A nice hotel for a short stay if you need to be close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is convenient for an early or late flight.

The room was good as it was bigger than expected. We got to separate beds. The location is very good as it is right on the main road side safe to walk. The breakfast is average.

Room 112. Air conditioning unit leaking all over the carpet. Went down to reception to tell them. The receptionist couldn't care less, her solution was to offer us towels to put on the floor to soak up the leak. The kettle wouldn't work in any of the sockets in the room. When we told the receptionist this she brought us up to the room & proceeded to show us that we had to plug the kettle into the socket in the bathroom & balance the boiling kettle on the bathroom sink ledge!! Health & safety at it's finest. We then asked to be changed room & we were told no. Receptionist couldn't care less & judging by her responses & eye rolling she has plenty of experience dealing with both complaints regarding this room.

Good location. Clean. Easy check in/out. Staff a real asset to the hotel, everyone we met were amazingly friendly and helpful. Good amenities/food nearby.

Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente. L’accoglienza è stata a dir poco pessima, poco cordiale e decisamente lontana da ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva. Le camere, già piuttosto datate, non erano pulite con la dovuta attenzione e, più in generale, la struttura offre pochissimi servizi. Anche la colazione si è rivelata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative, sia per qualità sia per varietà. Nel complesso, il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza né delle aspettative né dello standard che la struttura vorrebbe rappresentare. Non la consiglierei.

Perfecto para pasar la noche si necesitas estas cerca del aeropuerto. Comodo y limpio, 24hs recepcion. 20’ caminando al aeropuerto, pero tambien ofrecen taxi a precio razonable. Buena opción.

It was really pants. Dated, sticky and unfriendly.

It was clearly just Tahoe to service the needs of travellers who were desperate and enjoyed profiteering for their flight mia fortunes .

Shower was of a very poor quality that did not match up to the rest of the room and let it down. Apart from that room was very nice.

Close to airport. We arrived late on a Saturday night but there was a very nice restaurant about 5 minutes walk away. The receptionist organised a taxi to airport the following morning and the breakfast was fairly decent.

The area around the hotel was very dark. Wouldn't have felt comfortable walking too far along a busy road

The hotel was near the airport (€20 taxi to airport, no shuttle as per hotel advertisement) and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The AC worked pretty well.

Room was small and very basic. Bathroom was also small and shower was very tight. The bed was too hard.

Hotel niedaleko lotniska, 15 min spacerem wzdłuż drogi. W okolice hotelu z Wenecji można dojechać autobusem. Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Przy wczesnym check-out przygotowano dla nas śniadanie na wynos. Pokój bardzo przestronny, czysty i cichy. W pobliżu hotelu restauracja, w której można zjeść bardzo dobrą kolację.

We only arrived very late and left the next morning but room was very spacious and bed was super firm and comfortable. Breakfast starting early was also great.

Light in the bathroom didnt work so that was a bit tricky. I think the bathroom could do with a refurb.

We could walk 900m from the airport terminal to the hotel easily. It took approximately 15mins walking with suitcases and backpacks along very good footpaths using a simple route provided by google maps. We walked at midnight and it was very safe. We walked the return route at 10am and visually confirmed it was totally safe. Our room was absolutely huge, we must have been upgraded for free. We asked for twin beds for mum & adult daughter. We got a suite with a king bed and a huge comfy sofa bed in a separate room. Another plus was our flight was delayed by 3 hours and thankfully the hotel reception is 24 hour. We notified them of the delay and they replied promptly. The breakfast coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly.

Very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the pricey airport shuttle, so we didn’t take it and really enjoyed our 900m walk instead.

Not much

We arrived near midnight exhausted after a flight and booked two rooms (233 and 234). Finding them was a hassle, requiring a walk through long connected corridors to a hidden elevator in a separate wing. Reception handed us a physical key for Room 234, which had an electronic lock with no keyhole. After going down to reception twice, staff came up, opened the room with a master key, and admitted they don't have a working key card for this room - leaving us overnight without a key. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was below standard and visually distasteful, featuring ugly green tiles and a basic shower curtain. Breakfast was completely average. The worst part occurred after checkout. I accidentally left my running shoes containing expensive, custom prescription orthopedic insoles (total value: €750) behind the bed near the window in Room 233. I messaged and called reception the exact same evening to report their precise location, only to receive the following day a single, dismissive line stating they were not found. I made several follow-up attempts to understand how this was possible, but all were fruitless, answered only with the same dismissive excuse that they couldn't find them and could do nothing further. Management never reached out to me, and when requesting to speak to a manager, the receptionist stated they are "not allowed" to share their contact details. Customized items do not simply disappear from a closed room accessible only by hotel staff between departure and a same-day call. The total lack of accountability and management's refusal to address guest issues directly is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable beds and a good shower.

The airport shuttle and taxi’s were pushed a little too much, despite me asking for a bus timetable. It turned out the number 15 airport bus was very convenient (bus stop right outside) and around €1-2 compared to €40 for private taxi’s and shuttle.

Nice hotel, very clean, big rooms and comfortable beds. It was about an hour away from venice with public transportation. Very close to the airport so it's a good choice if you wish to be near the airport.

La cercanía al aeropuerto. Está totalmente renovado, las camas muy cómodas, es muy amplio. El desayuno muy correcto y desde muy temprano para los que tengan el vuelo muy pronto. Es una buena opción para dormir alguna noche a res desayuno volver a casa.

Honestly felt the breakfast could be better. Nothing to do with the hotel but the prices for a taxi to and from the hotel are scandalous. 20 euro for less than a mile, although still considerably cheaper than an Uber!!

Faltaria algun espai més per als nens petits. Una piscina petita seria ideal amb la calor que fa. Si t’has d’allotjar sense cotxe no hi ha res per fer al voltant.

Pas de service de navette aéroport ( Trajet taxi hôtel aéroport = 20 eur pour 3 min ! Même si l hôtel est très proche de l’aéroport c’est compliqué de faire le trajet à pied à 4h30 du matin dans la nuit donc prévoir ce budget en sus )

Es un excelente opcion a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Nosotros tomamos el bus en la parada que esta localizada a unos 100 metros en la misma calle del hotel.

Todo estaba bien. Mas bien una advertencia por si hay viajeros con niños pequeños. En la calle del hotel los carros van super rápido como si estuvieran en una autopista.

Hotel, located very close to the Venice airport. Reception was helpful, room quite basic but clean and spacious enough for 1-2 nights. Aircon was working OK. You can walk in 15 min to the terminal or book taxi for 20 EUR. Good choice for the early morning flights. Bus stop to Venice is 3 min from the hotel and trip takes 20-25 min.

Sound isolation between rooms is not very good.

Hotel muy moderno, con habitaciones amplias y limpias, situado justo al lado del aeropuerto, solo estuvimos alojados unas horas porque nuestro vuelo salía de madrugada pero nos gustó.

I didn't like breakfast was very poor. Even the kids didn't like anything there. Plus the don't have microwave for people who staying there longer.

It was okay standard. That staff were great.

The rooms and the hotel are SUPER dated. But mostly, it isn’t an airport hotel if you have to get a €10.00 each bus that very hard to figure out or a €66.00 taxi! When we asked the hotel how we get there they said a taxi from the airport should cost €20 - that’s what the bus cost for 2 of us! The taxi would only have been 5 mins, prices are insane. Staff are really nice though and help as much as they can.

The hotel is located very near the airport. We took a very big taxi for the whole family for less than 20 euros. The room was big enough, with a lack of furniture, but it is not a big problem for one night before the flight. The breakfast was good enough for such a place, even with fresh-brewed coffee.

There was no water in the shower in the morning. I didn't have time to discuss it with the staff because we had to go to the airport, so we had to go without a morning shower.

Needed to stay somewhere near the airport, but not ideal to get there was it can be expensive with a taxi and buses don’t always run depending on your flight time. Room was good, nothing special. Washroom was great!

Pelo custo que foi pago o hotel no mínimo era preciso um serviço de Transfer ao aeroporto. Na verdade eles oferecem uma parceira com táxi a um custo de 20 euros

The family room we had look as it was newly renovated to an excellent standard. The one thing that could have been improved was the shower bath as they looked dated.

The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel.

The hotel is pretty close to Venice airport. On top of that the hotel's staff has been quite stunning.

At 4 o'clock in the morning a humming noise went on and off, like a washing machine.

Great location. Close to airport. Could walk to airport but due to heat and for convenience we chose to take a taxi. Hotel arranged taxis within minutes. Family room had private separate area with a single bed. Bed in main room was really comfortable. Really clean.

Ihanan iloinen ja sydämellinen henkikökunta! Sopiva sijainti lentokenttään nähden; kävelymatka lentokentälle n. 20 minuuttia. Ulkona oli +36, mutta huoneessa mukavan viileää hyvän ilmastoinnin ansiosta. Nukuin oikein hyvin! Huone oli tilava ja hyvin siisti.

Ei yhtään kauppaa lähettyvillä, mutta viereisestä pizzeriasta sain ostaa juotavaa mukaan huoneeseen. Hotellin aulan juoma- ja välipala-automaatti toimii vain kolikoilla, joita minulla ei ollut riittävästi edes yhteen vesipulloon 😞

Very convenient location for Marco Polo airport; reception staff were very friendly and helpful; nice room and comfortable bed.

Not a great selection for breakfast but probably because we were quite late going down for breakfast after arriving very late the previous night.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. You can store your luggage after check-out. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

Location is acceptable, but still 20 minutes walk to airport. During summer time can be challenging with extreme heat and if you carry luggage. Bus or taxi are the only options to reach the hotel if you travel to Venice by train or plane.
