Alrashid Marrakech Boutique Hotel & SPA

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and so calming. The staff we are very friendly and chatty and do anything to help you and the housekeepers were so thorough, everything was immaculate. It was lovely to have a choice of two swimming pools as one is warm and sunny and the other shaded for those extra hot afternoons. We also had a great massage in the spa. Although the entrance is down a long alley, it didnt feel unsafe and being just outside the real bustle of the Medina and Souk meant it was the perfect location.

The building means that sound travels so we were woken up a few times when guests came home in the early hours and could also be kept awake if groups were having lively conversations in the courtyard. We're not usually light sleepers either but you could hear everything. It didn't ruin our stay at all though!

Gorgeous location in traditional riad with a beautiful decoration, swimming pools, terrrace, and spa. But most importantly the staff made us feel welcome, offered us tea and cookies several times, and allowed us to stay at the pool and lounge area long after our check out time and offered us the spa changing rooms to shower/change!

Wyjątkowo miła obsługa! Piękny i czysty riad. Fantastyczny taras na dachu, jacuzzi, piękne rośliny. Pyszne śniadania. Polecam skorzystanie z masażu i hammam u pani Fati. To był niezapomniany pobyt. Dziękujemy!

Min mand og jeg havde en helt fantastisk oplevelse på Riad Alrashid. Fra det øjeblik, vi ankom, blev vi mødt med en utrolig venlig og varm gæstfrihed og vi forelskede os med det samme i stedet. Personalet tog imod os på den mest imødekommende måde og serverede den smukkeste og lækreste morgenmad samt traditionel marokkansk te. Alle medarbejderne var utroligt hjælpsomme, smilende og imødekommende, og de gjorde en stor forskel for både vores ophold og vores samlede rejse til Marrakech. Vi nåede endda at grine og hygge os sammen med dem, hvilket gjorde, at Riad Alrashid hurtigt kom til at føles som et hjem for os. Riadens omgivelser er utroligt smukke, stemningen er rolig og afslappende med mange gode faciliteter at byde på og et personale der uden tvivl har været det bedste og sødeste, vi har mødt på vores rejser. Vores værelse blev rengjort hver dag og duftede altid dejligt, når vi kom tilbage efter en dag ude i byen eller efter morgenmaden. Det var tydeligt, at der blev lagt stor vægt på både renlighed og detaljer. Morgenmaden var helt vidunderlig og bød på mange forskellige valgmuligheder. Vi manglede aldrig noget, da personalet altid høfligt spurgte, om der var noget, vi ønskede eller havde brug for. Vores ønsker blev altid imødekommet med et smil, hvilket gjorde morgenmaden til en særlig del af vores ophold. Beliggenheden var ligeledes fremragende. Riad’en ligger i kort gåafstand fra mange af Marrakechs seværdigheder og oplevelser, herunder markeder, haver, museer og et stort udvalg af restauranter og spisesteder. Det gjorde det nemt og bekvemt for os at udforske byen til fods. Vi kan uden tøven anbefale Riad Alrashid af hele vores hjerte. Det er en vidunderlig Riad med smukke omgivelser, fantastisk service og et personale, som virkelig formår at få deres gæster til at føle sig velkomne og hjemme. Alle medarbejderne gjorde et stort og hjertevarmt indtryk på både min mand og mig, og vi er sikre på, at vi vender tilbage næste gang, vi rejser til Marrakech.

Das Riad liegt im jüdischen Viertel von Marrakesch, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bereich mit den Sonnenliegen und dem Pool auf dem Dach waren ein besonders schöner Rückzugsort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und kompetent, die Stimmung im Team schien gut zu sein. Der Spa-Bereich bietet eine tolle Rückenmassage, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und individuelle Ernährung konnte berücksichtigt werden. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Marrakesch, aber der letzte Tag war der erholsamste, weil wir im Riad verwöhnt wurden. Da mein Sohn eine Magenverstimmung hatte, blieben wir einfach im Hotel und hatten dadurch Zeit, die Schönheit des Gebäudes, die besondere Atmosphäre und die Freundlichkeit des Personals zu genießen. Sogar Tabletten haben wir bekommen. (Vielen Dank, sie haben gut geholfen.)

Superbe Riad situé dans le Mellah. Les chambres sont magnifiques en particulier celles du 2e niveau. Très belle terrasse sur laquelle nous prenions le petit déjeuner et le personnel est au petit soin. Hajar propose du henné pour les amatrices. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Personnel superbe, mention spéciale pour Achraf et Mehdi ✌️ Le Riad est somptueux, avec un service de première classe. 2 bassins vous permettent de profiter de la fraicheur à toute heure de la journée. Les petits déjeuner sont royaux, et les chambres sont magnifiques. Atelier henné et spa excellent rapport qualité/prix. On ne voulait plus partir... Merci 😊

De kamer was prachtig romantisch ingericht. Het personeel sprak meerdere talen en waren super beleefd en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een peuter mee en die was vrij om te zwemmen wanneer ze maar wilde en er was zonder dat wij dat hadden bijgeboekt een bedje geregeld. Superschone, fijne en gezellige plek.

De locatie was even zoeken, gelukkig kwam er binnen een minuut politie ons al te hulp om het te vinden.

La ruelle d’accès, j’avais la boule au ventre d’y faire une mauvaise rencontre, un des voisins était assez insistant pour avoir une piécette et je redoutais le moment où je devais reprendre cette ruelle surtout à la tombée du jour. Insonorisation pas terrible Prendre en compte que les prix affichés avec réduction sont en réalité tout le temps en réduction et donc de ne pas s’attendre à une prestation avec le prix plein. Mais rapport qualité - prix est ok

The most amazing place I’ve stayed in my life. Few places (if any)actually look like the photos, let alone do it justice - the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you’ve been transported right into the photos on the listing. Mohammed and his team are exceptional hosts - there is now a new GOAT Mohammed Ali. Never a friendlier folk have I met (nor will likely meet) in my life. An amazing stay and experience I will never forget.

We stayed in Room 109 on the second floor, and everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall comfort were outstanding. Even the subtle scent of jasmine added a special touch. The nights were perfectly quiet, and the entire staff was exceptionally polite and welcoming. The location is highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly experience the city’s culture, vibe, and crazy energy!

Oase van rust aan de rand van drukke stad. Fantastisch personeel die erg vriendelijk zijn en alles voor je kunnen/willen regelen. Ontbijtje keurig verzorgd met heerlijke mintthee.

The Riad is stunning , the rooms are spacious , beds very comfortable ,the pool area on the roof top is so peaceful and the sunbeds comfortable. The location is 10/10 very close to everything but still quiet. The staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, no wasteful buffet food , plenty of fresh food served to the table. This is the best place we have stayed in Marrakesh and will return.

Hola, nos encantó ese alojamiento sobre todo por su decoración y por su limpieza. Lo que más destacaría es la amabilidad del personal, quisiera mencionar en particular a Ayoube por su gran empatía y profesionalidad. Tuvimos algunos pequeños percances debidos al mal tiempo, pero él supo hacer frente perfectamente a la situación. El otro recepcionista, Achraf, fue tambien muy amable.

Sin duda mejoraría el desayuno: eché en falta fruta fresca y quesos. Los huevos los sirven sin preguntarte cómo los deseas (fritos, revueltos, tortilla, o simplemente no quieres huevos!) En general, es poco variado. Podrían por ejemplo ofrecer algo típico como diferente tipos de dulces locales o frutos secos, dátiles, etc.

The air conditioning is super noisy, there is nowhere to sit and do your hair and makeup so if you want to plug in a hair straightener and actually see your hair good luck! Ground floor rooms are noisy with people cleaning the pool area early. The roof although beautiful had no staff! We left a towel the day before on a bed, the next day it was still in the same place, despite there being lots of staff that appeared around 3pm to eat their lunch, there was nobody to get a drink or any service from. Ask for help with a taxi..no we cant do that. Ask for help recommending somewhere to get a dress pressed…no we cant do that. Ask for a restaurant recommendation…no we dont to that either…. This place is beautiful but the staff are lacking any kind of service and this made it really disappointing.

Al ser un Riad se oye más el ruido.Es como si estuvieras en tu casa. Y el hecho de coincidir con huéspedes con niños o un bebé,implica que el ruido es impredecible..

Nice staff and good breakfast

Beds are not comfortable at all. Mattress is incredibly hard. Furthermore, not a place to sleep in. From 8am you could hear cleaners talking and echo from other guests in the courtyard.

Esternamente molto carino anche se non so se la piscina esterna sia utilizzabile, essendo andata a marzo. Le camere pulite e confortevoli. La vicinanza alla porta della Medina per noi che non eravamo pratiche del posto è stata utile per non perderci nei vicoli. Hammam interno e massaggi di buon livello. Colazione continentale servita al tavolo che variava ogni mattina.

Die Putzfrauen in der Früh waren sehr laut und ein Kind ist vor 8 in der Früh herumgelaufen und geschrien. In Riads sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht, deswegen sollte das Personal in der Früh leiser sein. Ich finde auch, dass Kinder in Riads nichts zu suchen haben.

Personnel not enough dedicated to clients of the hotel generally. Breakfast really average. Some nights were noisy due to other people staying in the hotel and the staff wasn’t really making sure to take care of it

Très beau Riad, très propre, avec un personnel d'une discrétion absolue. Il est idéalement situé, près du palais de Bahia, à proximité d'une entrée des souks de la Médina. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied

Comme tous les riads, cela est très bruyant. Une famille avec un enfant en bas âge a un peu gâché nos nuits. Je trouve que ce type de lieu n'est vraiment pas adapté avec des petits
