L7 MYEONGDONG by LOTTE HOTELS

Bellissima struttura, staff accogliente

Mi è piaciuto tutto

Location, roof top bar

Our room was too gar away from the wifi We heard the street noise

location was very good.

nothing

Facilities not good - only a kettle in the rooms, no glasses, they bring you one sachet for coffee a day and a disposable cup. If you want more coffee or tea you have to go to the lobby and bring your disposable cup. Not sure what you do if you need more than once. Elevators very slow and if you’re on a high floor you have to stop many times for guests coming and going on other floors. Takes a long time.

Lokalizasyon, temizlik, sessizlik, nezaket

Also, absolute Empfehlung von mir.

Location is prime, not just cause it's at the centre of a shopping area, but transport wise is also great. The room and facilities are remarkable, too. The room had all I needed and more.

Although there's a note around environmentally friendly, my towels were changed despite I left them hanging, and the sponge was algo changed for a new one just after one night, which I though it was a bit too much and a waste of resources.

The location was prefect, close to Myeongdong shopping area but not at the center. Easy to get to the subway or call for taxi.

The layout of the double twin beds was not idea, making it difficult to open my luggage or move around.

Location was on the spot

Theres no toothbrushes and toothpastes provided, which should have been provided based of the daily room rate.

Alles super tolle Lage.

Aufzug dauert manchmal ein bisschen lange

Location and the cleanliness of the hotel

I think the staff did a great job and were friendly. The location is perfect and close to shopping and excellent restaurants are within a short walk. Great views from hotel room. Clean room everyday upon request. Although I didn’t schedule a tour, many companies pick up was just in front of the hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was not very tasty. There was a protest at night during my stay which is uncontrollable for the property so I don’t fault them for that. The property appears older than the pictures suggest. I would suggest renovation to the showers (very slippery) and updating the hallways with more lighting and room doors if the property is up to it. But all in all, I thought the service from front desk, receptionist to cleaning staff was great and on point.

Very centrally located and convenient.

Waiting for lifts takes very long despite 3 lifts were in service.

Location

Bed2 have strains of hair, centipede in bathroom.

1. Prime location in Myeongdong. Probably one of the best locations. 2. Good laundry room (4 pairs of washers and dryers) with detergent vending machine and coin exchange machine. 3. Nice view from room. 4. OK shower pressure.

1. Hygiene issue: the room was dirty when we first entered. During our stay, the housekeeping team did an awful job on cleaning the room. By the 3rd day, there was already a layer of dust on the night stand and desk. The shower floor was also not cleaned during room service. 2. Counter staff were quite cold on most of my encounters. Feels like they were not interested in helping and just wanted me to go away.

The hotel itself is in a great area literally in the heart of Myeongdong shopping area. The rooms are very nice, the view is nice and the place was very clean. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile.

In Korea people don’t drink coffee with milk or cream. So I don’t blame them for that but it would’ve been nice to have a little cream for my coffee.

Brilliant location for us as first time visitors. We were right in the middle of so much activity but could retreat to the Hotel when necessary. Metro just outside meant getting to other parts of the city was easy. Well maintained and clean with generally good facilities

The room was a bit small with not a lot of hanging space for a week's stay. Lifts were very slow (maybe because we were on the top floor) Restaurants were ok but disappointing for a 4 star hotel

La ubicacion excepcional

Space at Lounge area on level 3 is great, with Nespresso Coffee capsule. Daily top up of water, change of disposable slippers. Toiletries smell good. Airport limo bus stop just outside the hotel.

I wished the toilet has more space to put toiletry at the sink area.

Cleaniness

beds are super comfortable, tv is huge

pillows could be improved, and sink counter is too tiny

Pillows n the aircon

It very convenient, 1 mins close to Myeongdong station

Breakfast food filling up not quickly enough

The hotel location is perfect for shopping and activities on the busy Myeongdong shopping street. There are tons of restaurants nearby and so much to do. It is easy to get to and accessible by walking, taxi, etc.

It wasn't a big issue, but having to bring my coffee cup downstairs. I stayed in one of the high floors and sometimes I wanted to grab a coffee when I got back in but didn't bring my cup with me. Again, this isn't a huge inconvenience.

Location was great, staff very helpful will definitely stay here again also very close to metro access

nothing

Sehr sehr schön. Zimmer mit super Blick wie gebucht. Schick eingerichtet.

Perfect location, right at the heart of myeongdong and also next to the metro station. Rooms are clean anc nice.Rooftop bar and view was amazing.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location and service.

La ubicación y las instalaciones

Posizione centralissima Hotel bello con tutti i servizi Personale molto gentile

Location was convenient to main attractions. Very close to Myeondong station. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and staff

Conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong. Right outside the train station and walking distance to the main streets and food markets.

The hotel feels dated and stuffy. The bathroom was very small with a terrible configuration and no place to store your amenities. Very disappointing given the price point per night.

The location

The room rate is quite expensive.

Clean and smelled clean. Lokation amazing for shopping, access to underground and perfect to access airport bus shuttle. Views out of the bedroom and hotel bubble lounge breathtaking. I appreciate face scrubbers in the bedroom, air con, and cold water and ice dispensers 24/7. Free quality coffee in the bubble lounge and lovely drip coffee in the room was a great touch. Roof foot bath was amazing, especially in the evening with views on beutifully lit Seoul Tower. For me, coming from Europe, toilet with heated seat and all sorts of jets was real fun to use.

I would appreciate milk for coffee. Also a herbal tea.

Very near the myeongdong street and 7 eleven just outside the hotel entrance

Everything was perfect
