The owner should provide basic amenities in the house such as sugar, tea, or coffee for guests, so they feel appreciated, especially since we are paying a high price. Improvements should be made to ensure these essential facilities are available for guests.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Pool was like a mini splashmania. Gracious host, full amenities, same floor as pool, flexi check in and check out, comfy bed, groceries and mamak downstairs. Looking forward to more development of restaurants
Only 1 card to go through all and any door, going out also need to tap card at lift door and from lift to lobby. So everyone in the group need to come in and out together, even to the pool. Not the fault of home owner though.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The apartment was in a secure building with a security guard at ground level - I felt safe. I had a choice of three bedrooms during my stay but decided to use the main bedroom and bathroom. The communal pool and gym facilities were excellent. In general the property was in a convenient location for where I needed to be, and that was Gamuda Cove and the Experience Centre. Izzati the host was very easy to contact if I had any questions and happy to help me via Whatsapp.
The cleanliness of the property could have been better. I am not sure if it is customary in Malaysia, or if it was just because this was someones rented out apartment, to leave old soap in the soap holders in the bathrooms, and garbage in the garbage bin in the kitchen. These should have been removed before my stay. Also when I booked this the location on Booking.com indicated that this property was actually located right next to the Experience Centre in Gamuda Cove, but it was actually located in the Maya Bay Residences building which is 20 minutes walk away. I didn't find out that it was in the Maya Bay Residences building until the host contacted me the day before check in. I am not sure if this is Booking.com's fault or the hosts fault?

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025The host- good host, offered us with early check in and give us late check out Cleanliness - the unit so clean The unit - have equipment to cook and heat up food(microwave).Advisable to bring own foods as limited food option here Unit level - same level with pools Swimming pools - the pools was so huge, have mini jacuzzi, kids pools with some 'mini waterpark' and the pools closed at 10pm Location - very close to GAMUDA splash park
Food option - only 2 Mamak restaurant, no fast food or any other restaurants nearby, if use food rider will take more than 40minutes...my advise, bring own food.. Bathroom - better if provide small 'tong sampah'

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025The apartment was great, clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive. The pool is superb. Kids love it so much. Very close to Splashmania Gamuda Cove, less than 5 minutes drive. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.
