I somehow missed the fact that there is no lift and the room was on the top floor :D I discovered as well that sleeping on the floor is not for me but it has nothing to do with the property since I was aware of it and chose to try it

Kapcie w pokojach mógłby być jednorazowe w celu higieny, ale to tylko sugestia.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026明洞の繁華街が近いものの、少し奥まっているので夜は静かです。建物内は階段しかありませんが、もっと急な坂道、段数の多い階段のゲストハウスをよく利用しているので、今回は楽でした。 お部屋の中はシンプルですが、そのおかげで荷物を広げやすくて、個人的には気に入りました。室内は綺麗です。いわゆるホテルより、ゲストハウスの方が好きなので、また利用したいと思います。

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026明洞駅にとても近くて、街にもすぐに出られて、 歩きであちこちに行けました。南大門にも、出てすぐの大通りを左にまっすぐ歩いて15分くらいでいけます。立地はかなり良いと思います。
特にはないですけど、私達の部屋は502だっのですが、エレベーターが無いのはちょっと大変かなくらいてす。私はバックパッカーなのでそのくらいはへっちゃらですが^_^

Habitación muy pequeña. Los futones son dos colchonetas finas que tienes que montar para dormir prácticamente en el suelo. Una vez montado, olvídate de tener dos maletas abiertas. O una cosa o la otra.

PAY in advance because the person only comes in the morning. If you leave early or go on a daytrip they expect you to be there for them. The matress on the floor is so uncomfortable. Impossible to sleep well . The shower is a showerhead over the toilet. Very basic

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Этот отель стал настоящим открытием в Сеуле! Лучшее соотношение цены, качества и местоположения, что я встречала. Расположение — сказка: буквально в двух шагах два разных выхода из метро, что очень удобно, когда устал после прогулок. А через дорогу — главная улица Мёндон со всем этим бесконечным шопингом, уличной едой и атмосферой. Все достопримечательности рядом, но при этом в номере тихо. Номер: пусть и небольшой, но такой уютный и продуманный! Чистота идеальная. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое: холодильник, вместительный шкафчик, кондиционер (работает бесшумно), фен, и даже зубная паста с шампунем, кондиционером и гелем для душа — приятный бонус. Отдельное спасибо за шторы блэкаут — они создают полную темноту, что для шумного города редкость. Но главный восторг — это спать на полу, на матрасах! Спалось так сладко, что мы с дочкой до сих пор, уже вернувшись домой, вспоминаем как нам было хорошо. Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующую поездку! Спасибо большое владельцу и сотрудникам которые сделали наш отпуск незабываемым! Рекомендую от всей души.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La posizione eccellente. Nel cuore di Myeong-dong, quartiere pieno di vita, di negozi e di vita. Il gestore della struttura, che era pulita, è stato sempre molto gentile e collaborativo.
L'impatto con la stanza è stato tremendo. Su booking veniva descritta con foto e con mq pari a 10. Piccola, certo, ma accettabile. Invece era forse di 4/5 mq, scomodissima per due persone, e con un minuscolo armadio. Era chiaramente una stanza singola. Abbiamo visto che in effetti c'erano stanze molto più confortevoli e della dimensione che ci attendevamo. Non abbiamo voluto contestare, ma questo ha reso il soggiorno ben più scomodo del previsto. Peccato, perchè la posizione è favolosa. Per chi dovesse prenotare, controllate che vi assegnino la stanza che avete scelta. Buona vacanza a Seoul!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026立地がとてもよく、布団ですがとても綺麗にされていて素晴らしいスタッフもいます。これは喫煙者のみですが、喫煙所もあり、ソウルでは中々吸えないのでかなり快適でした。他の宿泊されてる方ともお話しできたりしたのでこちらとしては満足のいくものでした。 女性の方は少し怖いかもしれません。 コンビニも駅も24時間やっているチェーン店も近いのでまた使わせていただきます。
シャワートイレは一緒でした。また、入り口のキーロックの起動の仕方がわからなかったですが手で覆えば起動できます。特にこれといった問題はありません。

A lot of flies. AC stank a bit. Bedding was quite uncomfortable. A chair, even small, would have been greatly appreciated. Sound insulation was very poor.

There is so many insects at the bathroom ( i think its called bathroom fly ) the bed is very thin. Only get one pillow. And the blind its very transparent. So when the sunlight comes your room it’s very bright.

Guests need to be aware bed is roll up futon. Got used to it quickly though so no big problem but maybe not suitable for some travellers.

I’m ok with sleeping on the floor. They just need to get better mattresses, the ones they have are really uncomfortable. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here. It wouldn’t prevent me from booking again

After such a busy bus route through all the surrounding shops, you can simply walk to your accommodation without having to pay for Uber or look for a taxi to get back to your hotel. It's just steps away—simply amazing! Even though there's a school nearby and it's in the heart of everything, it's very quiet. The windows are soundproof, and the staff are incredibly attentive to your comfort, despite there being no elevator. They even carry your luggage up and down—I loved that! At night, you can enjoy the view of N Seoul Tower right behind the accommodation! And there are so many restaurants nearby to choose from!, The bus that takes you to and from the airport also drops you off a few steps in front of the accommodation.. The rooms are small, but sufficient. There's space for your suitcases; you sleep practically on the floor, in the traditional Korean style.The bathroom and shower are all in one. It doesn't surprise me because I had just come from traveling in Japan, where almost everything is the same. But the experience is worth it.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Had a wonderful stay in Seoul! The location was perfect — close to public transportation, great restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I especially loved how easy it was to explore the city from here. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty to do both day and night. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

Reviewed May 23, 2026La localisation est très proche du centre ville, en 5 minutes on était dans la rue principale de Myeong-dong! C'était vraiment très pratique pour prendre le métro. La chambre était propre et bien aérée.
La salle de bain est vraiment petit. Il faut faire très attention quand on prend la douche de ne pas mouiller les toilettes et le papier toilette qui étaient juste à côté. Une fois les lits étalées, on a à peine assez d'espace pour se tenir debout dans la chambre.

No es necesariamente un problema, pero tienen self-check-in. El día de mi llegada, iba a ir al concierto de BTS en Goyang y pensé en enviar las valijas por servicio privado desde el aeropuerto, así no tenía que ir y volver a Seoul. Pero no iban a poder recibirlas, así que tuve que optar por reservar otro lugar en Goyang.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Super convenient accommodation within Seoul city. All the nearby shops are diverse and a lot of choices when it comes to food. The room I had is spacious enough for 1 person. Cold/warm water dispenser is available in the corridor. There are also paper cups, tea and sugar provided (which I really loved).
The bed is a little bit rough. I don't think most people would like the floor futon but I'm used to it so I had some decent sleep. No shower towels are provided so bring one. There are face towels/hand towels provided in the room though.

Reviewed May 4, 2026明洞駅からめちゃくちゃ近い。最低限の設備（シャワー・トイレ・テレビ・冷蔵庫・テレビ・Wi-Fi）はある。ウォーターサーバーもある。共用部分は行ってないのでわかりませんが、ゲストハウスとはいっても完全個室なのでプライバシーは確保できます。フロントの人も優しいです。とにかく安い！
タオルは必要以上は頼まないで欲しいという感じです。言えばくれるとは思いますがフェイスタオル2枚（1名につき）なので、バスタオルが必要な人は持って行った方が良いです。床の上に直に布団を敷くタイプの部屋だったので、その下に敷くマットレスが欲しかった。枕は低くてやわやわなので、硬い枕が好きな人はなにかしら持っていくと良いかな。駅から近いのですが急な坂道を上る必要があるのでスーツケース重いとやや大変です。５F建てなのにエレベーター無しなのでスーツケース運ぶのは上階の人はきついかも。今回は２Fにしてもらえましたので大丈夫でしたが。。全部の部屋を見てませんが、私たちが泊まった部屋は布団を2枚敷いたら床がすべて隠れるぐらいの狭さだったのでスーツケース広げっぱなしは無理でした。
