Residencia Universitaria Trinitarios

Great location in the old city center, within walking distance of a lot of the things you'd want to visit. Bus stop is just down the street and metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The room is well renovated and clean, with an AC, and at the ground floor there's a kitchen, dining area and a study room you can use.

I don't really have things I didn't like, the only thing I could wish for is another towel at the room, so you could have separate towels for showering and hand/face washing.

Good room size, spacious and fast internet. Had a communal washing machine on every floor and a communal study area and kitchen area.

Everything was fine. Bed could be a bit more comfy. Also needed a fresh towel. There weren't any staff at times so waited a few hours to get one.

Room was spacious and simple, it is a dorm for university students being used for travellers so my expectations in general were minimal. The room was clean and high ceilings and huge balcony. Location was also amazing. Literally on the doorstep of the old town. Little plus was that there was a washing machine you could use which is perfect when you're a digital nomad on the go.

Only issue I had, although I was pre-warned, is that given the summer period, staff weren't around 100 percent of the time so I wasn't able to get a fresh towel easily. They did get back to me within a few hours but would've just been nice to have someone around just in case. Aside from that perfectly located lodging for visitors and digital nomads.

In the old town it was a good location. The room was clean and modern. The rooms were fresh and the fixtures new. The shower was very powerful and the room had air con.

There’s a communal kitchen which is great. However I couldn’t find a coffee machine to use the ground c/m coffee I had bought. The sheets on the bed were a little odd, basically a single duvet cover without a duvet in it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Air conditioning was very good and the room was in the shade with black out curtains which helped to avoid the heat Very central into town, good spot if you want to remain in the city centre but far from the beach altho I already knew that Big wardrobe with a mini fridge Quiet neighbour Towels were replenished on time

Surprised how small the room was compared to the photos taken on booking.com Room was not clean at all.. air conditioning was not cleaned for a while and dirt leaking out the vents Floor was not hoovered or cleaned, the bedside table and table was the same. Shower was dirty and it was not pleasant to be in. For the price paid I expected to be exceptionally clean. I did not even go under the bed sheets because of that. Despite it being a new building the walls are patched up already in the room and bathroom, the art already wrinkled that’s above the bed in the frame No bin in the room which would be handy as no lifts to constantly recycle items Walls are paper thin.. luckily I didn’t have a neighbour most of the week until last 2 days. A male moved in and it felt like he was in the same room as me. Could hear him coughing, walking, going to the toilet like it was in my own room. Would advise people to bring earplugs in this case.

Ovviamente niente bidet.

The room had all advertised amenities, except functioning air conditioning, and was nicely decorated. The hotel is in a good location, only a few minutes walk from the park. It was quiet at night.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked only because of the advertised air conditioning, but this was broken. Staff had no interest in fixing it and just apologised for the inconvenience. It was set to heating (during a heatwave, in August) and could only be controlled by management. There was no physical staffing lost of the time so I had to deal with this by texting staff via WhatsApp, which was frustrating and very slow. They initially decided to do nothing, and after my repeatedly asking them to intervene they eventually removed the control setting and let me cool the room. Why advertise air conditioning, if you don’t want guests to use it? When eventually working (at 2am) the air conditioning unit leaked water all nights which made sleep difficult. The room was filthy and not cleaned during my stay. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, which looks nice but is a cowboy operation. I am pursuing a refund through Booking.com as this genuinely was just an awful stay.

As per picture, all clean and great!

Pulizia. Posizione.

Camera piccola

The room has everything you need, it was clean, it has a closet and refrigerator.

It would be good to have a shelf in the shower

Posizione molto centrale e camere accoglienti. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Top 👌

Location and professional staff. Good communication on their part. Super quiet building.

If it weren't for the thin mattress, I would have given it a 10.

It’s a great place with a nice location ver close to the heart of the old town. It was very peaceful on the surrounding roads. The room has A/C and Very clean. There’s a nice clean modern bathroom too. It has friendly staff. There are communal kitchen facilities. Local transport links for buses are within 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

Needs a tv in the room.

Emplacement impeccable.

Gut ausgestattete Küche, sauber, ruhige Lage, doch zentral, WLAN top, kostenlose Waschmoeglichkeit

Ottima posizione, molto nuova e pulita

It was in old town and wasn’t far to walk to the city centre and shops

The property was clean and modern staff were friendly but the furniture in a lightly flimsy

Modern and clean, great location, friendly staff

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and the room in particular was in excellent condition. The location was absolutely fantastic.

The bed was more like a thin mattress topper, so it would be better if it could be replaced.

Easy to get to the square and city centre

Great location. small room with bathroom which was sufficient. easy access. good staff

nil

Staff were very accommodating about my luggage and early check in

Nothing

günstig und gut gelegen

Null Service

Vriendelijk onthaal

Prettig

Struttura nuovissima, pulita, silenziosa, centrale.

Super Lage! Frisch renoviert!

Posizione ottima

Insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente

Aircon was a godsend in August, good location close to centre, large bathroom, shower has amazing pressure.

Noise insulation is bad, so you should bring earplugs.

The location is perfect, right in the old town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area has large windows. I could keep my rented bike in the corridor under the stairs. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very nice. I would like to return one day.

Nothing.

Emplacement parfait

Fair price, great clean room, amazing area, friendly staff, facilities available on the ground floor, super walkable area, close to the city center.

The bed was a bit short

All single rooms great for friends that like there own space

Excellent location set in the old town but only a 5 minute walk from the centre.

A great work environment close to the city center

Everything

Lovely place. Strong shower and aircon.

Bed a bit firm but I liked it.

It was in a perfect place for us. It was clean and very comfortable. We both said we would come back for longer.

I liked the location, very close to downtown. Easy way to go to a beach, but it is so far from the hotel. A lot of small cafes and bars around. Really good that there is no big traffic near the hotel.

Clean, basic

No TV

Perfect location. Extremely clean. Super friendly staff. Just perfect!

Cant think of anything!

Locatie is oprecht perfect!

Fijne kamer.

Posizione centralissima. Camera accogliente e pulita. Il climatizzatore della mia stanza funzionava bene. C'è una cucina comune molto grande e ben fornita. Personale gentile e amichevole.

Excellent location

Room was small, but adequate

Posizione centrale

Simple. clean and had everything needed

Only downside was the air conditioner downstairs in the kitchen and study room need fixing

Great location, easy to check in
