Kan niets bedenken

Charming place and excellent host

Mooi huisje, goed ontbijt en verder een fijn verblijf.

Helaas werd één van ons na één nacht wakker met tientallen insectenbeten (bedwantsen), waarvoor zelfs een bezoek aan de huisarts nodig was. Voor ons is duidelijk dat dit tijdens ons verblijf is ontstaan. We vinden het jammer dat, ondanks de flinke overlast, uiteindelijk geen enkele vorm van tegemoetkoming of nazorg is geboden. Dat heeft voor ons een vervelende nasmaak achtergelaten.

Niks eigenlijk

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, en lekker. Nog hartelijk dank voor de lieve attentie. Bennie vondt het geweldig.

Het enige wat jammer was dat er niet wat extra, stopconracten waren. Maar ja oud huisje. We hebben ons geredt.

Heerlijk ontbijt, prettige communicatie , heerlijke tuin erbij. Heel gastvrij!!

De bedden en meubilair( oud), geen fijne keukenstoelen.

Charmante ancienne maison traditionnelle bien rénovée dans petit jardin . Quartier très calme et agréable d'un petit bourg à la périphérie de Leiden (qu'on peut rejoindre très facilement par le bus, ou vélos). Hôtesse adorable et prévenante. Petit dej super : copieux, avec des produits variés de bonne qualité. Pas de pb pour garer la voiture.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders der Ofen war toll, wenn man abends nach einem Tag in nicht so gutem Wetter in die Unterkunft zurückgekehrt ist. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles, was wir brauchten, war in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Wir haben mit unseren drei Nichten in der Unterkunft gewohnt (10,11,11 Jahre). Sie haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Die Kaffeemaschine produziert leider keinen richtig warmen Kaffee. Und die Fotos suggerieren, dass direkt Wasser "hinterm Haus" ist, was nicht der Fall ist. Es gibt ein paar Ameisen in der Wohnung.

Geweldige plek, waar je tot rust komt. En mooie basis om vanuit hier verder te ontdekken. De tuin is ook heerlijk!

Tolles Ferienhaus, top Lage in der Innenstadt, ruhig. Innen gut ausgestattet, saueber, bequeme Betten, schöner Garten, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Immer wieder gerne!

Omdat Oma mee was moest zebeneden slapen omdat ze 's nachts niet de trap af durfde.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die stets ein offenes Ohr hatten und mit tollen Ausflugtipps zur Seite standen. Das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück (frisches Obst, niederländischer Käse, Brötchenauswahl). Die zentrale Lage zwischen Den Haag und Amsterdam sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar waren.

Leuke inrichting, goede zetel om in uit te rusten.

Los anfitriones son personas maravillosas, dispuestos a ayudarte a todo y muy pendientes del bienestar de los huéspedes. Los desayunos muy abundantes y variados, preparados con mucho cariño y con gran variedad de comida.

De spontane ontvangst van de lieve gastvrouw, de prachtige locatie, de authentieke woning en het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Hier was duidelijk iemand met veel enthousiasme en liefde aan bezig geweest om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.

De ambiance. Warm, Authentiek, verzorgd in mooie stijl passend bij de locatie. Alles aanwezig wat nodig is, als er iets is wat additioneel nodig is wordt daarvoor gezorgd vzv dat binnen de mogelijkheden ligt.

Nous avons été accueillis dans une maison propre et bien équipée. Le calme de la ville nous a plu ainsi que le charme du logement et la proximité de nombreux commerces. La gentillesse des propriétaires était incroyable.

This is the perfect place for a location. The house, located in a historic building is comfortable and enjoyable. There a nice yard outside. The couple running the place are just extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good and they are happy to accommodate to special needs if you have any. The location, while quiet and relaxing is very close to a lot of major attractions.

What a fantastic place to stay, we absolutely loved it, beautiful surroundings and a fabulous house and gardens, breakfast was delivered to us the next morning which was a basket of super fresh breads and pastries, the fridge was stocked with juice, cheese, fruit and even a couple of beers. We will stay here again.

Our hostess provided us with an excellent breakfast. Fresh buns and croissants. Sliced meats. Sliced cheeses. Fruit. What a comfortable little place this was. I would go back if I had the chance.

This is a highly recommended warm and cozy B&B in a charming little town near Leiden - great location for exploring Leiden, Haag, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. The property is wonderfully designed, with a private garden and interesting outdoor area, very clean and equipped with chic details and all the amenities needed for a great stay. The hosts do their best to make your stay feel like being at home, but on a nice and relaxed vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Genesis. We were nicely welcomed and we discovered a lovely cottage, amazingly decorated but with all the amenities we could ask for. We really appreciated the fridge well stocked and the fresh fruits. The patio was a heaven for us and our daughter. We will come back with eyes closed anytime.
