Hôtel très moderne, très propre et un personnel aux petits soins. Chambre très comfortable et équipement dernier cri. Idéalement situé dans le centre ville, tout est faisable à pied. La vue depuis les 2 piscines est incroyable. Accès réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel à une petite plage très charmante juste en face avec une eau cristalline et rempli de poissons ( pour ceux qui aiment le snorkeling ) Petit déjeuner très bon sans être exceptionnel.

Les piscines de l’hôtel sont vraiment trop froides, il faudrait vraiment les chauffer car impossible de rester longtemps dans l’eau. Ascenseurs trop long.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le véritable point fort est incontestablement la vue, qui est absolument sublime. La chambre était également très propre et soignée, avec une vraie attention portée aux petits détails qui font la différence. Le personnel est discret, cordial et professionnel.

En revanche, nous avons été très surpris et déçus par la gestion des transats autour de la piscine. Pour un établissement de ce standing et à ce niveau de prix, il est assez incompréhensible de se retrouver face à des comportements dignes d’un camping, avec des clients qui « réservent » leurs transats dès le petit matin en y déposant simplement une serviette, parfois sans les occuper pendant des heures. Il nous a été quasiment impossible de profiter des lits installés sur l’eau, et certains jours, il était même compliqué de trouver un transat correctement situé. À mon sens, il est inadmissible qu’un hôtel de cette catégorie laisse cette pratique s’installer sans intervenir ni mettre en place de règles claires. À ce niveau de prestation et de tarif, chaque client devrait pouvoir profiter équitablement des installations, sans avoir à se lever à l’aube pour poser une serviette sur un transat. C’est vraiment dommage, car sans ce point, notre expérience aurait été excellente.

Friendly staff (especially Vassilis was very helpful), spacious room, comfortable bed.

We found the pool in the balcony inconvenient and unnecessary. I’d booked this hotel because it had its own beach, they do but it’s very small amd there are no facilities (bar, cabin etc), you have to go back to the hotel.

The Concierge called Vasilis gave a very warm welcome and was very friendly; he helped us with parking and was very helpful in locating our rooms.

The open pool was very cold and needed warming during cold weather. You can also cover a small part of the pool to shield it from the sun. There are no entertainment activities; they need to add some entertainment options. The teens club was in poor condition and needs to be upgraded. kids club was very good

Amazing hotel, breakfast was excellent with a lovely view of the sea, room was good with a lovely view. Natalia at reception was polite and accommodating, Vasia was too, always had a smile on his face, and helped us with departure he was very polite and helpful we had very positive comments about him, we was eager to assist us with all our needs.

Excellent emplacement avec une superbe vue. Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Deux espaces de piscines. Présence d’une salle de sport. Très belle décoration intérieure. Merci Vassili pour le service voiturier. Personnel très sympa.

Les matelas extérieurs vieillissent mal (hôtel assez récent). Un simple détail, le reste était parfait.

חוויה מושלמת ברמה הגבוהה ביותר! ​החדרים חדשים, מודרניים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ומשדרים תחושת יוקרה מפנקת. ניכר שחשבו כאן על כל פרט קטן: החל מהשמיכות והמגבות העבות והמפנקות ועד לאבזור המושלם. כולל בקבוקי מים מידי יום, שוקולדים והחלפת מגבות ביום היציאה. הצוות אף נענה לבקשתינו ליציאה מאוחרת. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה מאד, מגוונת ומוגשת מול נוף נפלא של הים. יש שירות מצוין של חניית valet כך שאין צורך לחפש חניה. ​השירות של הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, אדיב, מקצועי ונעים לאורך כל השהייה. במיוחד נציין לטובה את איש הצוות Vasilis, שעמד לרשותנו בכל שאלה ונתן המלצות מצוינות לבילוי ומסעדות. בריכת האינפיניטי של המלון פשוט חלומית עם נוף מהפנט, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, טעימה ונפלאה.. המלון צמוד לסופרמרקט, נמצא באזור הבילוי והמסעדות של העיר, מול הים במיקום מושלם. מומלץ מאד.

המכשירים בחדר הכושר לא מספקים, חלקם לא תקינים ובנוסף ילדים רצים בין הבריכה לחדר הכושר ומפריעים לאימון- המכשירים המקולקלים לא תוקנו על אף ההערות לצוות המלון.

This is a great hotel overall. stuff is extremely friendly, warm and hospitality service is great we were upgraded with no request to higher room class - and that was great- made our vacation. The breakfast is rich in food verity, taste and decoration and serves in a very nice and pleasant location - overlooking the sea The hotel is 10 minutes walk to old city and to great public beaches The hotel is well kept, managed and looks great

1. One elevator out of the 3 elevators was male function. that create waiting lines to the other two elevators 2. lack of parking arrangements for guests. There is only valet parking in 1.5Km distance 3. No Omlet Station at breakfast. Only pre-cocked eggs are being served for breakfast 4. The dinning room employee has a uniform with black belt as part of it but each employee has different black belt. I suggest the hotel to provide the employee with common black belt

המקום פשוט שלמות שקט אמיתי גן עדן!! וסיליס היה מקסים איש שירות עזר לנו המון ביום הראשון! תודה רבה !! עזר לנו עם המזוודות

היה קצת במיטה גירודים בלילה אבל מעבר לזה היה מקסים הארוחת בוקר קצת לא מתאימה לישראלים

המלון ממוקם במיקום מושלם, קרוב למסעדות, חנויות ואזורי בילוי. בריכות השחייה מספיק גדולות בכדי להכיל את האורחים. פינות ישיבה מוצללות באיזור הבריכה. חוף ים בצמוד למלון.

משפחה זוג +2 מתבגרים. הגענו בשעה 12:00 למלון ועשינו צ׳ק אין, אומנם רשום בשעה 15:00 אבל זה לא אומר שאי אפשר להתאמץ ולהביא את החדר קצת לפניי. קיבלנו את החדר ב15:05. הזמנו חדר יחסית גדול עם 2 מיטות קווין. בצ׳ק אין נאמר ששידרגו לנו את החדר לנוף לים + שכשוכית במרפסת. בפועל לא שודרגנו אלא שונמכנו. חדר קטן עם מיטה אחת וספה נפתחת, אומנם נוף יפה אבל זה לא מה שהזמנו. החדר הוחלף אחרי לילה לחדר המקורי. בחדר הנ״ל היה הרבה יותר מקום אבל בעיית חשמל רצינית שגרמה לכולנו להיות ערים כל הלילה. למחרת הוחלף שוב חדר, בשעה 6 בבוקר הייתה הפסקת חשמל, והגנרטור של המלון היה צמוד לחדר שלנו מה שגרם לכולנו להתעורר בשש לרעש נוראי. יש 3 מעליות שלא נותנות מענה לכמות האורחים במלון. המתנה ארוכה מאוד למעלית, נאלצנו לעלות ולרדת רוב הזמן ברגל.

Very clean and tidy rooms; very friendly staff, starting from the reception and concierge to house keeping and restaurants. As for location, it is very close to the center where you find lots of nice places to eat as well as the local souvenir shops (very nice shops by the way). However if you need beaches, better to rent a car as they are not so close and taxis charge quite lot.

It is not about the property but I have to say - I was shocked by the Heraklion Airport 😱 I travel a lot, but have not seen anything similar- obviously they cannot handle the load in summer and that’s why our way back was horrible. My advice here - If you are traveling to Crete, don’t take connecting flights or this will ruin your whole trip….

The hotel was really nice, with lovely staff members. Vassilis help with check-in and check out and was really helpful.

L’emplacement en plein centre de agios est exceptionnel. La piscine est incroyable et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très bien servi. La qualité des aliments. La salle de sport un peu petite mais qualitative. La literie est top.

La piscine privative est inutile car ressemble plus à une baignoire qu’à une piscine. Inutilisable. La piscine principale n’est pas chauffée et est froide. Le service de l’hôtel n’est pas celui d’un 5 étoiles : nous avons réclame 3 fois nos valises en chambre, personne ne vous accompagne et ne vous montre la chambre et vous explique l’hôtel. Pas de placement au petit déjeuner ce qui est problématique en pleine saison car difficile de trouver une place.

L'emplacement de l’hôtel, les piscines au roof top. La vue est meilleure que sur les photos. La qualité du SPA. Le valet qui gère la voiture et le parking. L'architecture intérieur et extérieur sont sublime. La piscine dans la terrasse de la chambre avec une vue plongeante dans la mer. Un agent passe systématiquement demander si on a besoin de serviette et offrir du chocolat.

Le housekeeping. La chambre a était mal nettoyé et mal rangée après notre première nuit. Nous avons fait une réclamation qui a était traiter sur le champ, mais notre chambre n'a jamais ressemblé à la première nuit.

Easily the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The rooms had a persistent musty smell that never went away — you notice it the second you open the door. Housekeeping and general upkeep were below what any hotel charges this rate should deliver, let alone an InterContinental. Service was slow and disinterested; issues raised at the desk went nowhere. The brand name on the building set an expectation the property doesn’t come close to meeting. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone paying these prices.

The size of the pool is great it’s very long so great if you line to swim laps. Beautiful views from the pool with its elevated position. The beds are really comfortable and large. Very clean. The wardrobes are large with lots of hanging and drawer space. Lovely large sink and area for toiletries Large shower with great water pressure. Products smelled delicious and the shampoo and conditioner so good I didn’t end up using my own. The breakfast is very good. All felt freshly cooked and the position of the buffer meant the food stayed properly sheltered. No insects near the food etc. Food in the restaurant very reasonably priced and portions very good. Cocktails were 👌🏼

The only issue we had is the hotel was very full and there are not enough sun beds for everyone. Also there is no dedicated staff member organising beds etc which I think would have made things easier for everyone.

Tutto Perfetto! Hotel pulitissimo bellissimo e al top!

Difficile trovare qualcosa! Se proprio devo dire qualcosa la piscina sia al quinto piano che quella in camera veramente gelate.

Struttura stupenda bella le stanze ,piscina in balcone inutile ,pulizia ottima ma ogni tanto la camera sfugge e devi contatta la reception per le pulizie,ristorante e piscina 5 piani top soprattutto ristorante e personale ottimo in tutto cibo top ,piscina non gestita bene per un 5 stelle ,asciugamani già in posizione dalla mattina questo non va bene ,acqua della piscina troppo fredda ,spa bella ma troppo caos con ciambelle e bambini ,infine nota dolente reception ci sono alcune persone che non dovrebbero stare in una reception oltre al modo di porsi fredda e poco precisa ma anche poco accogliente,ho chiesto la fattura mi e’ stato detto da un addetta assolutamente non si può fare , poi ho chiesto ad un altra che subito prontamente l’ha fatta ,quindi seleziona meglio le persone la reception è il primo impatto per un hotel se entri e nessuno ti sorride ti accoglie ti saluta e anzi si trovi persone convinte e molte volte anche maleducate allora non è una buona carta di presentazione. Fortunatamente non tutte sono così ci sono alcune che sono molto professionali altre invece secondo me, che devono ancora imparare molto e quindi non dovrebbero stare in prima posizione Per il resto ci ritornerei volentieri, soprattutto conoscendo le PEC che non sono eccessive e migliorando, potrebbero portare questo splendido posto a livelli molto alti

Magnifique piscine principale au 5ème étage. Dimensions généreuses et vue imprenable. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Grande diversité dans les propositions. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Un plus pour Vasilis, très aimable et souriant, en charge de la gestion du parking et des bagages. Hôtel parfaitement situé dans la ville pour profiter du centre et dîner à l'extérieur le soir.

Odeur permanente de piscine ou eau traitée dans le hall principal et à la réception. L'hôtel n'a pas de plage. La "vue sur ville " des deux chambres (740 et 742) consistait en fait sur la vue sur les poubelles et bouteilles vides de l'hôtel. Il faut surtout prendre "vue sur mer" car la vue sur ville n'en est en réalité pas une. Bruyant le matin malgré le double vitrage vers 6 h 20 (livraisons ou poubelles, j'ai eu la flemme de me lever pour vérifier...) Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

La décoration intérieure qui fait penser à un paquebot de croisière et la parois rocheuse qui rappelle l'architecture de la ville. Le magnifique SPA avec piscine intérieure et les deux piscines aux étages. La qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner.

Insonorisation mauvaise en tout cas du fait des comportements minables de la plupart des clients, notamment ceux qui traînent leur marmaille mal élevée : jusqu'à UNE HEURE du matin, des coups sur les cloisons, des chaises traînées au sol, des bruits de pas(certaines personnes marchent avec la légèreté des pachydermes...). Le SPA si beau transformé en pataugeoire bruyante (et donc anti relaxation) par les mêmes parents qui, non contents d'avoir imposé leurs enfants horriblement mal élevés dans les piscines à débordement (et que je plonge et replonge en criant, et que je t'encourage à plonger sans cesse comme un décérébré...)se rabattent quand le soir tombe vers le pauvre SPA qui devient juste insupportable. Pourquoi autoriser des mineurs à accéder au SPA ??? : certaines installations peuvent même leur être dangereuses (un gamin d'environ 6 ans dans le hammam, vraiment nécessaire ??). Mêmes comportements relevés lors du petit déjeuner. En somme, bel hôtel mais accueil d'individus mal éduqués qui l'envahissent littéralement en Aout. Conclusion : la prochaine fois un hôtel ADULTS ONLY!!

המקום יפה מאוד, לקחנו ארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב. בארוחת ערב אוכלים כמו במסעדה שזה נהדר ומאוד חסכוני, הצוות מלצרים היה שירותי מאוד! הבריכות מדהימות והנוף עוצר נשימה. יש שתי בריכות האחת למבוגרים בלבד ושם יש אוירה נפלאה! חשוב באזור הזה להשכיר רכב כדי לצאת להסתובב מחוץ לעיירה.

הבריכות קרות מאוד, היינו ביולי ולא היה ניתן להישאר במים לאורך זמן. הניקיון של הבריכות לא 100% הייתי מצפה ממקום כזה לשים לב גם לפרטים הקטנים בניקיון. השירות לאורח היה איטי ולא תמיד נענו לבקשות שלנו. חשוב לציין שהחופשה היתה נפלאה! ההערות לא ימנעו ממני להגיע שוב,

Property was perfectly situated in Agios Nicolas with walking distance to everything. Property is very clean, staff are great, breakfast had nice selection of variety of food. Pools with beautiful views, not too busy. Sauna was available upon booking, there is a nice beach outside. Perfect stay for couples or families Highly recommended!

The food was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The infinity pool offers breathtaking sea views, and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. I also really appreciated being upgraded from a private pool room to a private pool suite, which was a very nice gesture by the staff.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy in the private pool suite. Guests constantly walked directly in front of my windows, and sun loungers were placed just outside the room, making it easy for people to look inside. I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time instead of enjoying the beautiful sea view. For a premium room with a private pool in a five-star hotel, I expected complete privacy. This feels like a design flaw that should be addressed.

The hotel was very beautiful. The whole experience from start to finish was exquisite and we absolutely loved it. The room had a scenic view of the ocean, was very modern and luxurious. The staff were particularly amazing. We would like to thank everyone, especially Vasilis for helping us with our luggage upon departure, he is a very polite employee!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'InterContinental d'Agios Nikolaos. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme du personnel, toujours attentif et disponible. L'hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et des installations modernes et impeccablement entretenues. La chambre était spacieuse, élégante et très confortable, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et de grande qualité, avec un excellent choix de produits frais. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié l'atmosphère paisible de l'hôtel, idéale pour se détendre.

tesisin tüm olanakları çok iyiydi, personel güler yüzlü ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlardı. resepsiyondaki tüm arkadaşlar ve Vasilis tüm sorularımıza cevap verdiler ve yönlendirdiler. tesisin kahvaltısı çok iyi ayrıca bir gece akşam yemeği yedik, o da gerçekten güzeldi.

If you are sharing a room you need to know your room mate very well. There’s no privacy in the bathroom and only some in the shower. Plunge pool is a useless feature that made me very unhappy that I paid for it. Beach side sun seats were filthy.

Pulizia, comfort ed attenzione ai dettagli. Viaggio in famiglia , posizione perfetta,centro raggiungibile in soli 5 min a piedi.

Le personnel très souriant. La chambre contemporaine avec un très grand lit. Les repas d un prix abordable et la qualité des produits. La situation près du Centre mais très calme.

Le petit dejeuner un peu « cantine « et le problème de parasols! Il faut attendre 11 h la fin du service petit dejeuner pour en obtenir un et après le 1er juillet il y a beaucoup de monde, pas de place pour tous à l ombre!

The plunge pool. Pointless.

המלון גדול ומשגר יוקרה, הצוות אדיב והשירות ללא דופי. קיבלנו חדר משודרג עם בריכה פרטית ונוף שלא ישכח. יש מספר בריכות כך שאין עומס. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטובה. המלון נמצא במרחק 7 דק הליכה מהאגם והמרכז.

Excellent facilities, fabulous selection for breakfast. The coffee could be better. Not hot enough. The room was amazing, super large with lots of storage space and great lighting, particularly at night. lovely towels and excellent bedding.

L'hôtel était fantastique, le personnel serviable, le petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux, et le service de voiturier est efficace! La chambre avec vue sur mer était tout simplement incroyable, quel bonheur de se réveiller chaque matin avec cette vue et ce soleil levant. Encore un grand merci au personnel, ainsi qu’à Vasilis qui nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire puis s’est occupé de nos affaires de la voiture jusqu’à la chambre (mention également aux restaurants qui nous ont été conseillés ! Un délice). Également merci aux femmes du spa, toujours souriantes et aimables, c’était un plaisir (avec des équipements au top).

Seul petit bémol, pour monter en standard et en gamme, le housekeeping pourrait faire un petit effort sur le ménage (rien de grave mais peut-être s’améliorer sur les recouches pendant le séjour)

My gosh what isnt there to like!? The room was spotless and large, the bed huge and very comfortable. We also got a complimentary upgrade with a plunge pool and sea view, which made our stay more magical. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pools and bathing area clean and lavish. Did not want to leave

Great hotel with amazing infinity pools in 2 floors The hotel teams were very kind and every request was fullfilld immediatly! The room was excellent!!

Everything was beyond expectations!!!

Instalaciones y ubicación

La habitación no tenía vistas a la ciudad como ponía en la descripción, sino vistas al muro de otro hotel donde desayunaban a 2 metros de distancia y no podíamos abrir las cortinas. Finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación pero solo la tercera noche que era la última y después de insistir mucho. La habitación no estaba hecha pasadas las 3 de la tarde

Clean. My room was perfect. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good. Staff were very polite. Vassili was extremely helpful and made sure my arrival felt comfortable. He answered all my questions with patience and grace.

There was a persistent smell at the lobby. The lack of parking.
