Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La ubicación, el acceso, el estacionamiento, el buen espacio de los departamentos y la atención de todos.
Las camas ya no dan más, te despertas por el ruido que hacen al moverte, el sillón del living tampoco da más, la calefacción central no funciona y debes ver cómo te manejas entre un aire y una placa calefactora, las paredes el papel se están levantando en varios lugares, da imagen de descuidado. Igualmente no pasamos frío se puede manejar la situación de la calefacción. Los departamentos son amplios y cómodos.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026great place to stay for our family of 5. The couch bed worked fine and kitchen facilities were great. The small grocery store across the street was very useful, and the restaurant across the street was a great place to watch a world cup match and eat some BIG hamburgers.

Sillones manchados poca limpieza y lo peor en la semana fría de Santiago , el departamento decía calefacción un solo aire en todo el departamento con / habitaciones y comedor ? No Posee black out vinilicos el frío y la luz a full , reclame y me mandaron un caloventor diminuto . Pasamos frío . Frazadas de la época de mi nona 👎🏻

Reviewed May 25, 2026Está literal a una cuadra del MUT y de un metro, cerca del costanera, demasiado buena la ubicación, estaba súper limpio, tenía toallas, shampoo, acondicionador y jabón por si se te quedaba algo.
El estacionamiento no está incluido en el precio, eso me sorprendió después, pero igual lo solicité.

Cleanliness could be better, bathroom was super noisy (ventilation system extremely loud), some light bulbs were not working.

Además, el servicio fue cobrado, aún no tengo respuesta de la devolución del dinero y menos respuesta de el anfitrión. Pésima experiencia.

La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a pasos del Costanera Center y con acceso fácil a todo lo que necesitas en Santiago. La vista es espectacular, y se siente como un hogar desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una experiencia 5 estrellas que volvería a repetir sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025The location is excellent. The MUD, Tobalaba metro is 3 minutes away. Walking distance to the JUMBO supermarket and the Sky Costanera ( the observation deck of Gran Torre)
There is only one air conditioner in the master bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment. It was very hot during our stay, too hot to sleep. The apartment manager only provided one fan and ignored our request for a second fan. The ad misled us into believing the entire apartment was equipped with air conditioners. Though the location is excellent, it is not worth staying there. We struggled a lot.

AVOID IF YOU CAN. I stayed at unit 1008 and The property was very dirty, the tea cups had dry food in them, the electric kettle took more than 15 minutes to boiled just enough water for a cup of tea. The bed pillows were super hard, the couch didn’t have cushions just a cover and the frame, there were hairs in the bathroom. When brought up to the staff it was mentioned that they couldn’t do anything about it but to tell the cleaning personal to do better. That’s unacceptable, when we stayed in other places they send the staff immediately to fix it. I would not come back nor would recommend at all this place, sorry, but you can’t provide a dirty place that hasn’t had the minimum amount of comfort to provide a pleasant stay.

The flat is very dated, definetely needs a leak of paint (walls full of marks) and in need of some upgrading. But good enough to just sleep there and spend the day exploring the city and the lovely area.
