Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The place was in a nice centralized location and was a smaller comfy loft apartment.
There was a strong smell of someone cooking something that was hard to ignore. Fortunately you could open windows to help air it out a little bit.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The location is nice, it's close to everything, supermarket and charge station. The room is cozy, has kitchen and specially washers and dryer. I have my own parking spot.
Since we stayed in roof top which is third floor, going up and down is kinda issue (we have age, young people won't be a problem). The insulation of the house is so good and we felt kinda hot in this September, I can't imagine how warm it will be during summer time.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen um Andalsnes und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Kurze Wege zu Bahn und Bussen. Hilde als Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat super reagiert, als wir ein kleines Missgeschick hatten. Danke dafür.
Die Räume sind eigentlich ganz gemütlich aber die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad ist zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026A lovely apartment in a very convenient location. The wonder is very communicative and good at dealing with issues. The hob cooker was broken but she had provided an air fryer and an electric hob so that we were still able to prepare food. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There is parking nearby which the owner provided a permit for. She has also negotiated a good price for her guests to have breakfast at the nearby hotel, which was excellent. We would stay here again.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Ich habe die Unterkunft spontan am Anreisetag gebucht. Hilde hat mir immer umgehend geantwortet. Ich konnte sogar früher in die Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist super gelegen. Max fünf Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß entfernt (für langsame Läufer😅). Das Bett war super gemütlich, im Wohnzimmer habe ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt und die Anleitung bzgl Schlüssel etc. war einfach und verständlich. Danke Hilde für diese spontane Unterkunft.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Ubytování bylo ve skvělé lokalitě a s krásným výhledem. Bylo hned vedle centra a jen pár minut chůze od lanovky. Åndalsnes je nádherné město s jeste hezčími výhledy. Ubytování bylo čisté a byt dobře vybavený.
Pokoj jsme měli v posledním patře bez výtahu, takže s kufry to bylo trochu náročnější. V okolí bytu opravovali silnice, takže bylo několik ulic rozkopaných, což bylo při příjezdu lehce nekomfortní.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025A very good flat, excellent (and quiet) location). Good quality fittings, including proper ventilation in the shower room. Super clean and comfortable throughout. We like to be on the top floor, we don't need a lift luckily yet. The owner Hilde was very helpful and responded quickly. Bedroom is small but can open the window so not a problem.
Internet TV - written instructions needed for people like us! A microwave would be useful.

Bed up against wall and lots of stairs are difficult for older people when staying on third floor apartment. Hard to drag cases up to room. No lift.

I booked Bakkebo Trolstigen . Advertised as an apartment with kitchen, fridge, cooker, hob, kettle etc. You get the idea. We arrived to find we were in Bakkebo Saga, a small room with no facilities other than a small ensuite. I left numerous messages on the voicemail of the contact number until I received a sms message from said number informing me they did not let property out. We had no way of preparing our evening mea

The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift, the stairs are steep, and the washing machine in the basement, making the apartment unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
