An exceptional stay! The accommodation, service, food, cleanliness, and location were all outstanding. The staff made us feel welcome and took care of every detail. Dhigurah is a beautiful island, and this stay made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended and definitely worth a return visit

Todo esta cuidado con muchísimo detalle, y se nota todo el amor que hay detrás. Alan, y todo su equipo son maravillosos, cuidándonos desde la llegada, hasta el último momento en la salida, dispuestos a ayudar con lo que se necesite, dando facilidades, y siempre con una sonrisa. La limpieza es impoluta, la habitación es cómoda y amplia, la ducha con el techo al aire libre es un lujo, y poder relajarse cada día en la terraza es una maravilla. Mención especial también al desayuno local, preparado con la receta de su abuela, que vamos a echar mucho de menos, super completo, y riquísimo. Sin duda, ha sido el mejor alojamiento de nuestro viaje a Maldivas, y uno de los mejores en los que nos hemos hospedado en Asia.

Отличный вариант размещения. Красивый дворик. Владелец максимально дружелюбный и старается помочь. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Большой сан узел. Можно обменять деньги у владельца по более выгодному курсу чем в обменнике. Если вам нужно, то вас могут отвезти на бикини пляж.

Ik en mijn man reizen veel, maar dit is toch wel een van de beste verblijven waar we ooit zijn geweest. Het is ook de eerste keer dat het verblijf nog beter was dan op de foto’s. De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaren, de hygiëne en het heerlijke ontbijt. Alles was top! Daarnaast zijn de kamers erg fijn en zit er een gezellig privé terras bij. De locatie is ook fijn; het is een klein stukje lopen tot het strand en mocht je naar de andere kant van het eiland willen, kun je bij dit verblijf ook een fiets/scooter huren voor een klein bedrag. Verder kun je ook dagtrips zoals snorkel excursies bij het verblijf regelen. Ze helpen je graag met alles. Ik raad iedereen die in Dhigurah komt aan om hier te verblijven. Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad.

Alaan and Ibrahim were great hosts, extremely helpful and kind. We loved the quiet location, attention to detail and the cleanliness. There were extras we weren't expecting - mosquito repellent, cool bag for the beach, torch, beach towels, drying rack for swimwear, outdoor tap and fan. We were taken to and from the excursions, which Alaan organised, and to the tourist beach when we wanted.

Ontzettend lieve eigenaren en een zeer comfortabel verblijf. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven i.p.v. in een groter hotel.

Un paradiso nel paradiso. La struttura è belliissima, il giardino privato una cosa fantastica. La pulizia impeccabile, l'attenzione dei proprietari assoluta, degna di un cinque stelle. Ci sono tante strutture a Dighurah, ma questa è davvero unica, vale assolutamente spendere qualche euro in più per un soggiorno esclusivo.

This has to be one of the nicest places to stay on Dhigurah! So private and quiet, clean, comfortable and overall the kind of place you do not want to leave. Having your own private outdoor space where they serve you a large and delicious breakfast each morning is so amazing. The outdoor shower, especially at night, is spectacular to bathe under the stars. Short walk to bikini beach but they also offer rides and bicycle rentals. Alaan and Ibrahim were both so incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The communication with them was perfect as well as they organized tours for us and transportation to our next island. We really cannot say enough good things about this place and our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again someday because it was that great!

Alaan and Ibrahim were extremely accommodating and helpful. They were always reachable and made sure all our wishes were fulfilled. They booked our excursions, bikes, gave local tips and information about the island and its history. The private terrace with the breakfast brought there every morning was outstanding. While letting in a little extra hot air, the showering at night in the open roof shower while gazing at the stars was totally worth it. All in all it was a fantastic family run guesthouse that we would recommend to everyone :)

Our stay at the hotel in the Maldives was truly outstanding and exceeded everything we hoped for. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were attentive in a very genuine way, always ready to help without being overwhelming. They organized our excursions quickly and efficiently, offered valuable recommendations, and checked in on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to them, planning our days was effortless. The room turned out to be even better than we expected. It was spacious, very comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly each day. We loved the open-air shower, which added a unique touch to our stay, and the private terrace gave us a level of privacy that is hard to find even in upscale hotels. It truly felt like we had our own small home rather than just a room. Having breakfast delivered directly to the garden made every morning feel calm and special, and it became one of the things we looked forward to the most. The meals were fresh, varied, and always beautifully prepared. What stood out most was how easy and relaxing everything felt. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as comfortable as possible. There are only a few places I genuinely want to return to, but this hotel is definitely at the top of that list. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-organized stay in the Maldives. Totally recommend!

We had extremely nice stay at Dhonfalhu. Room was clean and it had big yard, where it was very nice to eat tasty breakfast. I highly recommend choosing the local version of breakfast. We could see, that they have really thought about guest's needs in their stays. For example, the room included separate beach towels (changed every day), foot washing tap and cloth-drying racks at the yard and a beach bag, which had separate cooler storage to get your drinks cool when staying at the beach. Thank you, Ibrahim, Alan and all other staff!

L'établissement est superbe. Le confort extérieur est au top ! Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute, très professionnels. Nous avons loué des vélos par leur intermédiaire. C'est un moyen fabuleux pour se déplacer sur cette magnifique île ! Nous avons pu nager avec les requins baleines et les raies manta grâce à une excursion organisée par l'établissement. Je conseille vivement !

Wyjątkowo gościnni gospodarze, wszystkim się zajmą i załatwią każdą prośbę gosci- perfekcyjna opieka. Przepyszne, miejscowe śniadania. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie, duzo zieleni.

Todo, personal super amable. 2 días nos prepararon el desayuno a las 6 de la mañana porque estaba incluido y para que no lo perdiéramos. Estaba super limpio todo, muy agradable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos

Everything was perfect - from the communication with the hosts before our arrival, through our stay, and departure. An excellent, family-run little hotel with beautiful, well-equipped, and clean rooms. They provide different choices of breakfast at your private patio, and rent out bikes and snorkeling equipment. They also arrange excursions and diving, as requested.

Friendly, helpful guys running the accommodation. Great location, nice room, lovely patio garden, own space, outdoor shower, private well presented breakfast in the garden, tap to rinse feet outside the bedroom door, fan for the garden which helps a great deal and the incense under the table for the breakfast is a great touch. Provided pick up and drop off at the Harbour which was helpful.

Breakfast, although good, was monotonous with no variety from day to day. Air con works fine in the bedroom until you open the bathroom door, which is like a furnace/greenhouse as the wall to the outdoor shower is all glass. Accommodation is great; however, unless you sleep like a log, you will get your 4.30 am wake-up call from the mosque down the road. Also, as most people are extremely selfish and ignorant, the excessively loud and constant noise from the slamming of heavy doors early morning and late night can be extremely aggravating and unnecessary. Unfortunately, people are reluctant to think about other guests. One addition I would suggest is serviettes with breakfast. The safe in the room was very difficult to open and lock again. Took quite a while to get unlocked. Another gripe was towels weren't very clean and smelled awful. Not sure if it was the washing powder. One main issue was although Alaan provided his WhatsApp, communication was quite slow, and if you had an issue, a lot of the time Ibrahim wasn't around, so you were left to your own devices, as there was no reception area or anyone to talk to about any problems.

Das Frühstück, das täglich im privaten Innenhof serviert wurde war einfach - großartig!!!!!! Das schöne Zimmer, die oben offene Dusche und das große, helle Badezimmer - einfach top! Jeden Tag wurde sorgfältigst gereinigt, die Handtücher getauscht, der Kühlschrank befüllt. Auch Strandhandtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Der Transfer von der Fähre zum Hotel und später zurück war sehr gut organisiert. Wir konnten uns auch Fahrräder ausleihen und Alaan half uns beim Organisieren unserer Tauchausflüge, er ist gut über WhatsApp zu erreichen und hat uns auch einiges über die Insel erzählt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Danke an das gesamte Team - wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besser geht es wirklich nicht! Vielen, vielen Dank an Alaan und sein Team!!!!

Das Zustellbett war etwas hart und sehr schmal. Zum Bikini-Strand geht man zu Fuß gute 10 Minuten. Viele Moskitos (aber auch da wurden uns Räucherstäbchen gebracht - sehr aufmerksam!)

We warmly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent. The equipment, cleanliness of the room, and the overall level of the accommodation are perfect in every detail. The owners are extremely kind and help arrange transport to the island, trips, recommend restaurants, and how to spend time. We recommend renting a bicycle for the duration of your stay. Communication via WhatsApp is fast and very helpful. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace is paradise – just like the whole island and its people. @Alaan, thank you for everything, we will never forget.

Loved the private patio and the breakfast that was served there as a wake up call. Bed was amazingly comfortable, probably the best sleep I had this year.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher, auch die Strandtücher wurden jeden Tag ausgewechselt. Zudem gab es jeden Tag neues kostenloses Wasser. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, insbesondere das einheimische Frühstück. Außerdem gab es Regenschirme auf den Zimmern. Für den Schnorchel Ausflug konnte man sich Flossen ausleihen. War alles top :)

It is a very beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely stay there and loved the comfort of their facilities. What stood out for me was the hospitality of the hosts, the cleanliness of the place, (we had room service every day) the open roof bathroom and the lovely breakfast. I would totally recommend this place.

Rispetto alla media delle Guess House, questa è molto più lussuosa. Le camere sono molto belle e ognuna provvista di un piccolo giardino con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e consumare la colazione. La colazione stessa è molto buona soprattutto quella tipica maldiviane nell’opzione con la zucca. Lo staff è davvero gentile è sempre pronto ad aiutare. la spiaggia è molto vicina così come il porto è molto vicino ed è ideale per le escursioni.

Rispetto ad altre guest House, questa non include quasi nulla nel prezzo che si paga. L’unica cosa inclusa è la colazione e una bottiglia d’acqua naturale. Tutti gli altri pasti sono esclusi e tenete a mente che su un’isola così piccola le opzioni sono poche. Le escursioni sono escluse e tenete a mente che comunque ci sono molti turisti per cui non è così facile trovare posto nelle escursioni aperte a tutti. Persino la maschera come il tubo come le pinne richiedono il pagamento di un affitto. La spiaggia vicinissima alla Guesthouse non è una bikini beach, e la più vicina bikini Beach non è vicina anche se la struttura fornisce un servizio di navetta. Sono stato in un’altra Guesthouse dove davvero era tutto incluso, l’unica preoccupazione era l’alzarsi la mattina, per il resto hanno provveduto a tutto loro compresa un’escursione al giorno che si adattava alle condizioni climatiche o a quello che si poteva vedere o non quel giorno stesso..

Die Unterkunft war spürbar neu & sehr gepflegt, was für einen direkten Wohlfühlfaktor gesorgt hat. Der private Garten mit Daybed war unser Highlight. Und nicht zu vergessen das morgendliche Frühstück, das jeden Morgen im eigenen kleinen privaten Garten serviert wird. Absolute 10/10!

Beautiful and very clean resort with extremely friendly staff. The room was comfortable with a nice terrace and sofa, very close to the beach. Great food and a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

A pessoa responsável não responde prontamente às mensagens ou solicitações por Whatsapp. Apesar de solícito e muito prestável, seria recomendável ao Alaan responder mais prontamente aos hóspedes. É mais uma crítica construtiva do que algo que não tenha gostado, que fique bem claro!

Alan was very nice and he helps us a lot. The property was perfect to stay long and I love the bathroom with the shower without roof.

El trato y la atención recibida. El desayuno buenísimo. Trabajan con una de las mejores empresas de la zona que organizan excursiones. Nosotros contratamos desde el hotel la excursión para ver al tiburón ballena y no nos decepcionó. Cuidadosos con los clientes y respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Recomendaría este hotel siempre.

We had a wonderful stay in Dhigurah thanks to this lovely family-run guesthouse that took care of us from beginning to end! The place is managed with heart and dedication by father and son, who treat every guest with genuine kindness and attention. The property and rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We joined several excursions with them and had unforgettable experiences: manta rays, whale shark, nurse sharks, fish banks, and turtles — all organized with professional guides who took us to the best spots (whether close or far from the reef), always with respect for the environment and the animals. We also joined a fishing trip and had the chance to eat the fresh fish we caught, grilled on the beach at a BBQ — thanks to Ibrahim’s skills, it was honestly the best fish we’ve ever eaten! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and caring Maldivian experience.

Limpio y cómodo

Las excursiones que te ofrece, son un timo ,pague 65$ por persona por hacer la excursión de snorkel con tortugas ,consistió en coger una lancha, nos llevo a la vuelta de la esquina de la isla (literal)3'en el barco nos soltaron a nadar , te dejan 1 h aprox subes al barco 3' de vuelta al puerto y fin. Lo puedes hacer gratis tú mismo llendo andando por la isla.no hay posibilidad de hacerlo directamente con las empresas, tienen acuerdos con los hoteles.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der kleinen Ortschaft (rd. 650 Einwohner), nahe zum Hafen, zu Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wird direkt in den kleinen Innenhof serviert, der zu jedem Zimmer gehört. Der kleine Innenhof ist weder von der Straße noch von den anderen Zimmern einsehbar und bietet wunderbare Privatsphäre. Wir haben das so bei keiner anderen Unterkunft auf der Insel gesehen. Die Unterkunft organisiert die An- und Abreise. Entweder mit Inlandsflug ab Male und 20minütiger Speedboat-Fahrt von der Nachbarinsel oder direkt mit dem Speedboat von Male nach Dhigurah. Sehr gefallen haben uns die Ausflüge, die ebenfalls die Unterkunft organisiert: Beispielsweise haben wir die Walhai- und die Manta-Tour gemacht. Tolle Erlebnisse! Es gibt auch Schnorchel-Ausflüge oder man kann mit dem Boot zum Fischen fahren. Wir haben auf öfters an der Sandbank ganz im Süden der Insel gebadet. Auf der windabgewandten Ostseite gibt es ein Riff, an dem das Wasser klarer war als auf der Westseite. Hier schwimmen im flachen Wasser auch immer wieder kleine Riffhaie umher. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr wird man mit den Elektro-TukTuk an diesen, rund 3 Kilometer entfernten, Strand gebracht und zur vereinbarten Zeit wieder abgeholt. Das WLAN in der Unterkunft war super. Bezahlt haben wir überall mit USD. Lokale Währung (MVR) haben wir nicht gewechselt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und würden wieder die Unterkunft Dhonfalhu Dhigurah buchen!

Logement exceptionnel ! Le service est d'excellente qualité. Très bon accueil, l'équipe est souriante et très réactive. Le petit déjeuner local est excellent ! La chambre est très spacieuse, la terrasse également. C'est très agréable de séjourner dans cette chambre, qui est très propre et confortable.

We had really lovely stay! Dinner which owners prepaired for us was the best fish we had during our trip. We enojyed also outdoor sofa a lot. Room was cleaned every day and owners helped with all our requests. You get resort feel. Thank you for arranging bikes for us and your hospitality overall! This island is paradise.

Exceptional service and many pleasant surprises from the moment we stepped off the speed boat! The room and patio area were even nicer than the pictures suggest with natural sunlight and fast Wifi. Breakfast is served at your own private table every morning, and they are able to provide you with anything you need for the island, like snorkel gear, restaurant recommendations, or assistance booking a tour. It is evident that the father and son take pride in hosting your stay and paying attention to the details that make all the difference. Luxury feel with incredible value.

It is not a hotel, it is a full experience with a wonderful family that are serving from the heart, the support they give is endless and they really made our days, shout out to father Ibrahim and his son Alaan, they were more than blessing. Highly recommend this hotel, it looks like a villa with very nice design, super super clean and comfy, and good breakfast. The last day I decided to make beach barbecue with my wife, they offered their grill to use, and I struggled a lot to make the fire with coconuts, but I found they were coming to check on me and help me big time to make the fire even without asking for their help. It was unforgettable experience.

Only an advice to have their own bikes rental.

Our stay at Dhonfalhu was extraordinary... It's hard to describe in words how perfect it was, like a 5 star hotel. Everything was super clean, new towels every day, they even changed the sheets during our stay... but that's just the start. We had beach towels (daily changed) and a beach bag, drinking water, and a delicious breakfast (try the local one!). The room is spacious enough, the open shower spectacular and the private garden is really a plus, where you can enjoy your breakfast or just relax on the sofa. They drove us from the dock to the apartment with their tuctuc, and you can also ask them to take you to the bikini beach or to the sandbank. Otherwise the bikini beach is close, the walk there is beautiful - by the sea. The position is great, not on the main street with shops, but close enough. They really put an effort to make our holiday perfect, even with the excursion (we went to see the mantas and the whale shark). The stuff/family is very polite but not too pushy. We felt like at a resort! It's impossible to describe how happy and lucky we are to have found this apartment, but we will surely come back!

Those apartments are some of the best options to stay at Dhigurah. Since it’s only 4 rooms, you get a lot of privacy and the rooms itself are amazing. Giant outdoor shower accessible from the bathroom, comfortable bedding, and even a private outside area where Alaan and his team will serve youn amazing breakfast every morning. (Try the Maldivian version!) The attention to detail you’ll be offered here are better then most 5* hotels. Fresh water every day, umbrellas, Bags for the beach including dedicated beach towels. You just feel that the guys owning and running the place love what they do. In case you need to some work the WiFi offers super high speed internet. Alaan and his team were extremely responsive and helpful for organising transfers, trips or pretty much everything. We went on a whale shark snorkelling trip with them and they actually used the hotels own speed boat. We ended up only being 3 guests and 2 very helpful diving instructors with GoPros capturing our fun trip. You won’t regret staying here, value for money in unbeatable.

Great cozy place. Convenient location. You get your private patio and shower under the stars in the bathroom. The team is very pleasant, friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for stay. Special kudos for providing refillable bottles with water, which helps to reduce the plastic waste. More sustainable initiatives will be welcome

Alaan and his family were the best, the rooms were amazing and we loved the outdoor shower feeling. The connecting gardens were great as we were travelling with friends and having breakfast delivered each morning was fab! They couldnt do enough for us! Grandad was great with taking us up to Bikini beach and up to the end of the island and dad took us out on amazing trips!

The place is like no other place , very special and amazing especially the private garden, with the wooden theme all over the room and the hotel is so clean The Staff were so friendly and offers help in everything you need , and before our arrival they made us incredible honeymoon decoration ❤️ We totally liked the hotel and recommend it for anyone visiting the island

Everything was amazing, we stayed for 4 nights. Peaceful and unique experience. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Super clean room with a very beautiful decoration. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach snd there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended 👌

The stay was just perfect! The place is new, everything is so fresh and they take so much care of all details. All of the staff was exquisite! They were so helpful with anything we needed! I could not recommend this place any more! It is the quality of a 5 star resort in the peaceful and quiet environment of a local island. We just loved our stay and the people who run it. Definitely going back asap!

The rooms were clean and new. The local breakfast was delicious. I would like to suggest that fruit be served. The island boasts one of the best beaches we have ever seen. Every turn you take is a picture perfect moment.

The excursions were expensive. If you are on a budget and want to see Manta Rays and Whale Sharks then know that it will cost 180 USD pp. Other places were cheaper. But in Dhigurah only your guest house can organise your trip. Other guest houses offer snorkeling equipment and flippers for free. At this guest house it cost us 10 USD per set.

Hands down one of the best places we stayed at Dhigurah. The room, facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making our stay as good as it can get. The room was super clean and the breakfast was top notch. The fact that they have private dining with each room is amazing! We will definitely come back and counting down the days to come back.

The biggest issue on all island are excursions… they have very different prices and much expensive than on next island… very bad 😞. And you can book excursion only try your guest house… we found much cheaper in other guest house but they didn’t want to take us… We travel on 14 islands on Maldives and we had only on this island this situation… Example: whale shark and manta ray was 180 and on next island 75… it is a big difference… 🤔 Accommodation is perfect and island is fantastic 😎

It was a wonderful 10 days! Even before arriving, I had all the necessary information about the transfer from Male: which speedboat, where, what time, etc. Upon arrival on the island, we were met right at the pier, taken by buggy to the hotel, where we were greeted with a cool drink and cold towels. The room has everything you need: from bath cosmetics and a hairdryer to beach towels and a bag with a refrigerator section. Everything in the room was new and clean. There was a wonderful private area near the room with a cozy sofa, table and chairs, where breakfast was delivered every morning. Convenient location: a leisurely 7-8 minute walk to the bikini beach, also close to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and mini-markets. The minibar in the room was also useful, the prices are the same as in the mini-market. I would also like to note the service and hospitality: it seemed that there was no request that the hotel team would not satisfy! Starting from a request to peel a coconut that we found in the jungle, ending with nail scissors that we forgot. And of course, thanks to the guys for the unforgettable excursions: although the chances of seeing a whale shark and manta rays were 50/50, we were very lucky and we saw both a shark and rays! These are incomparable emotions, I thank the team for organizing them! We will come back again, only for longer!

10 minutes walk to the bikini beach and main cafes

This was one of the most memorable trips of my life. The guesthouse belongs to an outstanding family, in which everyone is responsible for making sure you have everything you need for an exceptional stay. The mother of the family is a splendid cook and the breakfast is served on your private terrace. Her son owns a boat and can organize a mind-blowing excursion with the whale shark. His brother is a PADI certified diving instructor - so he’ll make sure your marine experience goes smoothly. He’s amazingly knowledgeable about the marine life - all of which makes your journey unforgettable. We became good friends while staying here and i was really sad to leave. This place i will definitely come visit again! The island itself is tiny and authentic. Generally, people speak good English, everyone knows each other and ready to come for help in case you need it. All in all, i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to expand their life experience with a marvelous adventure - it is 100% guaranteed
