No cold water in the tap in the bathroom.

The best part was it was near the airport which is what we wanted. However, the walk is a little scary as you literally have to walk on the road alongside cars. the size of the room was pretty good, they had some breakfast items which came in handy.

the guy knocked and asked for tourist tax in the middle of the night which was gross. felt a bit creepy.

写真を見ると寝室が狭かったが、空港に夜到着だったので、空港に近いこのB&Bを選びました。実際行ってみると、寝室の他に広いダイニングキッチンがあり、美味しいネスカフェのコーヒーを飲むことができて有り難かった。朝食用にコロネットも置いてあり頂きました。空港からはバスで1つ目と書いてあったが、空港の券売機ではベニス本島までの代金のチケットしか売ってなかったと思います。（夜なので良く分からず）。バス停一つで１０ユーロは勿体無いので歩いて向かいました。

事前に連絡が来ていた指示通り、暗証番号を入力して、外の扉を開錠。建物内に入りました。２階に部屋があるようだったので重いスーツケースを持って階段を上りましたが、メッセージや鍵が置いてありませんでした。電話をすると、「今から行くので１階の外に出て待っていてくれ」と言われ、重いスーツケースを持っておりました。しばらくするとスタッフが来て隣の建物が泊まる部屋だと言って案内してくれました。電話に出てくれなかったら。。。と少し緊張しました。booking.com経由で連絡を取り合うのが一般的なようなので、持参したスマホで確認できるようにしておいたほうが良いです。

Estou acostumado com hospedagem que possui recepção. Eu classifico a hospedagem com sendo um Host/pousada e não hotel. Na reserva eu entendi que era um hotel, com recepção e eu tinha solicitado com cafe da manha, o que não constou na reserva.

Relatively easy from the airport, 20 min walking but there is a side walk which makes the walk with luggage easy. The bed was confortable, and there was a coffee machine and 2 croissants for the morning

Zapłaciłam za inny pokój a dostałam zupełnie inny w gorszym standardzie ponieważ gospodarz tego samego dnia oddał mój pokój innym klientom, którzy przyjechali wcześniej (pomimo potwierdzenia przybycia i potwierdzenia numeru pokoju). Brzydkie wnętrza, bałagan i brak miejsca w pokoju, brak zamków w drzwiach, niefunkcjonalna przestrzeń, zalegające stare meble, brzydki zapach wnętrza, słabo działająca klimatyzacja, hałas słyszalny z innych pokoi; niefunkcjonalna łazienka - w trakcie brania prysznica opryskujesz całą toaletę. Jest to piętro obskurnego domu jednorodzinnego z zaadaptowanymi pokojami do wynajmu, ze wspólną łazienką, szybami w drzwiach typu plexi. Absolutnie cena niewspółmierna do jakości.

Didn’t feel the safest, had a ramdom door in our bathroom no idea what it leads to or if someone can come in. Your bedroom is only lock with a key.

Horner was very kind he phoned me twice when LUFTHANSA delayed landing VCE 1hour because of THUNDER. When I reached LOCAZIONE gate outside ,it was already unrocked.Only I had to do was to put a password to open a house door.

La proximité de l'aéroport malgré la route en travaux, j'ai pu m'y rendre à pied. La bouteille d'eau sur la table. La climatisation. L'accès à la terrasse.

Petite chambre vieillotte dans un immeuble tout aussi vieillot. Le fait que le responsable essaye de rentrer dans la chambre sans frapper pour récupérer la taxe de séjour et la photo de mon passeport. Le bruit des personnes qui sont parties tard le soir. L'impossibilité d'accéder à Netflix. La rallonge électrique qui doit servir pour tout en même temps. Toilettes et salle de bain communes.

Lo mejor y por lo que lo cogimos es la ubicación a 10 minutos del aeropuerto andando. La persona encargada ni apareció, nos dio códigos de entrada y listo. La habitación se ve viejuna y da la sensación de suciedad, había mosquitos. Cama cómoda pero almohada incómoda. Cuenta con una neverita y una mesa con TV. El baño compartido da mal rollo por el color y que se ve viejo, no cuenta con ducha sino que es bañera y una cortina vieja y sucia. Además por el resto de gente que está alojada nosotros nos lo encontramos todo mojado de alguien que se había duchado antes. Cumple para dormir lo que dormimos (4 horas) y descansar un rato. No cogería el alojamiento para otro fin que no sea dormir h descansar unas pocas horas. Para ese fin nos pareció algo caro pero no había mejores opciones para las fechas deseadas. Si tuviéramos que volver miraríamos antes otras opciones.

Struttura sporca disorganizzata compriamo una stanza con bagno privato al nostro arrivo troviamo la chiave in una stanza che non ha bagno privato .. gestore pessimo alla nostra uscita ci blocca in mezzo alla strada disturbando per giustificare il notti disappunto per ciò che è accaduto .. meglio prenotare più lontano dall'aereoporto ma in posti più seri.

Near the airport. One can reach it on foot from the terminal, although the road does not have pedestrian sidewalk all the way. Public transportation by bus to Venice center is right in front of the lodging, and takes you straight there for a small fee (one buys the bus ticket at the tobacco store next door).

One can hear everything across the walls, and other guests were very noisy until late at night. Because this accommodation mostly serves the airport, people come in late and leave early so there is noise all night long.

The location is ideal. Very close to the airport. So if you have an early flight, this is about as close as you can get to the airport. AC was fine.

When you enter, the keys are in the doors. However, someone took my key, so I randomly picked another available room. This meant that I was woken up by someone trying to enter my room (I guess the person that should have been there). This could have been handled better. Also, the doors are paper thin, meaning that you can hear everything going on in every room. I woke up several times in the night because of people coming and going. Also, there is no parking facility nearby, so if you come by car there is nothing close by.

No horário do meu checkin, estava tudo desorganizado, sujo e ninguém sabia informar, o rapaz que me atendeu não falava inglês nem italiano. O banheiro vivia vazando água e fica tudo cheio de lama e sujo, bem nojento pra ser sincero.

There was a communal toilet which was not made clear when I booked and there was no shower available.

Nada! Simplesmente é o pior lugar em que me hospedei NA VIDA!!!!

O anfitrião simplesmente não passou as coordenadas. Não avisou que não estaria no local. Chegamos e demorei mais de DUAS HORAS para conseguir contato. O banheiro não era dentro do quarto. E o detalhe mais sórdido. O check out era apenas 10:30h na descrição. 9:31h insistentemente um cara ficou batendo na PORTA, gritando finish… finito… 9:32:00h !!! Não fiquem. Não recomendo. Não sei como o booking trabalha com este tipo de parceiro!!!!

Cleaner very helpful on my arrival. Owner friendly and helpful on my arrival. Advise you notify time of arrival in advance so owner can be present (no reception desk). Bed comfortable. Bus stops just outside property for easy access to airport and city.

Bathroom was shabby but clean and wasn't ensuite although it was for my use only and plenty of hot water. There was a key for the bathroom door but not easy to use. Exit through outside gate not easy as keycode panel was the other side and I struggled to reach over. No sign outside with hotel name although address was clear.

We stayed here because we had late night flight to Venice. The location is quite near by to airport, so you can reach on foot for about 15-20 mins from airport. Walking to hotel was safe at past midnight. Finding the hotel wasn't easy, but it is possible :) A suitable for one night stay. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The bus stop just behind the building.

The main room has a bedroom and bathroom. Both main room door and bathroom door had no locks, it didn't seem very pleasant, tbh. The bathroom wasn't great to taking shower, so we skipped it.

The apartment is perfectly located. Very close to the airport. The staff was very nice. The gentleman even gave us water because it was very hot (I'm very grateful for that). There's an ice cream/coffee shop and a pizzeria next door. The apartment is good for a short stay. We slept there for one day before our flight.

Da localização próxima ao aeroporto. Era apenas uma dormida para ir cedo ao aeroporto. Quarto com banheiro compartilhado. Tamanho bom. Tinha máquina de café e croissants para o café da manhã.

Tinha escadas, o que deve ser anunciado antes. Tinha malas pesadas e ninguém para ajudar. Muito barulho de hóspedes.

Uma boa opção para quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto de Veneza. Quarto limpo e cama confortável são o destaque. Além disso, o host deixou água, café e croissant como cortesia.

в памятке владелец указал номер другой комнаты - в нее было не попасть, вероятно там кто-то уже спал. хорошо, что я догадался проверить, есть ли открытые соседние, и таким образом поселился

A basic self catering room, albeit with a couple of croissants for breakfast, at a cost of £100 for a last- minute overnight stay next to Marco Polo airport for an early flight. The accommodation is faded but clean, the host helpful, as was the air conditioning, and there’s a takeaway 30 seconds away. It’s a 13 minute walk to the airport dragging a case, or a £20 3 minute taxi at 5.30am. If you’re a little fussier - or happy to throw more money at a night’s sleep then there’s a brand name hotel almost next door charging four times more for a room. This one did the job just fine for us.

The electricity went out at night and the host did not respond to our messages, so could not turn on heating or have hot showers. Also did not get blankets so were very cold during the night.

A 10 minute walk from the airport, so ideal for a late flight. Attentive staff, responsive to messages and stayed up until 1 am to let me in the building. Thank you. Comfy bed and clean room. Safe location.

High price, shared bathroom (although at least it was clean), some noises in the corridor in the night kept me awake. Bus strike on my first day also meant I struggled to get into Venice

This was a convenient place to stay near the airport. We knew our flight would arrive late, and wanted somewhere we could get to from the airport and then start out early the next day. Our flight was delayed so it turned out well! It is walking distance from the airport - though walking through carparks etc is not fun it was probably less than 10 minute walk there and then back the next morning. So totally convenient. The room was large, bed comfortable, kettle and all needed and some breakfast provided. It is a shared bathroom (as advertised) - but clean and all fine So all good.

Quite difficult to find where the flat was inside the block - but there was someone waiting for us. I assumed we would have to let ourselves in. If we went back i would use the phone number provided to contact the owners for reassurance.
