Reviewed Nov 27, 2025The room was set up great and comfortable. Area is nice and quiet.
The lights in our room had a problem, which might be because of a short circuit. They kept going on and off the whole night very disturbing because its right by the bed, and i did check if all the light switches were off.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025The room was beautiful and very clean. The only disadvantage was that the walls are very thing resulting in noise levels being high. I was woken up by conversations from what I gathered was staff at 7am. As a result I didn't get the required rest and made the experience unpleasant.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024Fantastic staff (thank you Andrew). Very nice room, lots of TV channels, nice bathroom with large bathtube, comfortable bed. Possibility to have dinner on site. Hearthy breakfast.
Wi Fi was failrly poor, GSM reception also . Nothing to do, besides sleeping, i.e no facilities (although its a guesthouse not hotel, so...) Breakfast gets boring after a few days, but that's more of an S.A thing, rather than specific to this guesthouse, if you're from Europe. After 9PM the reception is gone, so if you have difficulties getting into this gated site (eg. taxi drops you on the other side of the block) you need to call someone, and wandering around in the dark on Klerksdorp streets as a foreigner is not the kind of thrill you"re probably after.

The receptionist wasn’t welcoming. I’m glad we didn’t have to see her again. We had a room for someone who is on a wheelchair. I really would have loved a bath tub but receptionist made it very clear, with her mean strict tone, that she can’t do anything about that before we could even ask.
