Nice and flexible hosts, comfortable bed, hot water, possibility of using a kitchen, walking distance to Session Road and the mall Hosts are offering tours, unfortunately we didn't join because of weather conditions, but will definitely do next time :)
Nothing really
Une famille très gentille. On vous conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner (non inclus dans le prix) avec eux, ils aiment parler et s’intéressent à vous.
C’est bruyant. La chambre est mal isolée.
I like that it's within the town proper. Near SM, Cathedral, Session Rd, and Victory Liner and also very affordable. Also clean and well maintained.

The host was unresponsive on the day that we arrived in Baguio. Bad customer experience, no ownership, no empathy. Host should know that customer experience also includes being courteous during chat conversations and avoid sarcastic and repetitive information. Guests are expecting to have a comfortable and stress-free vacation which they were not able to provide. They don’t even have a decent space for the luggage drop-off. We did not continue with the check-in because of how bad the host responds to chat conversation, very very UNHELPFUL! And as for you the host: you don’t tell your guests that they booked a homestay and not a hotel when what they only want is just an update and a bit of compassion and empathy. We booked a cheap accommodation but that doesn’t mean that your attitude should level to the rate of your rooms.
Malamig ung place, kaya no need ng aircon.malapit lang sa victoey liner
Pababa siya at di kagad makita ung place, lkahingal pag papanik kasi medyo tirik.
Sir Jerry is super mabait and accommodating lalo nung may naka sabay kami na foreigner na mag check in din. Maayos din ang water heater nila and super lakas ng tubig so walang problema. We stayed here for two nights. What you see is what you get.

I stayed twice. Owner is quite friendly.
Host was gracious and very hospitable. He was very kind and responsive to our needs and replied quickly through chats. Complete facilities, clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable beds, towels are provided, basic first aid kit, nice location (though it's a bit steep).
Not much, but soundproofing might be a bit of an issue.
Breakfast and accomodating host 😊 Its a good place and quiet and you'll see fog outside the window too. Spacious place and theres a table specially we are both working remotely. Heater is working fine. Quiet place. Near to market and 7-eleven There's a laundry shop 1-2 mins walk away. Theres a little store where you can buy coffee or water or softdrinks or junkfoods. Strong wifi around 40-60mbps, should be good enough for us to work. Their breakfast is delicious thanks to Sir Jerry. They are so accomodating that they might let you use their kitchen if you ask their permission. (we did not though because were too shy and we are mostly awake at night) Highly Recommended! I dont have any photos but i took a pic outside window. Anyway what you se is what you get.
None. Signal mobile data is weak but they have a strong wifi.
It’s very accomodating and friendly landlord.

The bed and pillows were very comfy to sleep in, the entire place has its own homey vibe! It was near Victory Liner too.

Near everything
Very cozy room like a real homestay, beautiful view and friendly people, the French press and real coffee was a great bonus!
I highly recommend this place for travelers who are looking to save on accommodation without compromising comfort. It’s a great option if you’d rather allocate more of your budget to exploring and experiencing what Baguio has to offer. The place is cozy and welcoming, with an amazing staff that truly goes the extra mile. The breakfast package is a solid 10 out of 10 for me—delicious and well-prepared. A special shoutout to Kuya Jerry, who was incredibly accommodating. He even arranged a special breakfast for us when we had to leave at 1 AM, which we deeply appreciated. Overall, we’re very grateful for the warm hospitality and the laid-back atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Price very expensive for what it was we didn’t even have running water
Another great stay at Kochimoto. Great comfortable bed, room and excellent breakfast. Very convenient location close to Victory liners. Will always be my first choice stay in Baguio. Ask about Jerry's great tours, I can highly recommend them.
A great place to stay in Baguio. Convenient for all bus terminals and all attractions are easily accessible. A great opportunity to live as the locals do in a homestay instead of a featureless hotel that could be anywhere in the world. Very comfortable room with the added bonus of a kettle and coffee. The breakfast are very satisfying if a little on the large size. The owner Jerry is very friendly and has perfect English. Yes, there are issues with the water at times. However, that is out of the control of Jerry and he has provided a solution to that problem. Just message him and he can resolve it. I took a full days tour of many local attractions catered individually to my interests with Jerry, I really enjoyed my day. I highly recommend him as a tour guide. He is intelligent, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his home city. He is also very good company for any solo travellers.
Nothing.
Loved the homey feel. The owners were very friendly, informative, and helpful. The room fans were appreciated 🙏. The room with the private bathroom and kitchen appliances was much better value for money than the room with a shared bathroom. Overall a great experience.
The owner is very friendly, responsive and approachable. The room has homey feeling. The floor and wall are made of wood so need to be wary of every steps in order not to disturb the neighbors. Additional points for the breakfast. The stay is worth the money. Also, the place is good for exercising 😁. The slope going and from the place is steep which is good for walking exercises.
Availability of water. Unfortunately, I am very dependent on water. I also take a bath early. There were instances that I have to text the owner to turn on the water and wait. I hope this gets resolved. This is the only issue I had during our stay. I was not able to use the wardrobe closet as well, but not an issue for me.
The host is very accomodating. I checked in late, then he was so kind to speak to the taxi driver and arrived safely. The place is peaceful :-)
None. I like my stay.
Staff were very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. the hot shower was a plus. Very accessible, just a few meters from the main road, but quite steep when walking..
The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The place almost fits the price point. The neighbourhood feels safe. As there was strong rain, I could borrow an umbrella. For a fee, I could get simple breakfast and my laundry was done.
Due to the rainy and stormy weather (typhoon), the place was cold and drafty at night (below 20 °C). When going to bed late in the evening, I realized the blanket that was provided was far too small and thin. The water supply runs out at times, the owner will quickly fix that, but in the middle of the night? An automated system would help.
Very helpful and amiable owners/staff. They were kind enough to help us with with parking our car (while there's a downpour), bringing our luggages, and lending us soap to wash our dishes, not to mention serving us breakfast and reheating our food. The room was decent sized, big enough to accommodate 4 adults. Hope they could make the cupboards unlocked and more functional ;) The matresses on the floor were comfy, and the beddings felt and smelled fresh (unlike some places we stayed for same price). The multi-socket extension cord was just perfect for our charging needs. In the bathroom, it was hard to adjust the heat of the shower, but a submersible water heater is also available. The owners offered to heat the food for us in their microwave, and we were allowed to wash our dishes in the bathroom. A parking space is available right outside their property, and we're able to fit our SUV there. We left our car and opted to avail of taxi services.
Good breakfast...poor location
Poor conditions in The surroundings..plenty of dog's poop
The breakfast included and the cleanliness of the place! Hosts are accomodating.
staff were helpful
room, location, no running water
It is very near the Victory Liner bus terminal as well as other places in the Baguio city center. Convenient and had no problem walking to the places we wanted to visit. There is also a nearby carinderia/eatery, 7-11 and ihawan (charcoal grilling eats) so finding places to eat was no problem. Owner was very responsive so communication was fast and easy. Inexpensive so definite bang for your buck!
Facilities are very basic so if you are fussy about how it looks, this is not the place for you. But for us, we just needed a comfortable and clean place to rest and sleep so we were happy.
Near to bus terminal with shops and restaurants in walking distance
Nice and quiet place to stay. Big room with kettle and cups, comfy bed, good WiFi and hot shower. The location is easy to find but in case you can't, you can contact the host.
I didn't see many places to eat around here but maybe I was too tired to go for a walk around. It's definitely close to the main road to catch a taxi/jeepney
The location of the transient is very quiet and far from noise. The room was very comfy and feels like home. The owner was very approachable and accommodating. The room has its basic needs such as dining wares and kettle which was very helpful since we have a baby and we like to have a coffee. Also, the bathroom has a functional heater.
Only the uphill walk when we want to go out. But, still manageable the uphill walk and think it just like an exercise.
The room is big and so is the bathroom. The location is convenient with a short walk to a busy street to catch a taxi fast. The owner is very hospitable, friendly and speaks very good English.
The water pressure is sometimes not enough to get a hot shower.
