None ,except that I would appreciate if as a group booking our rooms are not far from each other and those who are using outside rooms are able to have access to the dining area in the evening to afford dining in the evening and meeting

I ordered breakfast, and confirmed that I want breakfast at 7am. But I eventually left at 07:20 when no-one turned up and all the doors were locked and no signs of life. I tried to contact the service number repeatedly, but no answer - even now, six hours later.

We did not use the bunker beds, but it will be a great plus for a family. I appreciated the tiles throughout. Cleanliness was really appreciated!!!! Breakfast in the morning was also great.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026I have requested a late chack in between 23.00 and 24.00. I have send this at 07.00 in the morning due to my flight (more or less). After this I have 4 meetings, flight of 2 hours / 1400 kilometer and meeting and drive for 2 hours. Then I arrive / nobody. Took at 23.10 alternative and booked into a hotel. The feedback, you need to wait for answer..... I have meetings, cusotmers, flights to check, employers to check. Do not agree with this response.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, codzienne gruntowne sprzątanie pokoju, zadaszona część wspólna do posiedzenia przy basenie, z lodówką i grillem, co dało możliwość dobrego spędzenia czasu wolnego w grupie. Część ogrodowa bardzo zadbana - rosły tam cytryny, pomarańcze i bardzo dużo innych, przyjemnych dla oka roślin. Mały basen dawał opcję schłodzenia się w cieplejsze dni.
Śniadanie było niezbyt obfite i nieurozmaicone - codziennie były płatki z mlekiem i jajecznica / jajka sadzone / omlet do wyboru. Brakowało wędlin lub sera do zrobienia kanapek, chleb był tylko tostowy. To był chyba najsłabszy element bardzo udanego pobytu.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025My welcome was exceptionally warm, they had everything ready for me, and check in was under a minute. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, she took me on tour of the property and my room and made sure everything was in order and working, including making sure of bottled drinking water in the fridge. The kitchen staff was highly exceptional, and immediately recognized that im a Muslim when the receptionist advised them. They immediately catered for my needs by ensuring that my breakfast was handled in a kosher manner ensuring that my religious rights were kept at the highest. I was very amazed that even my room was as advertised, some guest lodges give you a smaller room with limited features just because you paid a genius rate which is way lower than the normal rate. BELLEROSE did not do this, they honored their advertised price with the advertised room. WELL DONE TEAM BELLEROSE, YOU ALL ARE AWESOME, and YOU ROCK. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. WELL DONE TEAM BELLEROSE KLERKSDORP.
