Apartamento en barrio muy tranquilo a 15 minutos andando del centro. Camas muy cómodas, bastante espacio para guardar ropa y cocina con todo lo necesario. Recomendable

Sehr sauber, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Perfekt um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren schnell und unkompliziert. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Καθαρό κατάλυμα σε όμορφη περιοχή της πόλης. Σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείτε να δείτε πανέμορφη θέα της Ακρόπολης. Έχει πολλά μαγαζιά, χωρίς τον ενοχλητικό τουρισμό του κέντρου. Ο Αντώνης ήταν εξαιρετικός host και η ανέπαφη διαδικασία check in-out εύκολη και πρακτική.

Problemas con wifi.

Mooi appartement in een rustige buurt op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Verder valt er wel niet veel te beleven in de buurt.

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec des supermarchés et l’acropole. L’appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et beau. Le personnel était à l’écoute et très gentil lors de notre séjour.

Lovely old building which has really modern rooms. Bed comfortable, good shower, great to have kettle. Location is slightly out but approx 15min walk to Plaka. Antonis the host was approachable and made sure room ready for us arriving an hour early. If you stay a few nights book Room 3 or 4 with the outside areas. Room 5 had a small balcony into road but no seating.

It’s a long walk in the heat with bags from Metro crossing several busy roads, suggest getting a taxi.

Antonis è un host gentilissimo! La guesthouse è a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro (plaka, acropoli), nel tragitto c'è un piccolo supermercato. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla anche di notte. Nel quartiere c'è anche una bakery molto carina. Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Il nostro appartamento aveva a disposizione una terrazza rooftop per chiacchiere e colazione :) Super consigliata! :)

Liked everything! Can we come back?

We liked the location. We are walkers so we didn't mind being outside the city center. It was a quiet neighborhood with an exceptional bakery/deli just around the corner. The room was comfortable.

We were with friends who were in the apartment beside us. They had coffee pods in their room, but we did not.

The room was clean, stylish, well equipped, and comfortable. The bathroom was updated and the shower was delightful.

Everything was exceptional.

Vagabond sent very clear directions which made it very easy to access my room. The space was very clean and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfy! As a single female traveler, I felt very safe staying there.

C’est une belle maison, literie confortable. À quinze minutes à pied du musée de l’Acropole, dans un quartier calme. À savoir que Athènes est très vallonnée, prenez de bonnes baskets car on peut tout faire à pied depuis l’hébergement. De très bons restos fréquentés par des locaux à 5 minutes à pied.

Les portes sont très belles mais peu isolées contre le bruit, si les voisins mettent la musique à fond, claquent les portes ou parlent fort, ce qu’ils ont fait… on entend. Mais une fois que tout le monde dort, c’est très calme car pas de bruits extérieurs. Il y a une belle terrasse. L’ajout de quelques verres à pied ce serait un plus.

Appartamento molto curato e pulito, situato in una posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro della città a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’attenzione e la disponibilità del proprietario, che si è mostrato sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, pleasant, safe, and excellent location for walking in the centre of Athens in about 15 minutes. Antonis was a fantastic host - always helpful and highly responsive. We’d happily stay again.

Limited natural light

The hotel had charming and spacious rooms. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable from a furnishings standpoint, specifically a very comfortable bed. The area of the hotel was very charming with coffee houses, bars and a few restaurants within an easy walk. We walked around quite a lot while we were there and felt very comfortable in what appears to be a mostly residential neighborhood. We are a couple in our 60’s and never felt concern for our safety. The proximity of this hotel to major attractions, specifically the Acropolis and the Plaka district was within walking distance, though there are major traffic intersections that need to be crossed to get there and back. For anyone who has not been to Athens, please be aware that the traffic is quite fierce. It can be challenging even on some of the smaller side streets but major thoroughfares can be mind boggling. Regardless, the location is good and even taxi rides to these sites are fairly low cost (under 10 euro), and cabs are easy to get in this area, especially if you use the FreeNow app to call a cab.

This hotel is on what appears to be a residential side street, which has only one way traffic. What surprised us was the amount of traffic utilizing this street. Our apartment (apartment 5) was street facing with a lovely large door sized window and since we had several surprisingly cool days, we had the window open. The street noise was truly significant. We enjoyed the fresh air enough that we left the window open while we were in the apartment, but we had to close it at night due to the noise. The windows are of good quality and the noise sufficiently reduced once closed, so no interference with our sleep. There are apartments that face away from the street, which I would try to book next time. I believe those are apartments 3 and 6 and they also come with private terraces. While the street noise was a reality, the guesthouse has done what they can to remediate and cannot be responsible for it. I would still highly recommend this guesthouse, but would want to be aware of this minor issue.

it is a great apartment, spacious with everything you may need, in a walking distance from sights and city center. Antonis is a terrific host, constantly available for anything you may need. Amazing experience overall

The location and layout of the property was perfect.

The kitchenette was really poorly equipped, couldn’t really cook anything, not even a microwave. While the bed was good and clean the floor and the shower were not. While having a game of cards we dropped one and the stuff we found under the couch was horrid (although we did find a toy car which provided a bit of fun).

The location was great, within walking distance of central Athens, but in a relatively quiet street. The appartment was very comfortable. The owner was.very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Antonis place restored my faith in rented holiday accommodation in Athens. I visit Athens regularly to see family and friends, so finding the right accommodation that meets my needs, is really important and hard to find. This place was absolutely brilliant! Very modern and stylish, big enough to accommodate 2 people and with all the amenities that you may need. We were able to leave our suitcase in the locked cabinet provided until our check in time. The accommodation was really great, very comfy bed, powerful shower, beautiful kitchen with a coffee machine and 2 hob rings to cook if needed. The place was very quiet and clean and we were informed in advance about when the housekeepers were due to attend to clean the property and provide new linen, towels etc. There was a cute little courtyard between the ground floor apartments and a table with 2 chairs was available to use. The place was warm, and was very close to Syntagma (20 minutes walk) or about 5 minutes away from the bus station that takes you to the nearest tube station or even down to Syntagma. It was really great to meet Antonis too. Such a friendly, welcoming, nice guy, who showed real interest about how our stay had been and offered support as and when needed (we didn't have to contact Antonis, as everything was absolutely great!) It has been a really great experience and we would really book this again, when we come back. Book this place if you wish to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay! Thank you very much Antonis!

Extremely convenient to major attractions. Within walking distance to grocery stories and restaurants. The accommodation is clean new and modern. Excellent for resting the guesthouse is in a quiet residential area just off of major roads. The host is most helpful and responds quickly to requests. Don’t pass this up for your trip to Athens.

It looks just like it shown in the pictures the location was beyond convenient for our stay. Easy access from the port and to the airport. All major attractions are in walking distance. The host was a great communicator regarding our unique arrival time and made it very easy and accommodating for us the checkin process. We have saved as a favourite for our next time in Athens.
