Armin is an excellent host, very kind and helpful. The house is cozy, clean, and is in a perfect location.

Kleine gemütliche Unterkunft. Gute Ausgestattet mit allem was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Durch die Bushaltestelle (1 min Fußweg) ist man auch gut angebunden und innerhalb von 10 - 15 min in der Innenstadt.

Relativ zentrale Lage

Extrem dunkles Zimmer, da im Keller und nur 2 winzige Fenster vorhanden sind, die von der Terrasse überbaut sind. Ohne Licht geht auch am Tag nichts. Und das ist nicht besonders hell. Die Decke ist extrem niedrig. Die Töpfe und Pfannen könnten mal ersetzt werden. Die ganze Beschichtung löst sich schon ab und wird zwangsläufig mitgegessen.

renholdet kunne vært bedre, gammel mat i fryseren, ekle kluter under vasken, og det var ikke rent under sengene, jeg fant støvsuger og fikk gjort litt rent. tørke maskinen var ikke tømt for lo etter forrige gang, mye støv oppå.

Very poor parking. Not very clean, uncomfortable beds, very cold room and the hallway to the bathroom was even colder. The bathroom(/shower was very cramped. I even had to make my own bed upon arriving late at night.

Spacious room with full amenities, close to public transportation and responsive host. Generous with bedding, sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. A private, quiet place.

Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Lisberg. Super Busanbindung ins Zentrum. Grosser Supermarkt ebenfalls zu Fuss zu erreichen. Küche hatte alles notwendige, Bett war bequem und der Heizlüfter konnte die gesamte Kellerwohnung wsrm halten

Für mich kein Problem - bin nicht gross (1,60m), aber Decken sind sehr niedrig, unter 2m und Bad mist ca 1mx1m ohne Fenster. Kleines Händewaschbecken und WC direkt vor Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner (übereinander)

Low ceilings for anyone tall

Låg bra till i anslutning till Liseberg och Ullevi. Egen ingång och mysigt inredd. Bra och trevlig info via mejl. Sköna sängar.

Luktade väldigt mycket avlopp på toaletten och när man duschade rann det vatten över hela golvet, så man fick vara där barfota.

Tranquilidad

The room was very private. The kitchen area allowed me to cook my own food. There was almost no street noise, so it was easy to sleep. Washer and dryer for dirty laundry. The host fixed my ceiling lamp the next morning I told him that the light was flickering.

Shower area was too small. Not a tub. No glass separation, only a curtain to prevent the water from getting the washer/dryer wet. No floor barrier. Long squeegee to push water to drain hole. I couldn't open my bedroom window to ventilate the room. I could not locate the button to turn on the exhaust vent above the stove top.

Super Nice Apartment and very good Location

100% recommend. The apartment is perfect for two people for multiple nights. It has two single beds, equiped kitchen with oven and stove, many hangers for clothes. The bathroom is separated and has a shower and even washing machine and dryer. Maybe if you are above 190cm you would need to stoop since the apartment is probably a former basement and has low ceiling. There is a heater and since the rooms are small, it can heat them in no time. The apartment is in a very friendly neigborhood (and very unique looking - central european person speeking here). We did not hear any noises at night and felt safe. The host is very friendly and helpful. The door can be unlocked through code that you will recive before arrival. It was a lovely stay.

Just one thing, there was no kitchen knife, sponge and dishtowel, otherwise it was perfect.

Apartment was comfortable and home-like. Well equipped kitchenette, bathroom, laundry, plenty of hangers and hanging space, lots of space in the rooms. Perfectly quiet & charming neighbourhood, but still walking distance to city centre and most tourist spots. Host gave clear and precise instructions for access, making our stay easy and seamless.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone less than 195 cm tall - low ceilings make it a little difficult for very tall people.

The apartment is just enough away from the centre that you have that quiet and cosy feel in the mornings and evenings, but close enough to walk in as we did (there are plenty of nearby bus and tram stops we just liked the walk.) The property itself has a shower, washer, dryer, sink, hob, and microwave so there is everything you could need for a short stay. It was clean and nicely decorated too. There is a code for the door so you feel safe, and the heaters are on so you’re always warm. There’s a little corridor that leads to the kitchen and bedroom so you are separated from the bathroom and muddy shoes.

There is very little critique here, Armin, our host, was so polite and helpful throughout. There is one pillow per bed which wasn’t too comfortable, and our booking said double bed and it was too singles. It wasn’t ideal but by no means did this put us off.
