Het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar. Gewoon geweldig. We hadden probleemje met de douche, maar was binnen 5 minuten gefixt.

Beperkte keuken. Voorzie 1 pan gerechten of ga uit eten. Koelkast heeft geen vriesvak.

De locatie is prachtig!

Beddengoed en handdoeken roken muffig. Er is maar 1 kookplaat (lees pitje). Geen wifi.

Ein wunderschönes Bootshaus an einer außerordentlich schönen Lage.

Simple but beautiful accommodation.

Als het mooi weer is, dan is dit een fijne plek om te verblijven. Uitzicht op het water en eigen terras. Boothuis simpel maar sfeervol ingericht.

Er kwam 2x iemand bij zijn boot kijken die aan ons terras lag, daardoor (gevoel van) minder privacy. Keuken is basic, oventje ontbreekt (staat wel op booking) en er is maar 1 elektrisch kookpitje. Geen vriesvakje in de koelkast voor de koelelementen.

The seaview was fantastick, everything was perfect

The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I didn't feel the privacy due to the staff always coming by 3-4 times and checking the place

Wer das Besondere sucht ist hier richtig: Es ist ein Bootshaus, liebevoll ausgestattet und hergerichtet. Alles nicht neu, aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles sauber, nette Gastgeber . Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten so die Terrasse in wunderschöner Umgebung perfekt genießen.

Die Anbindung nach Stavanger ist am Wochenende eher schwierig, so dass eine Auto benötigt wird

The house is beautiful, very comfortable, the hosts were very clear and nice. We really recommend it!!!

Es war einfach perfekt so direkt am Wasser, wäre das Wetter besser gewesen hätte man auch baden können

Es war nicht wirklich sauber, und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Info s gewünscht z.b zur Müllentsorgung und zur Parksituation. Hier wäre eine Infomappe toll

Die Lage am Wasser ist phänomenal. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Magnifique vue

This converted boathouse gave us a truly magical and unique stay. The location is breathtaking- in a silent, peaceful location right on the water’s edge with incredible views. For a boathouse, it is amazingly cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchen, sofa, dining table, all the facilities you might need and good heating. The owners have done a fantastic job in turning their boathouse into something special and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Nothing! Although it is worth noting that people with reduced mobility might have issues climbing the steep stairs to theloft bedroom.

Parádní místo na ostrově s nádherným výhledem. Romantika při večerním ohýnku a hvězdách nad hlavou s rampouchem u nosu ;-) Ručníků bylo tolik, že jsme je ani nevyužili. Děkujeme za dřevo na oheň a vůbec za vše! Doporučujeme!!!

Le lieu est exceptionnel

Un excellent logement, au bord de l’eau et dans un hangar à bateau parfaitement réaménagé, à condition de ne pas être trop curieux …

Le canapé n’était pas très confortable, idéal pour un couple plus que pour 4 personnes.

Het gemis van een oven en slechts 1 kookvuur Wij hadden geen auto dus was het soms wat puzzelen met bus en deelfiets om in Stavanger te geraken, op 5 min wandelen heb je wel heel war Kolombus deelfietsen (met de app kan je deze gebruiken tegen betaling) Geen zwemsteiger om het water in te gaan, er lagen boten in de weg Geen gordijn/verduistering in de slaapzolder

المكان يحتاج الى نظافه واهتمام فكانت العناكب بكل مكان وشباكها ايضا والكهرباء انطفأت وادوات المطبخ ناقصه ومكان النوم متعب بالصعود وضيق

Location was good, you could use the cages to try your luck at catching fishes/crabs.

More amenities could have been provided, there was no oven, no aluminium foil for grilling outdoors. There was only 1 induction cooker (portable) so you can't cook multiple items at 1 time. There was a broom and dustpan, it should have been a small vacuum cleaner so that guests could clean up easily. The top shelves hinge are not holding up properly so when you grab a cup, the door will collapse. Plates are chipped, with no properly replacements. Condiments, macaroni left behind by previous guests are not cleared away. it is either they provide a set or have nothing. Just feels very unwelcoming. The walkway was gravel so you can't pull your luggage easily. Utensils were not washed properly by previous guests even though there was a dishwasher.

Little. The description of the property and the property itself weee as opposite as can be! Infinity pool?? No, a dock with a jump into the water! A fireplace? No, a fire ring on the dock with no wood or firefighter fluid or anything else to get the fire going!

All of the above. Plus no mention that this property is 11 miles from the center of town or that there are no restaurants nearby except for a grocery store ten minutes away - never saw of met the hosts. This is a boat house with dangerous steps and a very mediocre bathroom. Certainly not worth the money charged! Don’t stay here unless you’re looking for a quiet getaway from it all.

Exceptionally clean property with all the comforts of home and our favourite spot was the decking that was situated on the water - beautiful!

Everything was perfect. The views were stunning, the place was very comfortable with all the amenities we could want.

I have traveled a lot in my life but I’ve never seen anything like it. as staying in heaven, I had the opportunity to see the best sunset of my life. Staying in this place is worth the price of a ticket to Norway, an experience I will remember for life. We advise, I will return as soon as I have the opportunity

Very cozy place to stay for one - two nights

Unfortunately the owner ignored my kind requests for the invoice. Feels like after a guest left they don't care anymore.

What a great little Boathouse! Great atmosphere, gorgeous view, lovely neighbourhood- what is there not to like? Feels so far away from the city but only took a few minutes to be there. Great host with great communication- we loved it! This little cabin was so different from our other holiday accommodation - so relaxing!

A cozy boat house with a great atmosphere directly on a private pier with a nice view. Lovely and supportive hosts. Quiet. Swimming and kayaking from the pier possible. Not too far from Stavanger center by car. Perfect to relax.

Quiet place with beautiful views and excellent breakfast. The ultimate spot to relax and unwind.

Very lovely place. Better than on the pictures. Beautiful view, own patio with fireplace. Pair of swans coming every morning. Very romantic we booked it and we got engaged on preikenstolen. Owner is very kind and helpful (he also is a guide for mountain trips). I can strongly recommend it, surely we will come back!

Extremely cosy home. Peaceful neighborhood. Breakfast was wonderful and being able to kayak was a big plus!

We traveled around Norway for 10 days and wanted to stay in a somewhat quiet place, that isn’t a hotel, towards the end of our trip. We booked this place without seeing a single review, and we did not regret it. It turned out that we were the first visitors to this Airbnb as they just opened. The small Fisherman's house is located 10 minutes from the city center, which was perfect to return from town to such a peaceful and beautiful cottage, and enjoy a glass of wine on the the water, while the gorgeous swans joined us and asked for bread. That was very cute. Initially, we only booked one night but when we woke up the next morning we realized that we would like to stay one more night and the owner agreed to extend our reservation without hesitation. The house has everything you need from cooking to sleeping necessities. Also, the owner lives close by and was happy to help answer questions and even brought us extra towels when we needed them. If you’re a swimmer, there are steps off the dock to take a dip, however, it was too cold during our trip. This is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.
