfeld zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und der Zutritt war mittels Code sehr einfach durchgeführt. Da wir sehr spät angekommen war kein Hotelpersonal mehr anwesend, aber das Erstellen der Zimmerkarte war sehr einfach und war in 2 Minuten erledigt (ich war schon online eingecheckt). Aber auch das Öffnen des Hotelzimmers via APP des Hotels hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Im Hotelzimmer waren 2 Säulen, was wahrscheinlich auf die ursprüngliche Bauweise des Gebäudes zurückzuführen ist. Eine der Säulen war genau neben dem Bett positioniert, was es sehr schwer machte, vorbei zu gehen und irgendwie hatte die Säule neben dem Bett irgendwas beengendes. Für mich eine Fehlkonstruktion des Innenlebens des Hotelzimmers, aber womöglich war das nur in unserem Zimmern so.

Vielseitiges und gutes Frühstück. Hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter. Zimmer sind angenehm ruhig durch Schallschutzfenster, trotz Straßenbahn vor dem Fenster. Gerne wieder.

No staff on premises after 7 pm which I was aware of. Right under our (closed) window, room 112, kitchen staff pushed open the door: loud talking, clouds of smoke, “sound casting”. For hours. Reported this on booking-com messaging system: no response.

Für den Preis hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet. Es war nicht sauber. Silikonfugen sind Wartungsfugen. Den Frühstücksraum zu verkleinern, weil man der Meinung war keinen Service an ungedeckten Tischen auszuführen nur um sich Arbeit zu sparen ist nicht in Ordnung. Es war noch 1 Stunde bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit und noch großer Bedarf an Tischen. Da wir erst sehr spät angereist sind mussten wir uns Online Einchecken. Das war soweit in Ordnung. Aber daß uns der Mitarbeiter am Telefon nicht in das vom Hotel vorgesehene Parkhaus gelotst hat geht nicht in Ordnung. Wir hatten dies bereits im vorhinein gebucht und bezahlt. Die Kosten sind uns erstattet worden für das gebuchte Parkhaus. Dieses hätte 17€ am Tag gekostet. Für das Parkhaus wo wir nun standen bezahlten wir 40€ am Tag.

Dirty. Dirty wall, dirty toilet, bathroom and shower have mold all over it and spider webs everywhere in the room. I have no idea how this hotel has gotten so many good reviews. Would never recommend this place and won’t return for sure.

We only want a small breakfast coffee & Crossiant but we had to pay 17 euro for that, to have a variety of foods available. It would have been good to have an option. next time we would not have breakfast at the hotel and be. better of to go to a local cafe to get a small breakfast.

My stay was short but wonderfully refreshing, filled with kindness and moments I’ll remember. Few minutes away from the main railway station and plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. Very quite although busy town centre.

Wir waren für eine Nacht (ohne Frühstück) dort. Die Lage ist super (S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Türe); das Personal sehr freundlich. Am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck den Tag über noch an der Rezeption lassen.

ミュンヘン中央駅から徒歩圏内で便利でした。また部屋の掃除が行き届いていました。チェックイン時、到着が少し遅くなり、セルフチェックインに切り替わる時間帯でさしたが、ホテルのスタッフが温かく迎えてくれて、親切に対応してくれました。

No me gustó la poca atención del personal, están hasta las 20:00 , ni un minuto más. Queda a cuadras muuuy largas de la estación de tren. De las cuatro noches q estuvimos, nos limpiaron la habitación solo 1 vez y tuvimos q bajar a pedir toallas nuevas

Todo, ubicación, instalaciones y atención del personal. La verdad que el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de trenes y 30 minutos del centro caminando.

The guy at the checkout was very nice

The hotel claims to be right next to Munich Central Station, which is simply not true. At check-in, one of the first things we were told was that our room would not be cleaned during our two-night stay. Fresh towels? Help yourself! very much like being back in basic military training. The rooms are extremely basic, with absolutely no design or character. To make things worse, there was an unpleasant, stale smell in the room, like old, heavily used fabrics that hadn’t been properly aired or cleaned. We also had mosquitoes in the room, which made the whole experience even less comfortable. The pillows were particularly awful and managed to give us neck pain almost immediately. And then came the highlight: breakfast. We were served alternative milk that had clearly gone bad. One sip was enough for us to spit it straight out. What a wonderful way to start the morning. Needless to say, we didn’t even bother getting up for breakfast the next day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. One big NO. Definitely not a place we would choose to stay again.

Close to the Hauptbahnhof, so ideal for an overnight stay before an early train departure. The bike could be parked in the courtyard at the back. Everything new and tidy.

The courtyard where I could store my bike wasn't locked, and there was also some initial confusion about where to park it.

Ich bin ausgesprochen freundlich am CheckIn empfangen worden. Auch für mein Fahrrad habe ich eine Möglichkeit zur Unterstellung im Hinterhof erhalten. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Lage (unmittelbare Nähe zum Hbf) ebenfalls sehr gut - aber am Besten gefallen hat mir der persönliche Check In. Das war sehr sympathisch.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. There was a fridge and air-conditioning in the room. The reception staff were really nice and we were able to ask for a kettle for the room and a wooden spoon. We were able to leave our luggage in reception after check-out. The hotel was close to the train station/Bus station where there was alao a Lidl and we were able to take a walk to the main attractions.

The location is excellent and so clean. We had an interconnecting room and it was so comfortable. Both rooms had double bed and also had its own bathroom with shower. The whole place was spotlessly clean too. The hotel is just a 10 min walk from munich Central and very easy to get to anywhere in munich

Location is incredible,lovely spot only a few minutes walk from a wide choice of great places to eat and drink. The apartment is really spacious, en suites for each bedroom, very clean, great decor, modern feel to it. Great views over the river. Short 5-10 min walk into the centre.

Hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Na 10 - 15 minuten wandelen sta je op de Marienplatz. Kamers mooi ingericht. We hadden een familiekamer met elk een aparte kamer en badkamer. Lekker ontbijt en super vriendelijk personeel! Italiaans restaurant bij hotel ook een aanrader.

Que no pudimos entrar en la habitación cuando llegamos. No estaba lista. Llegamos por la mañana. Y no me gusto que no tenía hervidor de agua para hacer un te o café en la habitación.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w hotelu. Pokoje posprzątane i dobrze przygotowane. Klimatyzacja w pokoju to zdecydowanie świetne udogodnienie. Restauracja znajdująca się przy hotelu serwuje świetne jedzenie. Obsługa bardzo symaptyczna i pomocna. Miłym elementem były żelki na przywitanie w pokoju. Hala garażowa oferuje dużo miejsc parkingowych.

Hala garażowa znajduje się pod budynkiem obok, w związku z czym nie ma bezpośredniego przejścia z miejsca do hotelu - co nie każdemu może odpowiadać. Dodatkowo za każdym razem jak zostawiamy auto trzeba zwracać kartę do hali lub po nią przychodzić do hotelu - nie jest to najbardziej wygodne rozwiązanie, chociaż kart nigdy nie brakowało.

I stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip and booked four different rooms in total. All of them were well furnished, in excellent condition, and exceptionally clean. The staff were consistently friendly and professional.

The location is very convenient if you need easy access to the railway station and public transport. However, the surrounding area is quite crowded and noticeably dirtier than many other parts of Munich.

Parkeerfaciliteiten waren uitstekend midden in de stad. Kamer was volledig met een meer dan uitstekende douche.

De airco maakte veel teveel geluid, maar dat leek meer op een defect dan een standaard probleem, dat was het enige minpunt.
