Fantastic grounds, incredibly helpful staff, always enough sunbeds, many different restaurants (all delicious), everywhere was clean and comfortable, we were provided fantastic service wherever we went.

There's really nothing to complain about at all. If I'm forced to find a fault, I would say that it's a bit annoying that the air conditioning turns off quite easily when you exit the room which was a bit frustrating when we put our baby down for his naps. But I'm really fishing for a fault here - everything was really perfect.

La piscine et la mer sont incroyables, calme absolu, la chambre très confortable et service de ménage au top. Les massages du spa sont également excellents et le personnel est charmant.

Les clients de l’hôtel réservent des transats et des espaces au niveau de la piscine et de la mer dès 8h du matin bien que ce soit formellement interdit dans l’hôtel. Le prix des consommations dans l’hôtel (boissons et plats) sont globalement totalement exagérés vis à vis de la quantité et des prix en ville.

Very friendly with good facilities and restaurants. The spa was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.

You have to be careful which room you are allocated as is a very big resort and some were out on a limb .

The general ambience of the resort was peaceful and relaxed even with it being late August which must be peak time. The pool area was amazing, the pool was the perfect temperature and the sun beds were extremely comfortable. The sun beds around the sea front were in the perfect position with stepped access into the gorgeous sea.

Breakfast was great but not amazing. The omelette counter was a bit slow and there were no pastries. I am struggling to find things we didn't like.

An absolute paradise! Upon arrival everything is taken care of for you. Staff is very friendly. We got the most beautiful villa. So many restaurants, bars en lots of tanning beds on the coast, the beach, the pool etc so even though it’s a big hotel it feels very private and relaxed. The food was the best we ever had, there’s so much choice for every meal.

Les plages sont très jolies, avec du sable, très belle visibilité, la piscine est très grande et jolie, les restaurants sont délicieux et mention spéciale au personnel, ils sont très attentionnés, toujours souriants, très gentils et patients avec les enfants. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avions l’ambition d’aller visiter les alentours, mais l’hôtel nous a tellement charmé que nous ne sommes pas sortis une seule fois en une semaine.

Tout était très bien mais la seule petite remarque c est que la catégorie de notre chambre était peu lumineuse et pas très spacieuse avec un enfant.

Sadece cam kapı vardı; otelde kedi olduğu için benim de kedi tüyü alerjim olduğu için kapı açık uyumak mümlün değil. Kapı önündeki tahta aralıklı bölmeden sınırlı hava geliyor. Denize karşı odada; bungalow'da denize karşı açılan, tel olan pencere olmalıydı.

The sea and beach were extraordinally clean and the staff was very welcoming and nice. The location is also very nice as it is both remote from people, surrouned by nature but also close to a city center where you can find entertainment when bored.

I booked a waterfront room, but I feel that because I made the reservation through Booking.com, I was given one of the worst rooms in that category. Unlike all the rooms next to us, which had direct access from their rooms to their sunbeds and the sea, our room had no direct access at all. To reach our sunbeds and access the sea, we actually had to walk around and pass through the entrance area of another room. It was extremely inconvenient and definitely not what I expected when booking a waterfront room. I complained but they didn’t care

המלון ממוקם מדהים וגדול על חוף ים והוא מעוטר בפסלים וצמחיה ומתוכנן יפה, שהינו בונגלו על המים וזה בהחלט חלום , ארוחת בוקר מפוארת וחדר כושר מאובזר וגם הבריכה יפה, יש מגוון מסעדות ונהנו לאכול בהן .. ביקשנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ואיפשרו עד 14:00 שזה היה מנחם.

ריזורט יפייפה מטופח נקי ומעוצב לעילא ולעילא על חוף ים צלול ורגוע. שפע של פינות ישיבה על המים. גם בתפוסה מלאה עם ילדים מרגיש לא עמוס ושקט. אוכל טעים טרי ומגוון ברמה גבוהה. מספק מגוון פעילויות ספורטיביות החל מחדר כושר מצוייד, מגרשי טניס, ספורט ימי וצלילות וכל. בשיעורי יוגה ופילאטיס

מזרן רך מידי. לא מאוד נוח לישון. אין רשתות בחלונות/ דלת וקשה להנות מאוויר טוב ובריזה נהדרת מהחשש שיכנסו יתושים.

Otel gerçekten harika. Özellikle hem büyük otel olsun, hem denizi güzel olsun diyorsanız tam öyle bir otel. Kaldığımız süre boyunca çok rüzgar olmasına rağmen deniz harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü. Hizmet kalitesi çok ama çok iyi. Odalar, restaurant tertemiz. Yine geleceğiz.

We had such a wonderful stay and would happily come back! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Everyone made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beach is absolutely beautiful. You can relax on the sandy area or use the steps built into the sea wall to get straight into the crystal-clear water. The sea was amazingly clean and perfect for swimming. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and breakfast was one of the highlights. There was so much variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. I have to mention the spinach smoothie,I normally don’t like spinach at all, but somehow your chef worked magic because I ended up loving it! I never thought I’d say this, but I was actually looking forward to a spinach smoothie every morning😊 Thank you for making our vacation so special. We left with wonderful memories and hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. First of all, we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for helping organize a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband. Your kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made his special day truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautiful, elegant, and very cozy. Throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. We would have preferred a slightly larger room, but it did not affect the quality of our stay. The room was fresh-smelling, spotless, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious. Although the selection was not very large, every morning I found something new and tasty to enjoy. Dinner was excellent as well, with the option of choosing either the buffet or the à la carte menu. Every evening, there was live music in the bar next to the reception, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The cocktails were especially delicious and definitely worth trying. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

The facility and the stuff were amazing. They were always very kind and positive, and the surrounding was very beautiful. We would love to go back for sure.

It was very windy, but due to different beach angles, we always managed to find a good spot.

The staff and service generally were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and stylish. Beautiful grounds, pool, structures, art etc. We will 10p% return.

The only thing that was not exceptional was the food. It was a mix of decent and not great. We had 1 very good meal and several average ones. Breakfast is very good

The gardens and grounds were beautiful

Paid luxury prices (2800 for 3 nights in a waterfront suite), was expecting luxury but found what felt like tired, 3* facilities. The rooms are small and in need of renovation. The air conditioner didn’t work, it shut off with loud beeping every couple of hours—meaning that we were woken up multiple times throughout the night either by the noise or the heat. When we mentioned this to staff they told us it was because they were eco friendly. Eco friendly or not, if we are paying those kinds of prices we expect to be able to sleep well in a comfortable room at night. The bathroom kept giving wafts of sewage smell, there was water damage on the bathroom countertop, and the bedding was cheap and rough. We were told we had a ‘private’ waterfront area with our room—but there were 4 chairs placed in front of our room rather than 2, and a guest from a room further back in the hotel (not in a waterfront suite) seemed to think they also belonged to his room, so we had no privacy during the stay. There are tons of babies and children at this hotel, and I love children but it was a bit much as listening to temper tantrums at breakfast or watching parents change diapers on beach chairs completely kills any romantic mood the hotel is trying to create. The six senses in Elounda is a much better choice at these prices. Don’t be fooled by the photos—this is not what you will find.

The rooms were well appointed. The Breakfast options were great and the food we ate at the hotel was tasty.

The room was not as expected as I booked a higher category by the sea but had no sea view. Disappointing arrival. The team moved us for the last night, but still, not what was expected. The mattress in our room 55 was very lumpy and you could feel the springs. The value for money was about 10-20% off. The only sold small cans of water by the sea and pool. Ridiculous.

The property was really good. The food was actually unbelievably good. I usually don’t eat in the hotels for dinner as I like to explore but I seriously recommend spending 1 full day here. Grab breakfast, go for a massage, sit by the water & order drinks and lunch to your table, go place tennis after, have dinner in your room (steak was amazing). I promise it will be your favourite day of your trip.

Make sure to close your doors because some mosquitos can fly into your room

The sea is wonderful, and I absolutely loved the landscaping and natural surroundings. The architecture is very calming and simple. Waking up to the sounds of birds and waves is amazing. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is beautiful. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes, along a lovely seaside promenade.

The breakfast area feels rather crowded and noisy, which contrasts with the calm and tranquility of the hotel. Also, the coffee served at breakfast should definitely be better for a hotel of this standard.

The bungalows are simple but perfect. Plenty of sun beds (even when other guests reserve some with towels!) Breakfast options and presentation was great each morning. Friendly staff around the pool/sea/room who were always happy, and provided an amazing experience. Easy walk into town to local restaurants.

Es ist eine Oase, ein wunderschöner Garten, ruhig und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Bequeme Betten und Liegestühle. Alles sehr stilvoll und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles frisch und von sehr hoher Qualität. Frisch gepresster O-Saft und Kaffee oder Tee wird am Tisch serviert.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Minos Beach Art hotel and we couldn’t be happier about the whole experience. The property is in a premium location just by the sea, surrounded by nature. The peace and tranquillity are unmatched. The views are breathtaking. What impressed us the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone is extremely kind and intentioned to make your stay unforgettable. The food is outstanding. The design of the rooms, restaurant and lobby is researched and beautiful. I strongly recommend the paradise place.

Exceptional hotel, amazing experience, and friendly, helpful staff. Overall, one of the best experiences Greece has to offer.

The TV could have offered more options, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. However, this was not a major issue, as the weather was great and we did not use the TV much. The bikes were also a bit too old for comfortable rides into the city.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Minos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbuffet – sehr abwechslungsreich und in einer angenehm entspannten Atmosphäre. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist unschlagbar. Die Bungalows sind schön gestaltet, der Service stets nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Wasser. Ein zusätzliches Plus: das kostenlose Wasser 24/7. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gern wieder!

Der Tennisplatz ist grundsätzlich toll – inklusive Beleuchtung für Spiele am Abend. Allerdings ließ die Qualität der Leihschläger stark zu wünschen übrig; einige waren bereits defekt bzw. in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Eine Erneuerung bzw. regelmäßige Wartung der Ausrüstung wäre wünschenswert. Zudem empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Speisen in den Restaurants als unausgewogen. Im Verhältnis zum aufgerufenen Preis war das Angebot nicht überzeugend.

Lage direkt am Meer mit gutem Zugang zum Meer und außergewöhnlicher Umgebung mit großzügiger Gartenanlage, Liegeplätzen und Aufenthaltsbereichen. Hohe Standarts in den verschiedenen Restaurants und sehr gute Weine, auch einheimische, werden angeboten. Aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Verschiedene Details sind uns aufgefallen: zu wenig Stauraum und Ablagen in den Studios und teilweise defekte Liegen.

The space on site - every bungalow had plenty of space around it as did the entire site. The beach/sea areas were beautiful. Breakfast had a great selection. The exercise classes were great and the gym had a good selection and was spacious.

Breakfast was the only time it felt like you were staying in a big resort. Staff were excellent but it felt busy/full and wasn’t the relaxing experience you had elsewhere in the resort.

Wassersport Angebot separat zahlen, sollte bei den Preisen inkl. sein - [ ] Fernseher mit Störungen - [ ] Umgebung -> Aussicht auf Häuserfront + Kreuzfahrtschiff nicht sehr toll - [ ] Vor den Zimmern Waterfront Bungalow führt ein Weg vorbei, auf dem andere Gäste gehen können und auch das Golfkart des Hotels vorbeirast daher kaum Privatsphäre - [ ] Beschriftung beim Frühstück fehlt (Töpfe gucken notwendig) - [ ] Man konnte Roomservice nicht abbestellen über das Smart Home System - [ ] Kühlschrank nicht sehr kalt, Getränke zu warm - [ ] Keine Privatsphäre vor und im Zimmer - [ ] Schlechte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer zum Schminken - [ ] Hunde am Gelände - [ ] Immer mal wieder Müll am Boden - Sperrmüll am Hinterausgang - teilweise defekte und dreckige Liegen

Everything about this hotel is amazing. We loved that hotel is very child friendly but is not child focused. The facilities and propety is very spacious and you can have a lot of privacy. Rooms are spacious and food is amazing.

What an amazing experience! We stayed in a superior waterfront bungalow — absolutely stunning views and pure relaxation. Beautiful design, crystal-clear water, and exceptional service. A perfect stay from start to finish!

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut unterhalten. Wir haben alle Restaurants des Hotels probiert und es waren alle ohne Ausnahme ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Gym ist sehr klein und dunkel. Die Standard-Bungalow-Zimmer sind seehr klein für so ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Falls man es sich leisten kann würde ich unbedingt die Superieur Bungalows odr ein Standardzimmer im Hauptgebäude nehmen.

Our “Seaview bungalow” was a 15 x 15 m2 room without any windows. No bathroom, just a small shower. I would recommend anyone coming here to ask to have a look at their “bungalow” before checking in. Also very dirty, old dust and dirt. See enclosed photos. We will not come back.

Location was perfect & it’s doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Was great to just be able to take a few steps and be in the crystal clear water right outside our bungalow. The food was really great & that’s something that’s very close to the top of my must have list. Couldn’t fault the quality of the ingredients used in the dishes and also the drinks

There were a few red flags of note. Those that are in the waterfront bungalows will be using the shared beach area & when we visited it had plastic waste floating at the side of the bay. Something that should not be seen in a 5 star hotel. And also something that could easily be maintained by staff. Staff seem to be more than willing to carry out their job, so I presume this oversight is due to an oversight from management. Also another small beached area has alarmist been bag like loungers and several of those had ripped fabric and just in general the area was not regularly reset, tidied and organised. When we first checked into our superior waterfront bungalow, we were extremely disappointed. One of the sun loungers outside our bungalow had a giant rip in the fabric & then the room was a dark and dingy space. The bungalows are made as a block of 3 and the middle bungalows have no windows into the main sleeping/ living space. The only light entering is through the front door. We looked to double check we weren’t making a mistake and the website example of the room shows a window next to the bed. We complained to staff and were offered to be shown another bungalow that did include a window, that would be available for our entire stay, but not until the next day. The bungalow we moved to was exactly what we were expecting to be staying in. It was lighter and brighter inside, more spacious and even had a larger sofa and mini bar area compared to the first bungalow. We spent the rest of our stay convinced that we must have accidentally been given a lower category room, only to be told that the first one was indeed the same category room. I would categorically never pay £800/1000€ a night for that first bungalow we were allocated. It’s criminal to charge that much for such an inferior room. Last reg flag was the disappearing act of my belongings left next to our reserved sun loungers located right outside our bungalows.

All the benefits of being around natural scenery, but coupled with the convenience of a resort. Hard to find a resort with better beaches in a natural cove.

The sunbeds could be more comfy - they’re all flat with no way to prop up the back. Especially around the pool.

Beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend!
