The atmosphere was a little noisy before bedtime, and I had to use some relaxing background sounds to help me fall asleep. But considering this is a youth hostel, that was completely understandable and part of the experience. Overall, for the price I paid, it was very good value and I was happy with my stay. Definitely deserves the maximum rating!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La cosa bella è che l’ostello è situato a 5 minuti da Assisi (in auto) e che volendo ci si può arrivare con una camminata a piedi che parte direttamente dall’ostello. La struttura ospita, in realtà, al suo interno anche un campeggio e dei servizi, tra cui un ristorante che serve carne alla griglia cucinata al momento davanti agli ospiti (eccezionale). Io ho soggiornato in una delle camere private dell’ostello, minimale ma coi servizi essenziali. La struttura è in mezzo a un bosco..si sta benissimo!

Ho sogginato in ostello ad agosto, ovviamente fa molto caldo: servirebbe dotare la camera di almeno un ventilatore da accendere la sera/notte

Wbrew wielu opiniom daleko od autobusów i jakiejkolwiek komunikacji, dojście co najmniej 20 min pod górę, aby się dostać. Widok na górze ładny, ale żeby dostać się do miasta trzeba dojść ok. 20 min droga kamienista, tzw. Szosa.

It's kind of far from the train station and from the town downtown. Maybe the hostel can ask guests if they are going yo get there from the train station or by car, and if by train, offer them the options for getting there: public bus or taxi.

Camera scarna, senza TV. Ci avevano dato solo 2 asciugamani, per altro vecchi e consumati. La doccia senza un tappeto o un scendi doccia. Per fortuna siamo andati alla reception e ci hanno dato altri 2 asciugamani, almeno per pulirsi il viso e non utilizzare uno solo per doccia , mani , faccia e bidet. Chiaramente senza colazione.... Insomma per aver pagato 64 euro, non è proprio da ostello, con molto meno ho avuto camere molto più confortevoli e anche con prima colazione .Purtroppo è stato un viaggio dell'ultimo minuto, ma per un futuro sicuramente starò alla larga.
