Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Tämä oli aika erikoinen yöpymispaikka 5km nordkapin risteyksestä pohjoiseen kapeahkolla maakaistaleella maantien ja jäämeren välissä. Norjassa on tapana pykätä kesäasumispaikkoja meren rantaa, ja tämäkin näytti moneen kertaan laajennetulta, kevythirrestä tehdyltä, yksityiseltä kesäpaikalta. Mutta aivan ok yhdenyön yöpymispaikka se oli. Itsellä oli bungalov, no kaksi pientä huonetta se sisältikin. Puhtaita ja lämpöisiä. Jääkaappi oli. Liinavaatteetkin pyyhkeineen olivat. Siistit vessa ja suihku oli muutaman askeleen päässä pienen puulattiapihan toisella puolella. Aikalailla leirintäaluemökki meininkiä siis. Vanha rouva toivotti tervetulleeksi toistekin.
Liinavaatteista ja sängyn patjasta olivat jo tosiaan jo paras uudenkankeus häipynyt, mutta minulle kelpasi yhdenyön asumiseen.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Türen die nicht richtig schließen. Schäbiges Inventar, lieblos eingerichtet, Hauptsache es steht was drin. Eine Toilette, die man nicht benutzen kann wenn jemand duscht, für drei separate Zimmer.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The host was super nice and supportive. The place had a beautiful vibe our cottage were very romantic and reindeers were passing by our window in the evening. The host also offered us to use the jacuzzi. The shared bathroom was very nice and refurbished.
The cottage itself was a little low for a tall person, and quite a bit of light came in through the windows even with the blinds closed. These were only minor things for us though and didn’t take away from the experience at all.

Pragmatischer Empfang. Bad/ Dusche/ WC separat, mittelsauber gepflegt. Ebenfalls die Küche. Bettzeug lag nur parat, zum Selbstbezug.

The place is halfway between Alta and the North Cape - Fair price for a private bedroom in Norway - Beautiful nature all around - Cosy wooden flooring - Towels may be freely borrowed - There's also a small cooking area
- Both the room and the bed are quite narrow - No shops within walking distance, aside from a local goods shop with limited opening hours

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Die Hütte ist ideal für Rad- oder Motorradreisende auf dem Weg zum oder zurück vom Nordkapp. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Porsangarfjord. Küche und Bad sind in einem Extraraum untergebracht. Das Rad kann geschützt vor der Hütte abgestellt werden, ein weiterer Gast, der beim Rennen Nordkapp-Tarifa an den Start gegangen ist, konnte selbst sein Velomobil geschützt abstellen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot, ihr Jacuzzi-Bad auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Fjord zu benutzen, habe ich gerne angenommen.
Keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis: Rechtzeitig mit Lebensmittel eindecken (entweder in Olderfjord oder Lakselv).

Pas de personne présente lors de mon arrivée, j'ai du attendre un long moment. Toilettes et cuisine hors du logement. Dessous de lit non adaptés. Cher pour le confort et les prestations apportées.

Die Dusche und Toilette sind gemeinsam zu nutzen was kein Problem ist, aber da sie keinen getrennten Zugang haben ist die Toilette ebenfalls besetzt wenn jemand duscht.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Hilde is super sweet lady, very helpful and kind. The hut is really cute, much nicer as on the photo. Really cozy and sweet. The showe had nice warm water with enough pressure. Small kitchen with some utilities, enough if you stay 1-2 nights.
The hut was not very clean, quite a lot of dog hair everywhere, also the towels and bedlinens smelled after cigarettes

Kein Privates Badezimmer & Toilette Gemeinschaftsküche Bettzeug und Handtuch haben sehr stark nach Tabakrauch und nassem Hund gestunken, dazu waren auf dem Spannbetttuch viele Hundehaare - das geht leider garnicht

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are a lovely couple with a warm, family-like approach. The shared shower and kitchenette were both beautiful and very well equipped. From the cabin you can easily head out for walks in nature — to a shelter for a campfire, a waterfall, or stunning sea viewpoints. We were often surrounded by herds of reindeer, and a few times they even came right in front of our cabin on the beach. Almost every evening we were lucky enough to enjoy the northern lights😍

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025A very lovely and surprising stay. The wooden house with the little rooms around the patio looks like a fairy tale. The hostess was the sweetest lady. She took the time to show me around, making me feel very welcome. There is a lot of privacy and great view of the fjord. Great WIFI too.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025vriendelijk personeel. Ze waren heel flexibel rond mijn late aankomst. En ze hadden een kacheltje in de kamer gezet gezien de regen. Er was beddengoed en handdoeken, wat voor de prijs netjes is.
de gedeelde badkamer en keukentje waren alleen bereikbaar via 15 meter door de regen tussen de aanbouwtjes. De hal van mijn kamer bleek een lek te hebben en de deur en een raam klemden dusdanig veel dat ze niet goed te sluiten waren.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025The hosts were nice and helped a lot with any emerging issues. The room was decently large, featured a small dining area. The common area was also pretty well maintained. The view towards the Barents sea is spectacular!
It seemed that the place is rather small for hosting the number of guests that were present, e.g. there was only one bathroom for more than 5 people on site. An additional bathroom could bring a lot more value to this establishment. It would also be great to improve on the window shades in the rooms, as the currently used ones do not block the midnight sun to the best extent.

Le Bord de mer Radiateur électrique fonctionnel pour sécher toutes mes affaires. Jaccuzi gratuit et bien chaud ! Le pur bonheur après une journée de vélo dans le vent. Douche wc très propre. Les crêpes offertes le matin avant de partir.
Manque un petit étendoir à linge. Des rideaux occultants

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Rustiikkinen, mutta kodikas paikka meren rannalla, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Hyvä sänky, lämmin huone, keittiössä ja suihkussa kaikki ok. Vaikka tie oli ihan vieressä, oli majapaikassa rauhallista ja hiljaista. Paikan emäntä oli ystävällinen ja höyryävä jacuzzi oli ihana yllätys.
Huoneessa voisi olla muutama ripustuskoukku vaatteille ja ikkunoissa pimennysverhot.

Hab um das gelg schon ganze wohnung in norvegen bekommen mit comfort!!!!! Leider meine schlechteste unterkunft in norvegen,schade!aber vor den nordkap ist halt die auswahl nicht riesig!!!!
